Abstract
Mevcut buluşta, en azından buğday unu ve nişasta içeren bir ana ham maddeden hazırlanmış pişirilmemiş bir erişte, 80 mmHg - 300 mmHg aralığında bir neme ve 110°C - 150°C aralığında bir sıcaklığa sahip ısıtılmış hava kullanılarak nemlendirilmiş yüksek sıcaklığa ısıtılmış havada kurutulur.
