Abstract
Eğirme banyosunda topaklanma sıvısının akışının kontrolü ile mükemmel kalitede liflerin üretimini sağlayan ve yüksek hızlı eğirme (veya yüksek hızlı çekme) ile baş edebilen ıslak eğirme cihazı ve ıslak eğirme yöntemi açıklanmaktadır. Islak eğirme cihazı (1), bir uçta eğirme ham sıvısının boşaltılması için ağız (5) ve topaklanma sıvısının (C) boşaltılması için topaklanma sıvısı boşaltma portları (4a) ve (4b) bulunan, diğer uçta topaklaşmış filamentlerin (13) çekilmesi için çekme rulosu (10) ve topaklanma sıvısının (C) dışarı aktığı topaklanma sıvısı geri alım bölümü (3) içeren bir eğirme banyosu (2) içermektedir. Eğirme banyosu (2) eğirme ham sıvısının topaklanması için bir uçtan diğer uca kademeli olarak azalan çapraz kesit alanına sahip bir topaklanma banyosu bölümü (2a) ve topaklaşmış filamentlerin (13) içine akmasını sağlamak üzere bir uçtan diğer uca kademeli olarak genişleyen bir çapraz kesit alanına sahip filament akış bölümü (2b) içermektedir.
