Description
Тепер вихідний гранулят подають у піч 11, де його відпалюють при температурі понад 9007С в атмосфері водню та азоту 13 при низькому тиску з наступним охолодженням, після чого транспортують у складську ємність 12. У процесі відпалу грануляту при температурі понад 900"С відбувається виділення вторинних карбідів з високолегованої матриці, завдяки чому склад матриці змінюється. Тільки за рахунок виділення вторинних карбідів можливе мартенситне перетворення, яке потім при охолодженні грануляту від температури більше 900"С призводить до підвищення твердості за Роквелом до 60 одиниць.
З ємності 12 гранулят подають ковшовим елеватором 14 у дробарку 15. Дробарка 15 переважно виконана у вигляді трубного вібромлина і подрібнює загартований крихкий гранулят до уламків з гострими краями. Використання таких імпульсних млинів особливо доцільне, оскільки вони можуть подрібнювати матеріал з високими внутрішніми напруженнями до уламків з гострими краями. Одержувана при подрібненні суміш гранул має широкий спектр розмірів. Для класифікації гранул використовують грохот 16.
Надмірно грубу фракцію гранул 17 повертають у дробарку. Надмірно тонку фракцію 18 виводять з процесу і переплавляють у плавильній печі 4. Гранули 19 діаметром 0,1-0,8мм зберігають в бункері 20 або відправляють для тонкої класифікації в ще один грохот 21. Матеріал для дробоструминної обробки з різними розмірами гранул зберігають в бункерах 22, 23 і 24 до відправлення кінцевому споживачеві.
