Abstract
Група винаходів належить до завантажувальних пристроїв плавильних печей. Завантажувальний пристрій (1) шахтного типу має верхній завантажувальний і нижній розвантажувальний отвори, штовхач (13) з привідним пристроєм (2). Для запобігання заклинюванню штовхача від потрапляння легковагового скрапу в бічні зазори між штовхачем (13) і рамою його сторони виконані похилими всередину від верхньої до нижньої сторони. Лінійний привід (2) установлено в рамній конструкції (3) з можливістю повороту навколо горизонтальної осі. Верхня частина розвантажувального отвору утворена встановленим з можливістю обертання горизонтальним валком (26). При цьому ділянки завантажувального пристрою, що зазнають впливу значних механічних навантажень, утворені мірними сталевими болванками. Підігрівник шихти утворений пропусканням відхідних газів печі протитечією щодо скрапу. Винаходи сприяють підвищенню надійності роботи завантажувального пристрою.
