Abstract
Buluş, gıda endüstrisinde standart pilaki üretiminden farklı olarak, çeşitliliği ve lezzeti arttırarak hazır paket gıda ürünlerini faydalı hale getirmek için geliştirilen meksika soslu pilaki ve üretim yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Buluş özellikle, hazır paket içerisinde pişirilmeye hazır; sos, kuru kırmızı fasulye, su, dondurulmuş kapya biber, jalapeno turşusu ve zeytinyağı içeren, böylece besin değeri artırılan ve enerji veren düşük kalorili hazır paket gıda ile ilgilidir.
