Abstract

Даний винахід належить до композицій, що містять наночастки, на поверхні яких адсорбований тилоксапол. У кращому варіанті здійснення винаходу наночастки містять діагностичний або лікувальний засіб. В іншому варіанті здійснення винаходу наночастки містять додатковий пов'язаний з ними модифікатор поверхні. Винахід розкриває також спосіб виготовлення наночасток, на поверхні яких адсорбований тилоксапол, причому згаданий спосіб полягає в приведенні в контакт згаданих наночасток з тилоксаполом протягом часу і при умовах, достатніх для утворення відповідної композиції наночасток. Даний винахід належить до способу діагностики, що полягає у введенні ссавцеві контрастно-ефективної кількості часток у вигляді наночасток, на поверхні яких адсорбований тилоксапол, і генеруванні діагностичного зображення згаданого ссавця.
