Abstract
Предлагается процесс получения 6-[3-(1-адамантил)- 4-метоксифенил]- 2-нафтойной кислоты из 2-(1-адамантил)- 4-броманизола, в основе которого лежит преобразование 2-(1-адамантил)- 4-броманизола на реактив Гриньяра, для чего используют металлический магний, безводный лития хлорид и диброметан, следующее переметаллирование боратами до 3-(адамантил)- 4-метоксифенилбориновой кислоты, которая путем реакции перекрестного соединения Сузуки-Мияури с алкил-6-галонафтоатами, катализированной Pd[O] или лигандами Pd/фосфин, превращается в эфиры 6-[3-(1-адамантил)- 4-метоксифенил]- 2-нафтойной кислоты, и последующий гидролиз в щелочной среде, в этиленгликоле или 1,2-пропандиоле, полученных таким образом эфиров до 6-[3-(1-адамантил)- 4-метоксифенил]-2-нафтойной кислоты.
