Abstract

Способ фракционирования раствора, который содержит бетаин и сахарозу, с помощью хроматографического фракционирования и нанофильтрации указанного раствора и извлечение фракции, обогащенной бетаином, и, при необходимости, фракции, обогащенной сахарозой.
