Abstract
Винахід належить до галузі обробки металу лазерним променем. Спосіб лазерної обробки робочої заготівки включає одержання лазерного променя, фокусування його лінзою і спрямування лазерного променя через внутрішню камеру пристрою лазерної обробки до вузького отвору на виході сопла і далі на робочу заготівку. Одночасно продувається внутрішня камера потоком газу, спрямованого на поверхню фокусувальної лінзи, а від неї через сопло – до робочої заготівки. Потік газу вводять в прохід між внутрішньою поверхнею корпусу і зовнішньою поверхнею тримача лінзи-сопла і спрямовують на звернену до заготівки поверхню фокусувальної лінзи шляхом вихрової дії на внутрішню поверхню лінзи, формуючи кільцевим розподільником набір потоків газу. Потім одержаний вихор газу прямує від лінзи до робочої заготівки.
