Abstract

Винахід стосується стабільних рідких композицій безводного або майже безводного поліетиленгліколевого розчину натрієвої або калієвої солі інгібітору Н+, К+ - АТФази формули 1 або натрієвої або калієвої солі її одиничного енантіомера. Альтернативно, натрієву або калієву сіль інгібітору Н+, К+ - АТФази можна створювати in situ у поліетиленгліколевому розчині додаванням гідроксиду натрію або калію разом з активною сполукою. Винахід стосується також отримання заявленої композиції, використання стабільних рідких композицій у медицині та у лікуванні шлунково-кишкових захворювань.
