Abstract

Bir önceki işlenmiş lignoselülozik biyokütleden elde edilen erimiş suda çözünebilir türler ve su içeren bir ekstraksiyon solüsyonunda lignoselülozik biyokütle akışının demlendirilmesine yönelik bir kesintisiz proses açıklanmaktadır. Proseste, suda çözünmez kirletici maddeler, görünür kütle yoğunluklarına göre ayrıştırılmaktadır. Lignoselülozik biyokütle akışı, ilaveten ters akış konfigürasyonunda ikinci opsiyonel demlendirme adımına sokulmaktadır. Açıklanan proses, düşük su tüketimi ile lignoselülozik biyokütleden lignoselülozik olmayan suda çözünebilir bileşiklerin çıkarılması için kullanışlıdır.
