Abstract

Ayrıca buluş, buluşa göre yöntemin gerçekleştirilmesine yönelik özel iyon değiştiricilerin kullanımı ve bu şekilde elde edilen yüksek saflıkta silisyum dioksitler ile ilgilidir.
