Abstract

Bu buluş; stiren-divinilbenzen (STR-DVB) kopolimerinin, özellikle immobilizasyonda enzimin matrikse kovalent bağlanmasını sağlayan poligluteraldehit (PGA) kullanılarak yeni bir formda sentezlenmesi (STR-DVB-PGA kopolimeri) ve bu polimerin farklı alanlarda kullanımı ile ilgilidir. Buluşa konu olan polimerin en önemli özelliği, istenilen büyüklükte ve şekilde kolaylıkla üretiminin yapılabilmesi ve biyomoleküllerin immobilizasyonu için oldukça uygun bir matriks olmasıdır. Önerilen proses mikro poroz polimerik enzim reaktörleri (MPPER) olarak adlandırılmış olup birçok enzimatik reaksiyon için immobilizasyon matriksi olarak kullanılmıştır.
