Abstract
Offshore rüzgar enerjisi tesisleri genelde araçlarin, özellikle de gemilerin, ikmal ve nakliye trafigini saglamak için bir inis yerine veya inis köprüsüne ihtiyaç duyarlar. Küçük offshore tesislerinde bunlar genelde teknelerin tutturulabilecegi basit köprülerdir. Büyük gemilerin yanastigi daha büyük Offshore tesislerinde demirleme düzenekleri karmasik yapida olup örneginyakit tanklari gibi ara depolar ve vinçler gibiyükleme tartibatlarina sahiptirler. Mevcut icadin görevi gemiler ve helikopterler için Offshore ve Shore tesislerinde kolayca kullanilabilecek bir inis köprüsü yaratmaktadir. 1.Gemiler (30) için yanasma iskelesine (28), helikopterler (26) için inis yerine (25) ve yanasma iskelesinden (28) ve inis yerinden (25) tesise müsterek bir yol baglantisiyla (32) bir Offshore rüzgar enerjisi tesisi için inis köprüsü.
