Abstract
The invention relates to wine making industry and can be used in the production of ordinary table semidry red wines. A method for production of ordinary table semidry red wine, which method provides preparation of blend with use of grape wine materials and sweet wine material, clarification of the blend, filtration thereof and bottling. In the preparation of blend used are wine materials of vine grades: Odessa the black, Merlo, Bastardo, Moldova, The early Maharacha at the following ratios of ingredients, % by weight: wine materials Odessa the black 20 - 45 wine materials Merlo 10 – 15 wine materials Bastardo 10 – 40 wine materials Moldova 10– 40 wine materials the early Maharacha 10 – 20 and as sweet wine material alcoholized vine must-mistel of a mixture of red European vine grades is used at an amount necessary for achieving prescribed concentrations of sugar and alcohol.
