Abstract

Спосіб обробки тонкого диспергованого порошкоподібного лікарського засобу включає стадії a) агломерації порошкоподібного лікарського засобу, що має розмір частинок менше ніж 10 мкм речовини, шляхом подачі речовини на сито, що має U-подібну форму, що механічно викликає прохождення тонко диспергованого порошкоподібного лікарського засобу через отвори сита, шляхом використання роторного пристрою, що механічно приводиться до руху, отримуючи тим самим агломерати, b) сферонізації отриманих агломератів для того, щоб забезпечити агломерати, які більш сферичні, є більш щільними та більш компактними, ніж агломерати, що отримані у процесі агломерації у ситі, та c) класифікації за розмірами агломератів з отриманням кінцевого продукту однорідного розміру.
