Abstract

Изобретение относится к устройствам направленного введения первичного воздуха для горения в зону первичного нагревания камеры коксовальной печи, причем первичный воздух проводится через впускные отверстия в своде камеры коксовальной печи или во фронтальных стенках камеры коксовальной печи, выше дверей камеры или в дверях камеры, или в нескольких, или во всех указанных позициях, причем эти впускные отверстия имеют насадки, которые обеспечены наконечниками, направленными внутрь печи, причем эти наконечники имеют направленный наружу из отверстий угол, под которым первичный воздух поступает наклонно на коксовый пирог, так, что воздух, который проходит от отверстий в своде камеры коксовальной печи, поступает в коксовальную печь под углом менее 90°, а воздух от отверстий в стенке камеры коксовальной печи, выше дверей камеры или в дверях камеры, поступает в коксовальную печь под углом больше 0°. Изобретение относится также к способу направленного введения первичного воздуха с помощью устройства согласно изобретению. Благодаря этому способу можно существенно улучшить перемешивание коксового газа и первичного воздуха для горения в зоне первичного нагревания.
