明 細 書 精紡機等における回転リ ング装置をコ ン トロール する方法と装置 技 術 分 野
本発明は リ ングレールとス ピン ドル駆動機構が設けられた リ ング精紡機及びリ ング撚糸機のような繊維機械に用いられ、 リ ングレールに水平に固定された環状のホルダー、 軸受機構 を介して前記ホルダ一に回転自在に同軸支承されたリ ング回 転体、 該リ ング回転体の内側空間に同軸に配置されて前記ス ピン ドル駆動機構によって駆動されるス ピン ドル、 および前 記リ ング回転体の回転速度を制御する回転速度制御手段を含 んで成る回転リ ング装置をコ ン トロールする方法と装置に関 する。
前記繊維機械とはリ ングとス ピン ドルを用いて撚が加えら れる加撚機構を有する全ての機械を意味し、 紡績機械だけで なく合成繊維製造に用いられる延撚機、 カバ一ヤーン製造用 撚糸機等を含む。 又用いられる糸としては天然繊維、 人造纈 維、 金属ワ イ ヤ等全ての糸状体を含む。 背 景 技 術
ス ピン ドルと リ ングを用いて加撚する技術は古くから知ら れている。 この旧来の加撚技術ではリ ングはリ ングレールに 固定されている。 生産性を向上するためにス ピンドルの回転 数をあげ 場合でも糸を安定して加撚するためにリ ングを回 転可能にする回転リ ングが知られている。 このような回転リ ングを紡績用として用いる紡績用回転リ ングのリ ング回転体 を回転自在に支持する軸承機構としては各種の提案がある。 すなわち特公昭 54— 15934 号公報は摺動面を有するスライ ド 軸受機構を開示し、 特公昭 54— 13528 号公報、 54— 15528 号 公報は圧縮空気を嘖射することによって形成した空気軸受を 開示し、 特開昭 56— 68119 号公報はボールベアリ ングを用い た軸受を開示している。
しかし従来公知の回転リ ング加撚装置の軸受機構は種々の 問齄点を有する。 すなわち精紡機等の機台が停止してスピン ドルが停 j£する場合に、 リ ング回転体は惰性回転によってそ の回転速度の低下がスピン ドルの回転速度の低下より遅れ、 その結果リ ング回転体がスピンドルに対してオーバ一ラ ンす ることがある。 このオーバーラ ンによって加撚中の糸にスナ ールが発生し、 精紡機等の再始動時に糸切れが発生する。 し たがってスピン _ドルの高速回転に対応する リ ングとして回転 リ ング加撚装置は高い評価を得ながら、 実用されていないの が現状である。
前記問題点^解決するために、 機台を停止する際にスピン ドルの回耘数を段階的に下げることにより、 紡糸張力の低下 と ト ラべラーによってリ ング回転体に与えられる トルクを緩 和し、 同時にリ ング回転体の回転速度を下げた後に機合を停 止する方法、 あるいは機合の一斉停止時に全錘のリ ング回転 体に対し 同時に挟圧摩擦を与えたり、 油又は空気などの流 体抵抗によって制動する方法が提案されている。 しかしこれ らの方法は機台の満管一斉停止時にリ ング回転体を機合全錘 について停止する方法であって機合の個々のリ ング回輊体の 制動を行うものではない。
前述のように回転リ ング装置は高速化の優れた手段として 広く期待されている。 しかしスピン ドルが高速になることに よって生ずる リ ング回転体の回転速度のコ ン ト ロールの間題 は単に機合の一斉停止だけでなく加撚作業中にも生ずる。 す なわち回転リ ング装置においてリ ング回転体の回転速度はス ピン ドルの回転速度の上昇に比例して上昇する。 そのことは スピンドルの回転速度が高い程リ ング回転体の慣性が高くな ることを意味する。 一方回転リ ング装置では加撚された糸条 がボビンに巻かれる際にボビン上の糸層の径の太い部分の方 が細い部分より ト ラベラ一の回転が僅かではあるが速くなる ことによって安定した巻取りが行われる。 しかしリ ング回転 体の回転速度が早い場合においてはリ ング回転体の慣性によ る惰性回転によつてこのバラ ンスがくずれ、 ト ラべラーのリ ング回転体上でのチ ース間最高速度にリ ング回転体の速度 が同期化してしまい、 紡糸張力に変動を生ずることになる。 このようにチユース間で激しい紡糸張力の変動が反復される ので、 用いられる原料の種類によっては、 毛羽発生、 シゴキ によるネップ、 弱糸その他糸質の低下を生ずるという問題が 発生する。
一方例えば 400錘等の複数のス ピンドルを有する繊維機械 においては各錘毎且つ巻始めから満管に至る各段階毎に加撚 状態が異る。 そこで繊維機械全錘で良好な加撚作業を行うた めには-各謹毎、 すなわち各リ ング回転体毎にその回転速度の コ ント T3 —ルが行われることが必要である。 しかしながら現 在これらを達成する手段は提案されていない。
本出願と同一の発明者はリ ング回転体の高速回転が可能で あり且つリ ング回転体の回転速度を抑制するための回転速度 制御手段を有した回転リ ング装置を特開平 2 - 74633 号公報 および昭和 63年 11月 8日に出願した特願昭 63— 282854号を優 先潘主張して平成 1年 4月 26日に出願した特願平 1 一 107060 号で提案した。 前者の回転リ ング装置では、 リ ング回転体が ホルダーに対して少なく とも一部に電磁石を含んだ磁気軸受 により回転可能に軸承されて構成されている。 また、 後者の 回転リ ング装置は、 リ ング回転体に設けられた永久磁石とホ ルダ一に設けられた電機子とからなるモータ一を有して構成 されている。
しかレこれら提案にかかる回転リ ング装置を用いても従来 公知の運転方 では繊維機械全錘の回転リ ング装置を全紡糸 工程において安定した紡出調子で作動させ、 回転リ ング装置 本来の百 a¾性能を発揮させることができない。 発 ¾p開示 .
本発明 第 1の目的は回転リ ング装置を用いて加撚作動を 行うに際して、 リ ング回転体の回転速度をコ ン トロールして. リ ング回転体がトラベラーと同速化することゃリ ング回転体 の停止時のォーパーラ ンの防止などを繊維機械の全錘の全紡 糸工程について行うことができる回転リ ング装置の加撚作動 をコ ン トロールする方法を提供することを目的とする。
本発明の第 2の目的は前記第 1の目的の方法を実施するこ とができる回転リ ング装置の加撚作動コ ン ト口ール装置を提 供することを目的とする。
本発明の第 1の目的はリ ング回転体およびスピンドルの回 転速度をそれぞれ検出し、 検出した回転速度を互いに比較し、 リ ング回転体の回転速度がス ピン ドルの回転速度に対して予 め設定された最適回転比率の範囲内に入るように、 前記リ ン グ回転体の回転速度を回転速度制御手段によってコ ン ト ロー ルすることを特徴とする回転リ ング装置をコ ン トロールする 方法によって達成される。
前記ス ピン ドルの回転速度を糸パッケージの製造の始動時 からその完了時迄の全区間において予め定められた回転速度 にコ ン ト ロールする制御プロ グラ ムと、 前記ス ピン ドルの回 転速度をコ ン トロールする制御プログラムとの関連で前記リ ング回転体の回転速度を、 最適比率に定めた回転数でコ ン ト 口ールする制御プログラムを設け、 前記リ ング回転体の回転 速度の前記最適比率制御手段によるコ ン ト口ールが、 検出さ れたリ ング回転体の回転数と前記制御プロ グラ ム中に設定し た対応する リ ング回転体の目標回転数との差を縮少するよう に補正制御が行われるとよい。
前記リ ング回転体の回転速度の制御プログラムを、 始動時 から最高速度に達する迄、 ト ラべラー回転数より低い回転数 で且つスピン ドル回転数の増速率よりも少く とも高くない増 速率で増速するスピン ドル増速曲線に対する リ ング増速曲線 の比率制御を行い、 スピン ドルの回転速度が最高速度に達し た後中玉紡調安定区間ではリ ング回転体の回転速度を減速し て対スピン ドル回転数比の 40% ~ 60%の範囲に保ち、 次いで 満管前の糸切れ多発区間ではスピンドルの回転数を前記最高 回転速度から低下させるに先立ってリ ング回転体の回転速度 を増速し、 满管到達時スピン ドルの回転が減速する減速曲線 ではス ピン ドルの回転数の減速率よりも少く とも低くない減 速率で減速し、 且つリ ング回転体の停止が少く ともスピンド ルの回転の停止より前で行われるように構成し、 それによつ て ング回転体の回転速度をプログラム制御するとよい。
このように、 スピン ドルの回転をコ ン ト ロールする制御プ ログラムと ; ング回転体の回転をコ ン ト σ—ルする制御プロ グラムとを最適な相関関係に組合せ、 リ ング回転体の回転速 度を、 検¾されたスピン ドルと リ ング回転体のそれぞれの回 転速度の 較値に基づいてコ ン ト口ールすることにより、 ス ピン ドル最高速運転区間を最長とし、 且つ機合の全紡糸工程 について生産性の向上と安定した操業を行うことができる。 又始動時における リ ング回転体の回転始動を、 ス ピン ドル 回転始動に して若干のタイムラグを設け、 始動時の捲付け を確実にする始動制御をプログラムに組み込むことが好まし い。 このようにリ ング回転体の回転始動をス ピン ドルの回転 始動より遅らせることによって糸パッケージボビンへの適当 な糸の巻付け張力を与えて、 紡糸スター ト時の糸捲付けを確 実に符ぅことができる。 前記軸受機構として磁気軸受を用いることができる。 ここ でいう磁気軸受とは、 リ ング回転体とホルダ一のそれぞれの 軸方向及び直径方向の対向面に微少空隙を介して同極同士が 対向するように同軸に配置した環状磁石で構成し、 且つ前記 それぞれの対向面を前記リ ング回転体がホルダーに対して軸 線方向に移動した時にその一部の面で相互に接触するような 輪郭に形成し、 さらに前記ホルダー側の環状磁石の複数の磁 石の中少く とも 1個に電磁石を用いた磁気軸受である。 前記 磁気軸受を用いる場合に、 前記回転速度制御手段による リ ン グ回転体の回転速度のコ ン トロールが、 前記電磁石の磁界の 強さをコ ン トロールし、 それによつてリ ング回転体とホルダ 一間の磁気軸受での空隙を調節してリ ング回転体を回転する トルクをコ ン ト口一ルすることによって行われる。
前記電磁石の磁界の強さのコ ン トロールは前記電磁石に流 れる電流の強さ又は方向を変更することによって行うことが できる。
前記リ ング回転体が軸受機構によってホルダ一に対し回転 自在に支承されると共に、 リ ング回転体に設けた環状永久磁 石と前記ホルダーに設けた電機子によってリ ングモーターを 形成した回転リ ング装置では、 前記回転速度制御手段による リ ング回転体の回転速度のコ ン ト ロ ールが前記電機子に流れ る電流をコ ン トロールすることによって行われる。
前記電機子に流れる電流のコ ン ト口ールは周波数の高低、 電流の大きさ、 電圧の強さあるいは電流のべク ト ルを調節す ることによって行われる。 本発明の第 2の目的を達成するための回転リ ング装置のコ ン ト 口 一ル装置は、 リ ングレールとス ピン ドル駆動機構が設 けられたリ ング精紡機およびリ ング撚糸機のような紡績機械 又は延撚機等に用いられ、 リ ングレールに水平に固定された 環状のホルダー、 軸受機構を介して前記ホルダーに回転可能 に同軸支承されたリ ング回転体、 該リ ング回転体の内側空間 に同軸に配置されて前記ス ピン ドル駆動機構によって駆動さ れるスピンドル、 および前記リ ング回転体の回転速度を制御 する回転速度制御手段を含んで成る回転リ ング装置を複数個 有する繊維機械の回転リ ング紡績装置をコ ン トロールする装 置であって、 前記軸受機構として磁気軸受を用い、 該磁気軸 受がリ ング回転体とホルダーのそれぞれの軸方向及び直径方 向の対向面に微少空隙を介して同極同士が対向するように同 軸に配置された環状磁石であり、 且つ前記それぞれの対向面 が前記リ ング回転体がホルダーに対して軸線方向に移動した 時にその一部の面で相互に接触するような輪郭に形成されて おり、 前記ホルダーの側の複数の環状磁石の少く とも 1個が 電磁石であり、 該回転リ ング紡績装置コ ン トロール装置が、 前記リ ング回転体の回転速度を検出する リ ング速度検出手段, 前記ス ピン ドルの回転速度を検出するス ピンドル速度検出手 段、 前記 ij ング回転体のスピン ドルに対する目標回転速度比 率である抑制率を記憶する抑制率記憶手段、 ス ピンドル速度 検出手段により検出された回耘速度に抑制率を乗ずるための 乗算手、段、 該乗算手段から得られた乗算結果と前記リ ング速 度検出手段により検出された回転速度とを比較する比較手段 および前記リ ング回転体の回転速度が目標回転速度となるよ うに、 前記比較手段の比較結果に基づいて前記軸受機構のホ ルダ一に設けた電磁石に流れる電流をコ ン ト ロールする電流 制御手段とから成り、 前記回転リ ング装置コ ン トロール装置 を構成する要素中、 ス ピン ドル速度検出手段、 抑制率記憶手 段および乗算手段が繊維機械各機台毎に設けられ、 その他の 要素が複数の回転リ ング装置のそれぞれに設けられているこ とを特徴とする。
前記軸受機構として磁気軸受を用いる代りに、 軸受機構の 領域でリ ング回転体に環状永久磁石を配置すると共に、 ホル ダ一に電機子を配置してモーターを形成してもよい。 この場 合には制御手段は電機子に流れる電流をコ ン ト 口 ールするよ うに構成される。
本発明による回転リ ング装置コ ン ト π —ル装置に、 前記ス ピンドルの回転速度を糸パッケージの始動時からその完了時 迄の全区間において予め定められた回転速度をコ ン ト ロ ール する制御プロ グラ ムを記憶する手段をさらに設け、 記憶手段 の制御プログラムに基づいてスピン ドルを回転させると好ま しい。
本発明による回転リ ング装置コ ン ト ロ ール装置におけるス ピン ドルの回転速度が始動時から満管までの全区間において, 管糸の形成に伴って変化するように設定せられた制御プログ ラム設定手段において、 入力されるプログラム記憶手段には. 多種類の紡糸品種毎に設定した全紡糸工程の最適紡糸条件が 記憶されており、 この記憶プログラムには、 例えば、 ス ト レ ツチ長さの検出に基く管糸の分玉割合に応じて、 ス ピンドル 回緩数の変速制御を行うことができるように、 ス ピンドル回 転に対する リ ング回転体の目標回転速度比率である抑制率が 記憶されている。 又、 プ Ώグラム制御手段による記憶プログ ラムの他の制御方法として、 最適紡糸プ πグラムを同条件の 機台ュニッ トよりなる群管理制御システムに入力記憶し、 同 一条件の紡機群から各平均紡糸張力を含む最適紡糸条件を検 出して、 それらの群平均値を求め、 この検出平均値と、 設定 記憶された最適紡糸張力を含む最適紡糸条件範囲に入るよう な最適紡糸プログラムに準拠した運転を行うことによりスピ ンドル及びリ ン 回転体の回転速度の群管理制御を行うこと が好ましい。
次に本発明によるコ ン ト口一ル方法およびコ ン トロール装 置によって行われる リ ング回転体の回転速度のコ ン ト ロール の作用を磁気軸受を具備する回転リ ング装置を例として以下 説明する、。
磁気軸受を具備する回転リ ング装置では、 前述のように、 リ ング回転体の外周ほぼ中央部に環状に設置されてリ ング回 転体と一体化する永久磁石とこの外側を同芯環状に囲繞する 固定ホルダー側の磁石とが微少環状のエアーギヤップを挾ん で同極同士で相対向するため、 互いに反撥して非接触にリ ン グ回転体を浮上保持し磁気軸受を構成する。
この固定ホルダー側の磁石の内一部の環状磁石が電磁石で 構翁されており、 この電磁石の軸方向への分力を生じさせる 磁石はこの電磁石に流れる電流の大きさ又は方向を変化制御 することによって、 リ ング回転体の軸方向すなわちリ ング回 転体の上下方向の電磁浮上力又は電磁吸着力が変化し、 リ ン グ回転体は磁気浮上力の弱くなった方向又は電磁吸着力の強 くなつた方向に移動し、 リ ング回転体側の磁極面は、 ホルダ 一側磁極面に摺動部材などを介して接触するに至る。 この接 触圧の強弱は、 ホルダ—側電磁石に流れる電流の強弱及び方 向により制御することが出来るので、 この接触摩擦圧力の大 小により、 ブレーキ力を制御することが出来る。
リ ング回転体側の磁力とホルダ一側の磁力がリ ング回転体 の重量を支えて尚均衡状態にある時は、 リ ング回転体は完全 に磁気浮上して非接触状態の磁気軸受となり、 リ ング回転体 はト ラベラ一回転と同速化するまで回転上昇して最高回転数 に到る。 従って ト ラベラ一回転速度に対し、 リ ング回転速度 を紡出条件に適合した範囲 (平均約 60%、 Max 90%以下) に 下げるため、 電磁石に流れる電流を調整制御することにより、 非接触の磁気軸受構成同極間に磁力差による抵抗を与えて、 リ ング回転を制御し、 更に磁力差を大きくすることにより回 転体は摺動部材を介し、 上下一方の磁極と接触摩擦を生じる c 機台停止、 その他急速なリ ング回転停止を要する場合は、 電 磁石コィ ルに流れる電流の 「十」 「一」 方向を逆にすれば、 反撥又は吸着磁力により均衡している同極対峙が破れ、 回転 体はホルダー側磁極の上下一方に磁着して急制動を受け回転 停止する、 等、 外部よりも電気的にリ ング回転を調整制御す る作用をなす。 図面の簡単な説明

本発明の回転リ ング装置をコ ン ト π—ルする方法および装 置を説明する前に本発明の制御対象として用いられる回転リ ング装置を説明する。
第 2図は、 本発明の制御対象として用いられる回転リ ング 装置の,一例を示す部分軸断面図である。
第 2図に示す回転リ ング装置 Aにおいて、 リ ング回転体 1 は ト ラベラー 21が摺動回転する リ ングフラ ンジ部 2 aを有す るフラ ンジロータ 2 と、 フ ラ ンジロータ 2 に螺子 2 bによつ て結合した下部ローター 3とで構成されている。 下部ロータ 一 3は、 防磁作用を有するアルミ合金、 鋦合金、 ステ ンレス 鑭、 炭素系素材などの非磁性の金属材料、 又は導電性合成樹 脂材料などから形成され、 リ ングフランジ部 2 a及びト ラべ ラ一 21への漏れ磁束の影響を最小限に押さえる。
リ ング回転体 1 は、 軸承機構 Gによってホルダー Ίに回転 自在に支持されており、 ホルダー Ίはリ ングレール 23の取り つけ穴 23 aに嵌入した後にビス 25により固定されている。
軸承機構 Gは、 次のように構成されている。
リ ング回転体 1の下部ロータ一 3に形成された凹溝 3 aに、 2個の環状の永久磁石 11 , 12がスぺーサ 15 a , 15 bを介して 固定されている。 これらの永久磁石 11 , 12の半径方向の外側 の外周部に、 軸心に対してほぼ 45度の角度を有したテーパ面 11 a , 12 aが形成されており、 且つこれらテーパ面 11 a , 12 aの磁極は N極に形成されている。
スぺーサ 15 bは、 永久磁石 11 , 12の漏れ磁束が外部、 特に リ ングフ ラ ンジ部 2 aやト ラベラ一 21に漏洩して悪影響を与 えないように磁気遮蔽するために用いられる。
ホルダー 7は、 ホルダー本体 8と螺子 8 a等で結合された カバー 9 とで構成されている。
ホルダー 7に形成された凹部 7 aに、 環状の永久磁石 13及 び環状の電磁石 14が、 スぺーサ 16を介して固定されている。
これら永久磁石 13及び電磁石 14には、 その半径方向の内側 の内周部に、 軸心に対してほぼ 45度の角度を有したテーパ面 13 a , : aが略 V字形の溝を構成するように形成されており, これらテーパ面 13 a , 14 aと上述のテーパ面 11 a , 12 aとは, それぞれが互いに対抗し、 且つ適当な間隙を有することが可 能なように配置されている。
テーパ面 13 aの磁極は上述のテーパ面 11 aと同じ N極に形 成され、 また、 電磁石 14のテ―パ面 14 aの磁極は、 電磁石 14 にリード線 14 bに通常方向の電流を流すことによって N極に 形成ざれている。 電磁石 14の磁極の強さは電流を調整するこ とによって調節が可能である。
電磁石 14は種々の構造のものを用いることができる。 例え ば、 断面が円形又は扇形で柱状の鉄芯にコィルを巻いて構成 した多数の柱状電磁石を、 それぞれの一方の磁極がテーパ面 14 aを構成する環状の磁性板に密着した状態でホルダー Ίの 凹部 7 aに周方向に沿って配列した構造としたり、 又はテー パ面 14 aを有した円柱状の鉄芯にコィルを巻いたものを凹部 7 aに装着した構造などとすることができる。
これら永久磁石 11 , 12 . 13は、 金属、 フユライ ト (酸化物 セラ ミ ック) 、 稀土類、 ラバー又はプラスチックからなる異 方性磁石である。 また永久磁石 11 , 12, 13及び電磁石: は、 必要に応じて、 その対抗面に、 低摩擦係数であり且つ耐摩耗 性及び耐熱性に優れた無給油摺動材 (例えば、 セラ ミ ッ クス、 炭素繊維その他充塡材入り四弗化工チレン樹脂ゃポリィ ミ ド, ポ リ イ ミ ドア ミ ド、 その他の高分子ェンジニァリ ングプラス チックなど) のシー ト、 フィルム、 又はコーティ ングなどに よって摺動被覆を施し、 磁極表面を保護するとよい。
スぺーサ 16は、 マイ力、 高分子樹脂、 セラ ミ ックなどの電 気絶縁材料で形成され、 電磁石 14と永久磁石 13との間を電気 的に絶縁する。
ホルダー本体 8にはセンサー 17が取りつけられており、 下 部! ¾ータ 3の外周面に明暗色別又は切り欠き部を設け、 セ ンサ一 17に検出信号であるパルスを発生させるための検出部 材 18とする。 セ ンサー 17の検出信号をカ ウ ン トすることによ つて、 リ ング回転体 1の回転数 (回転速度) が検出される。 なお、 4はダス トカバー、 22はスネ ルワイヤ一から図示し ない管糸にバルーニングしながら巻き取られつつある紡出糸 C、の る。
上述の回転り ング Aは、 リ―ド線 14 bを介して電磁石 14に 適当な電流を流すことにより、 電磁石 14のテーパ面 14 aに永 久磁石 13のテーパ面 13 aとほぼ同じ強さの磁極を形成し、 そ れによって、 テーパ面 11 a , 12 aとテーパ面 13 a , 14 aとが 互いに反発し、 永久磁石 11 , 12は永久磁石 13及び電磁石 14か ら浮上して非接触状態となる。
したがって、 リ ング回転体 1 は、 極僅かな回転トルクによ つても回転することが可能で、 且つ摩擦などによるエネルギ 一口スが極めて少ない状態となり、 ト ラベラ一21の回転トル クによって高速回転が可能となる。
電磁石 14に流す電流を減少させると、 電磁石 14の磁力は低 下し、 これにともなって永久磁石 11 , 12を上方へ押し上げて いる分力が低下するので、 永久磁石 11のテーパ面 11 aと永久 磁石 13のテーパ面 13 aとの反発力、 及びリ ング回転体 1の自 重によって、 リ ング回転体 1 は下方へ移動し、 テーパ面 12 a がテーパ面 14 aに接触することとなる。 この接触圧力は、 電 磁石 14に流れている電流の強さに応じて変えることができる, また、 電流の流れる方向を逆に切り換えると、 電磁石 14の テーパ面 14 aの磁極は S極となり、 これと永久磁石 12のテー パ面 12 aとが吸着して大きなブレーキ力 (制動力) が発生す る o
したがって、 電磁石 14に流れる電流の大きさ及び方向を制 御することによってブレーキ力が制御され、 リ ング回転体 1 の回転数や高速回転から停止に至る時間を制御することがで きる。
次に本発明による リ ング回転装置のコ ン トロ一ル方法とそ の装置を説明す 。
第 1図は、 本発明に係る制御装置 Hのプロ ック図である。 第 1図では 2本のス ピン ドルだけ示すが、 実際には精紡機の 全ス ピンドルが対象となる。
第 1図において、 プログラム記憶手段 58は R A M又は R〇 Mなどからなり、 プログラ ム記憶手段 58には、 多種類の紡出 糸の品種審手毎に設定された全紡出工程の紡出プ πグラムが 格納されている。 この紡出プログラ ムは、 それぞれの紡出糸 の適正紡出張力範囲及び空ボビン巻き始めから満管に至るス ト レツチ長さに基づく管糸の分玉割合に応じて、 予め定めた ス ピンドル 53及び回転リ ング 1の標準的な回転数のデータで ある o
分玉割合によるス ピン ドル回転数の制御は、 リ ングレール 位置をリニァスケール又は多段設置によるマイ ク ロスイ ッチ に順次接触することにより検知入力し、 予め入力されたプロ グラムとの比較においてス ピン ドル回転の変速制御を行う。
リ ング回転体 1の回転数のデータは、 リ ング回転体 1 のス ピン ドル 53に対する目標回転速度比率である抑制率 kとして 己憶されてぃる o
ス ピン ドル駆動モータ一51は、 プログラム記憶手段 58から のデータに基づきス ピン ドル制御手段 50によって所定の回転 数となるように制御されながら回転する。
ス ピン ドル駆動モータ一 51の回転によって、 ス ピン ドル駆 動主軸 52が回転駆動され、 ス ピン ドル駆動主軸 52の回転によ つてベル トなどを介して各錘のス ピン ドル 53が回転する。 ス ピン ドル駆動主軸 52には、 タコジェ ネレータゃ回転パルス発 生器などからなる回転数検出器 59が設けられており、 回転数 検出器 59の出力を基にして、 回転数検出回路 60によってスピ ンドル 53の回転数 R sが検出される。
乗算手段 57は、 回転数検出回路 60によって検出したス ピン ドル 53の回転数 R sに記憶手段 58から出力される減少率 kを 掛け合わせ、 その乗算結果を目標回転数 R j として出力する c
—方、 回転数検出回路 54は、 セ ンサー 17からのパルス出力 をカ ウ ン トすることによってリ ング回転体 1の回転数 R rを 検出する。
比較手段 56は、 回転数検出回路 54によって検出した回転数 R r と、 乗算手段 57から出力される目標回転数 R j とを比較 し、 その差に応じた補正信号 R hを出力する。
制動駆動回路 55は、 比較手段 56から出力される補正信号 R hに基づき、 電磁石 14に流れる電流の大きさ及び方向を制 御することによって、 軸承機構 Gにおけるブレーキ力を調整 し、 これによつてリ ング回転体 1の回転数 R rが目標回転数 R j となるように制御する。 これら各回路及び手段は、 ハー ド回路により、 又は適切に プログラムされたマイ クロプロセッサ一などによつて実現さ れる。
次に、 上述の制御装置 Hによる リ ング回転体の回転数制御 の一例を第 3図によって説明する。
第 3図は、 .シーケ ンサ一等の制御装置を備えた高速精紡機 による短繊維中番手級の標準的な綿 40 I S〜60 1 Sの紡出プ口グ ラ ムの一例を示す線図である。 この紡出プログラムは、 空ボ ビンからコ ップ尻が形成せられる 3分玉前後までと、 9分玉 から潔管までの糸切れ多発区間における糸切れを最少に維持 しつつ、 スピン ドル回転数を可能限界まで引上げ、 且つ最高 速紡糸区間を最長ならしめ、 最短時間で紡糸を完了させるこ とによって、 最少の糸切れと高品質を保ち乍ら生産性の極大 化を計ることを目的とする。 イ ンバーター等によるス ピンド ル回転の多段変速制御は既に公知となっている現在、 本発明 はさらにこ <Z>スピン ドルの変速制御に対応して、 電気的に回 転制御可能な回転リ ング装置を用い、 どの様な対スピンドル 回転比率で増減速の変速制御を行うか各品種審手毎の紡糸プ ログラムに於ける最適紡糸張力を含む最適紡出条件になるよ う、 ス ピンドル回転制御に優先して、 リ ング回転体の回転制 御を行う翻御手段と制御プログラムを提供せんとするもので ある σ
前記スピン ドル回転に対する リ ング回転制御手段の作動を 以下説明する。
( 1 ) 各转糸プログラムのス ピンドル変速制御曲線 S Cに対 する リ ング変速制御曲線 R Cの最適相対比率である抑制率を 基本とし、 リ ング回転の対スピン ドル回転比の上限を r u、 下限を r dで表す。
( 2 ) 上記 S C曲線の変速ダイ ヤグラ ムに対する R C曲線変 速ダイャグラ ムの時間的関係を決定する。
( 3 ) 上記リ ング回転の制御手段としては、
① 紡出品種蕃手毎の紡糸張力の変動幅を予め設定し、 糸 切れに至らない上限紡糸張力を T S Uとし、 バルーン崩 壊に至らない下限紡糸張力を T S Dとして、 ス ピン ドル 回転の変動により、 紡糸張力の変動幅が前記上限張力 T S U、 下限張力 T S Dの範囲を超えようとするときは、 ス ピン ドル回転の変速制御に優先してリ ング回転数を変 速制御して、 糸切れしない紡糸張力範囲に復帰せしめる 制御を行う。
この時、 リ ング回転の変速制御で上記張力範囲に復帰が 困難な場合は、 従属的な補充制御としてス ピン ドル回転 の調整制御が行われる。
② リ ングレールと ラペッ ト レールの位置を検出し、 ス ト レツチ長さの変化から分玉位置を検知し、 紡糸時間の推 移による分玉の変化に対応したリ ング回転のダイャグラ ム変速制御を行う。
③ 全紡糸工程を通じ、 リ ングレールの位置と昇降方向を 検知し、 管糸のチュース間における紡糸張力変動に対応 し、 チヱース上部即ちボビン小径部に於けるス ピン ドル の減速制御によらず、 リ ング回転のチュース間増変速制 御即ちチュ一スの最上部を底とする V字状タィ ムチヤ一 トにより、 チヱースの上部と下部、 又は、 リ ングレール 上昇中及び下降時のリ ング回転をチ ースの最上部付近 を中心に増速上昇せしめるチニース間リ ング回転の変速 制御を行う。
( 4 ) 前記標準的な紡出プログラムを例示した第 3図によれ ば、
(1) 始動時のスピン ドル回転数 N Sを通常 10, 000乃至
12, OOOr. p. m.に設定した S C曲線とし、 N Sが swZ onから設 定速度 S 1 に達する立上り加速第 1期間 N 1の所要時間 P 1 は主動力に对する機台負荷によっても異なるが、 通常 5乃至 10秒程度である。 この区間のリ ング回転数 N Rは 0に設定さ れ、 リ ンク"回転制御ダイャグラム R Cはスピン ドル回転数 N Sが設定加速 10, 000乃至 12, OOOr. p. m.の S 1 に達した 5乃 至 10秒の時間差 P 1をおいてスタ一トする。
(2) S C曲線は N Sが設定初速 S 1 に達した後、 引続き 0 ステツプ第 1速 S S (目標最高速度 S h x l/2 相当) 15, 000 r. p. m.前後までを swZ onにより 20乃至 30秒以内の期間 P 2に 設定し、 引続き 0ステップで swZ onより 60秒以内に S hの 60 % (18, OOOr. p. m.前後) の S 3から更に増速勾配 N 4を経て S hの 2/3 に相当する速度 S 4 (20, OOOr. p. m.前後) に達し て第 1ステップ S ^を踏み、 この速度 S 4を維持しつつ、 最 低 0. 5分玉以上の管糸初期コ ップ尻を形成する。
この時までのリ ング回転変速制御プログラム曲線 R Cは、 リ ング回転速度 N Rを、 ス ピン ドル回転速度 N 2 , N 3に対 し 40%〜 50 %の K 1 , Κ 2 とし、 Ν 4に対しては 50%〜60% の Κ 3増速勾配で追従して、 ス ピン ドル回転第 1 ステップ S i に対し 50%〜60%に当る 10, 000〜12, OOOr. P. m.になるよ うにリ ング回転数 R 1を設定する。
以上(1), (2)のスィ ッチ ON. 「N S」 始動時から 0. 5分玉 〜 1分玉に至る管糸の初期コ ップボトム形成段階までのスピ ン ドル回転制御曲線 S Cに対する リ ング回転制御曲線 R Cの 比率制御は、 始動時スピン ドル回転の立上り S C勾配が急角 度になり、 ト ルク増加が急激に行われる場合には、 ス ピンド ル回転 N Sに対する リ ング回転 N Rの回転比率を上記の 40% 〜60%から 80%〜90%に高めてスター ト時のト ラベラーにか かる増速ショ ッ クを吸収することは勿論可能であるが、 捲付 け始動時から初期コ ップ尻形成までの間は、 リ ング、 ト ラべ ラ一間に適当な摩擦抵抗を与え、 紡出糸がボビンに正常な張 力で捲取られることにより、 形成せられたコ ップ尻の形状が 長時間の高速紡出に於て、 管糸崩れを起さぬよう、 増速に堪 える準備段階として、 スター ト切れを起さない範囲で捲取り 張力を強くするように S C増速曲線に対する R C追従増速比 率を設定したものである。
(3) その後、 糸品種、 審手、 機台条件等により紡糸速度の 限界は異るが、 管糸が 0. 1 PB ( 1分玉) 乃至 0. 2 FB ( 2分玉) にかけての S C増速勾配 N 5の区間及びス ピン ドル回転 N S が S 5に達し、 第 2ステツプ S mで 2. 2分玉乃至 3分玉のコ ップボトム形成が終るまでの区間は、 S C曲線の最高速 S h の 85% (第 6図 S h 3万 Γ · p. m.に対し S mを 25, OOOr. p. m. ) に増速し、 コップボ トム形成後 0. 4 FB〜 0. 5 FB ( 4分玉〜 5 分玉) 付近で最高紡出速度 Sh 30, OOOr. p. m. に達する緩やか な増速勾配 N 6の S C曲線を設定する。
この区間に於ける リ ング回転制御曲線 R Cは、 N 5に对し K 4、 鲴 対し!^ 2 、 N 6に対し K 3とそれぞれ S C曲線 に対し 60% 50%で追従上昇させ、 糸切れを生じない範囲で の ¾スピン ドル相対速度を維持すると共に、 ス ト レツチ及び ボビン捲取りに伴うチユース間ト ラベラ一の変速に ¾応した R C リ ング回転の変速制御を行って、 コ ップボトム形成まで と、 増速 よる紡糸張力変動等によって生じるショ ックの吸 収、 紡糸張力の均等化を計る。
(4) 管糸が 4 5分玉乃至 5分玉を形成後、 紡調が安定する 5. 5分玉付近まで R C曲線は最高の R 3を持続し、 その後紡 調安定し、 糸 ©"れ発生稀少な 0. 85PB乃至 0. 9 PBまでの中玉区 間では、 リ ング R C曲線を S C曲線の最高 S hの 40〜 50%の
R 4まで下降させ、 リ ング回転トルクを減じて、 ト ラべラー トルクの変動に従ってリ ング回転がチユース間変速しやすく し、 ^紡糸張力の安定を計ると共に、 この S C曲線が紡糸プロ グラム中、 最高速、 最長時間帯における リ ング駆動に要する 消費電力の節減と、 回転リ ング軸受摩損の減少による寿命延 長を計る。
ほ) 管糸が 0. 85~ 0. 9 FB付近に到達した時、 R C曲線のリ ン 回:転を R 4から R 5の増速勾配 K 7で再び S hの 60~ 50 %に相当する R 5 (18, OOOr. p. m. )に上昇させ、 9. 5分玉乃至 満管(FB)直前ま この R 5を持続し、 管糸 9. 5分玉乃至それ 以降に S C曲線を最高 S hから N 7の減速勾配で S hの 1/2 乃至 1/3 程度の S Sに下げる S C曲線制御を行い、 満管(FB) に到達した S S - (a) 点で自動満管捲下げ停止装置等の機合 満管指令信号等により、 機合モータ一 OFF 、 リ ングレール自 動降下、 同尻巻位置停止管糸尻巻き完了、 S— 0 . ス ピンド ル停止までのス ピン ドル制御曲線、 S C減速勾配 角に対し、 リ ング制御曲線 R Cは、 S C曲線第 5速 S Sの時、 その S S の 40%乃至 30%の 6,000r. p. m.以下の R 6まで減速してリ ン グ回転の慣性を減殺した後、 ス ピン ドル回転 S S— a点に対 比する、 リ ング回転 R 6 — b点から、 R C減速勾配 3角をス ピン ドル回転減速勾配 α角より大きく と り、 S C曲線 S Sの a点から S— 0 . ス ピン ドル完全停止までに要する時間 H S に対し、 R C曲線リ ング減速ステ ッ プ R 6 — b点から、 R— 0 . リ ング完全停止までの所要時間 H Rが短くなるよう、 即 ち S— 0 . ス ピン ドル停止より早く、 乃至は同時に R— 0 . リ ング回転を停止せしめるよう、 R C曲線を設定制御する。 即ち、 満管時機台モータ一 DFF 後、 S— 0 . ス ピン ドル停 止までの時間 H Sは、 機台錘数管糸重量の総和等の負荷と、 機台ブレーキ装置の有無又は種類等種々の条件によって異り, 機台主モータ一への供電停止時、 即ちス ピン ドル惰性回転開 始時のス ピン ドル速度やト ルクも差異があるが、 ィ ンバ一タ 一等 S C変速プログラムゃ SWZ QFF 時の主モーターフ リーラ ン機台強制ブレーキ装置の併用により、 10秒前後まで短縮制 御が可能と考えられるので、 満管停止時の R C— b点から R 一 0 リ ング回転停止までの時間 H Rは、 Maxで H Sと同時、 乃至それより短くする (HR≤HS) 必要があり、 H Sを 10秒と した場合 H Rは 9秒〜 5秒に設定制御する。
第 4図は、 比較手段 56及び制御駆動回路 55の動作の一例を 示すフローチャ ー トである。
つまり、 ステツプ # 11においてリ ング回転数 R r と目標回 転数 R j との差を求める。
リ ング回転体の回転数 R rが目標回転数 R j よりも大きい 場合には、 ステップ # 12において、 回転数 R r と目標回転数 R j との差にゲイ ン "を乗じ、 電磁石 14によるブレーキ力の 増加分 Fを発生させるよう、 電磁石 14への電流を制御する。
回転数 R rが目標回転数 R j よりも小さい場合には、 ステ ップ # 13において、 電磁石 14によるブレーキ力を減少させる ように電磁石 14への電流を一定量可変制御する。
回転数 R. r と目標回転数 R j とが等しい場合には、 そのと きの電流を維持する。
さて、 分玉割合が 「 1」 になったとき、 つまり満管となつ たときは、 ス ピン ドル駆動モータ一 51へ速度 0指令を与える か、 又は電力の供給を停止させるとともに、 制動駆動回路 55 によって電磁石 14に流れる電流を制御し、 例えば電流の方向 を逆転させて永久磁石 12と電磁石 14とを吸着させて軸承機構 Gのブレーキ力を急激に増大させ、 ス ピン ドル 53が回転停止 するより ¾先にリ ング回転体 1が回転停止するように又は少 な とも雨者同時に回転停止しうるように制御する。
これによつて、 ス ピン ドル 53及びリ ング回転体 1 は第 3図 に示す紡出プログラムに即した回転数となるように制御され. 従来のような巻き戻し現象によるスナ一ルの発生が防止され、 また、 高速紡出時の紡糸張力コ ン トロール作用を維持するこ とが可能となる。 また軸心に対して傾斜角を有したテーパ面 11 a ~ 14 aによる求心力が作用し、 リ ング回転体 1 は心振れ や水平波打ち回転などを起こさず、 安定した回転を行う。 上述の実施例によると、 ボビンへの紡出糸の巻き始め及び 満管付近において、 紡出糸の糸切れを発生させずに高速で短 時間に紡出を行う ことができ、 また長い紡出時間の中玉区間 においても リ ング回転比率を下げ、 チエース間変速による紡 出張力変動幅を小さ く しながら高速で安定した紡出を行うこ とができるので、 低いリ ング回転動力で生産性が向上する。 上述の実施例において、 紡出プログラ ムをス ト レッ チ長さ による分玉割合に応じて設定する代わりに、 予め既知の時間 経過に応じて設定しておいてもよい。 プログラム記憶手段 58 への紡出プログラムの記憶は、 適当な外部記憶装置からロー ドするようにしてもよいし、 キーボードやデジタルスィ ツチ などから入力するようにしてもよい。 制御装置 Hの回路構成 は上述した以外の種々のものを採用することができる。
上述の実施例において、 2個の永久磁石 11 , 12を一体に構 成してもよい。 また、 これをリ ング回転体 1 と一体に構成し てもよい。 ホルダー 7側の磁石の内の下方を電磁石 14とした が、 上方の永久磁石 13を電磁石としてもよく、 これら両方と も電磁石としてもよい。 これらの磁極は、 全てが N極同士が 对抗するようにしたが、 S極同士が対抗するようにしたり、 上方と下方とでは異なる磁極となるように構成してもよい。 第 5図は他の実施例による紡績用回転リ ング装置 Bを示す 軸断面図である。 第 5図において、 第 2図に示す回転リ ング Aと同一の機能を有する部分には同一の符号を付して説明を 省略する。
リ ング回転体 1 は、 フラ ンジロータ 2 と下部ローター 3と が螺子 2 により結合し、 皿バネ 31 bを介して工具係合溝 31 aを有した ックナッ ト 31により固定されている。 下部口 一ター 3の下端部には切り欠き 18 aが設けられており、 セ ン サー 17は切り欠き 18 aを検出して回転数の信号を発生する。
ホルダー 7には、 ヨークケース 34が取りつけられており、 ヨークケース 34に周方向等間隔に設けられた多数の穴に導波 管 35 , 35…が嵌入され、 これら導波管 35内にコイルが巻かれ た円柱状又は扇状の電磁石 32 , 33が嵌入され、 これら電磁石 32 . 33の ード線が外部に引き出されている。 なお、 10は摺 動被覆、 36は底板、 37はエンドリ ング、 38は止め環、 39はリ ング取付け固定用スプリ ングである。
この実雄例の回転リ ング装置 Bでは、 電磁石 32 > 33による 磁力を極あて強くすることができ、 軸承機構 Gの動作が安定 し、 電磁石 32 , 33に流れる電流を制御することによる制動効 果が大きくなる。
上述の実施例においては、 永久磁石 11 , 12 . 13及び電磁石 14 ; 32, 33がテ一パ面を有するように構成したが、 テ一パ面 を有しないように構成してもよい。 例えば、 第 6図に示す紡 繽 ffl回転リ ング装置 Cでは、 リ ング回転体 1 に接着する永久 磁石 41を断面長方形の環状板とし、 ホルダー 7に装着する永 久磁石 42 , 43及び電磁石 44を、 永久磁石 41の上辺及び下辺の それぞれ一部、 及びそれらの間の側辺を取り囲む断面コ字状 に配置するように構成してもよい。
第 7図は、 他の実施例による回転リ ング装置 Dを示す軸断 面でめる。
回転リ ング Dは、 リ ング回転体 1がベアリ ング 72によって ホルダー 7に回転自在に支持され、 リ ング回転体 1の外周面 の軸方向のほぼ中央に設けられた永久磁石からなる回転子 73 とホルダー 7の内周面の軸方向のほぼ中央にあって回転子 73 の外周側の対抗する位置に設けられた電機子 74とからなるモ —ター 71を内蔵している。 このモーター 71は、 リ ング回転体 1を直接に回転させ、 モーター 71へ供給する電流の周波数や 大きさなどを調整することによって、 リ ング回転体 1の回転 速度を変更することができる。 なお、 18 bは反射型のセンサ 一 17により回転速度を検出するための白黒の検出板、 76は押 さえナツ ト、 77はスぺーサ、 78は止めリ ングである。
したがって、 この回転リ ング Dを使用する場合には、 上述 した制動駆動回路 55により、 モータ一71へ供給する電流の周 波数や大きさを制御し、 これによつてリ ング回転体 1の回転 数 R rが目標回転数 R j となるように制御することとなる。
スピン ドルの回転数比による糸の送り出し速度 £、 とボビ ン糸層径 dなどをセンサ一で検出することにより、 ト ラベラ —21の回転数 N tを演算検出することができる。 その検出値 に基づいて、 リ ング回転体 1の回転数 R rがト ラベラ一21の 回転数を超えないように制御することが可能である。 しかし このス ピン ドル回転数 R s と ト ラペラ一回転数 N t との差は 大きくないので、 リ ング回転数 R rの最高回転数を Rs x 0. 9 ≤Rrに概数制御しても差支えない。
なお前記の制御をフ ァージ一制御によって行ってもよい。 上述の実施例によると、 紡出糸の品種、 審手に最適の紡糸 ダイヤグラムに基づくスピン ドル回転とこれに追従して最適 比率となるようにリ ング回転体の回転速度を制御し、 始動時、 最短時間で機台最高回転に到達し、 停合時も最短時間で機合 停止が可能となるので、 最高速紡糸時間を極大化しうる紡出 プログ ム.を設定することが可能となる上、 リ ング回転体が ト ラベラーと同速化することゃリ ング停止時のォ一バーラ ン などを防止することができる。
上述の実施例において、 フラ ンジロータ 2 と下部ロータ一
3とを、 圧入嵌合することにより一体化してもよい。 その他 の部材の形状、 寸法、 構造、 材質、 個数又は配置などは、 上 述した以外の種々のものを採用することができる。 産業上の利用可能性
本発明によると、 紡出糸の品種、 審手に最適の紡糸ダイヤ グラムに基く、 スピン ドル回転とこれに追従して最適比率と なるようにリ ング回転体の回転速度を制御し、 始動時、 最短 時間 、 機合最高回転に到達し、 停台時も最短時間で機合停 止が可攀となるので、 最高速紡糸時間を極大化しうる紡出プ 口グラムを設定することが可能となる上、 リ ング回転体がト ラベラー ά同速化することゃリ ング停止時のオーバーラ ンな どを防止することができる。
したがって、 本発明の方法および装置を精紡機に用いれば 巻き戻し現象によるスナ一ルの発生の防止及び紡糸張力コ ン トロール作用を維持することが可能となり、 高速に且つ糸切 れを起こさないように紡糸を行うことができ、 紡機における 生産性を大幅に向上させることが可能となる。
特に本発明の方法および装置では各錘毎に回転リ ング装置 のリ ング回転体の回転速度を制御することができるので、 機 台の全錘にわたって安定した作動を行うことができると共に 良質な糸を得ることができる。
本発明の方法および装置は精紡機だけでなく、 撚糸機、 延 撚機、 カバーヤーン製造用撚糸機等リ ングとス ピン ドルを用 いる加撚機構を有する全ての繊維機械に用いることができる,

Claims

請 求 の 範 囲
1. リ ングレールとス ピン ドル駆動機構が設けられたリ ン グ精紡機およびリ ング撚糸機のような繊維機械に用いられ、 リ ングレー'ルに永平に固定された環状のホルダ一、 軸受機構 を介して前記ホルダーに回転自在に同軸支承されたリ ング回 転体、 該リ ング回転体の内側空間に同軸に配置されて前記ス ピン ドル駆動機構によって駆動されるス ピン ドル、 および前 記リ ング歯転体の回転速度を制御する回転速度制御手段を舍 んで成る回転リ ング装置をコ ント o —ルする方法において、 前記 'リ グ回転体および前記ス ピン ドルの回転速度をそれ ぞれ検 ¾し、 検出した回転速度を互いに比較し、 リ ング回転 体の.回耘速度がス ピン ドルの回転速度に对して予め設定され た最適回転比率の範囲内に入るように、 前記リ ング回転体の 回転速度を前記回転速度制御手段によってコ ン ト ロールする ことを特徴とする回転リ ング装置をコ ントロールする方法。
2. 前記ス ピン ドルの回転速度を糸パッケージ製造の始動 時からその完了時迄の全区間において予め定められた回転速 度にコ ン ト ロールする制御プログラ ムと、 前記ス ピン ドルの 回転速度をコ ン トロールする制御プログラムとの関連で最適 比率に定めた回転数に前記リ ング回転体の回転速度をコ ン ト ロールする制御プログラムを有し、 前記リ ング回転体の回転 速度の前記回転速度制御手段によるコ ン トロールが、 検出さ れたリ ング回転体の回転数と前記制御プログラム中の対応す る目標回転数の差を縮少するように行われることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第 1項記載の方法。
3. 前記リ ング回転体の回転速度の制御プ αグラムを、 始 動時から前記リ ング回転体の回転速度が最高速度に達する迄 の増速勾配では、 ス ピン ドル回転数より低い回転数で且つス ピン ドル回転数の増速率よりも少く とも高くない増速率で増 速し、 ス ピン ドルの回転速度が最高速度に達した後中玉紡調 安定区間ではリ ング回転体の回転速度を減速して対スピンド ル回転数比の 40%〜60%の範囲に保ち、 次いで満管前スピン ドルの回転数を前記最高回転速度から低下させるに先立って リ ング回転体の回転速度を増速し、 満管時スピン ドルの回転 を減速する減速勾配ではス ピン ドルの回転数の減速率より も 少く とも低くない減速率で減速し、 且つリ ング回転体の停止 が少く ともス ピン ドルの回転の停止より前に行われるように 構成し、 それによつてリ ング回転体の回転速度をプロダラム 制御することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 2項記載の方法。
4. 前記リ ング回転体の回転始動がスピン ドルの回転始動 より少く とも後に行われるようにリ ング回転体の回転の始動 制御を行うことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 3項記載の方法。
5. 前記軸受機構として磁気軸受を用い、 該磁気軸受がリ ング回転体とホルダ一のそれぞれの軸方向および直径方向の 対向面に微少空隙を介して同極同士が対向するように同軸に 配置された環^磁石であり、 且つ前記それぞれの対向面は前 記リ ング回転体がホルダ一に対して軸線方向に移動した時に その一部の面で相互に接触するような輪郭に形成されており 前記ホルダーの複数の磁石の中少く とも 1個が電磁石であり 前記回転速度制御手段による リ ング回転体の回転速度のコ ン ト ールが、 前記電磁石の磁界の強さをコ ン トロールし、 そ れによってリ ング回転体とホルダー間の磁気軸受での空隙を 調節してリ ング回転体を回転する ト ルク力をコ ン ト ロ ールす ることによって行われることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項 記載の方法。
6. 前記電磁石の磁界の強さのコ ン ト ロールが前記電磁石 に流れる電流の強さを変更することによって行われることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第 5項記載の方法。
7. 前記電磁石の磁界の強さのコ ン ト ロールが前記電磁石 に流れる電流の方向を変更することによって行われることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第 5項記載の方法。
8. 前記電磁石の磁界の強さのコ ン トロールが前記電磁石 に流れる電流の方向を変え、 且つ電流の強さを変更すること によって行われる請求の範囲第 5項記載の方法。
9. 前記軸受機構の領域でリ ング回転体に環状永久磁石を 配置する <ί共にホルダーに電機子を配置して、 リ ングモータ 一を形成し、 前記回転速度制御手段による リ ング回転体の回 転速度のコ ン ト ロールが前記電機子に流れる電流をコ ン ト口 ールすることによって行われる請求の範囲第 1項記載の方法,
10. 前記電流のコ ン ト ロールを周波数を変更することによ つて行うことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 9項記載の方法。
11. 前記電流のコ ン ト ロールを、 電流の大きさを変更する ことによって行うことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 9項記載の 方法。
12. 前記電流のコ ン ト ロ ールを、 電圧の強さを変更するこ とによって行うことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 9項記載の方 法。
13. 前記電流のコ ン ト ロ ールを、 電流のベク ト ルを変更す ることによって行うことを特徵とする請求の範囲第 9項記載 の方法。
14. リ ングレールとス ピンドル駆動機構が設けられたリ ン グ精紡機およびリ ング撚糸機のような紡績機械に用いられ、 リ ングレールに水平に固定された環状のホルダ一、 軸受機構 を介して前記ホルダーに回転自在に同軸支承されたリ ング回 転体、 該リ ング回転体の内側空間に同軸に配置されて前記ス ピン ドル駆動機構によって駆動されるス ピン ドル、 および前 記リ ング回転体の回転速度を制御する回転速度制御手段を含 んで成る回転リ ング装置を複数個有する繊維機械の回転リ ン グ装置をコ ン トロ一ルする装置において、
前記軸受機構として磁気軸受を用い、 該磁気軸受がリ ング 回転体とホルダーのそれぞれの対向面に微少空隙を介して同 極同士が対向するように同軸に配置された環状磁石であり、 且つ前記それぞれの对向面は前記リ ング回転体がホルダーに 対して軸線方向に移動した時にその一部の面で相互に接触す るような輪郭に形成されており、 前記ホルダーの磁石の少く とも 1個が電磁石であり、
該回転リ ング装置のコ ン ト ール装置が、 前記リ ング回転 体の回転速度を検出する リ ング速度検出手段、 前記ス ピンド ルの回転速度を検出するス ピン ドル速度検出手段、 前記リ ン グ回転体 スピン ドルに対する目標回転速度比率である抑制 率を記憶する抑制率記憶手段、 ス ピン ドル速度検出手段によ り検出された回転速度に抑制率を乗ずるための乗算手段、 該 乗算手段から得られた結果と前記リ ング速度検出手段により 検出された回転速度とを比較する比較手段、 および前記リ ン グ回転体の回転速度が目標回転速度となるように、 前記比較 手段の比較結果に基づいて前記軸受機構のホルダーに設けた 電磁石に れる電流をコ ン ト口ールする電流制御手段とから 成り、
前記回転リ ング装置のコ ン トロール装置を構成する要素中、 ス ピンドル速度検出手段、 抑制率記憶手段および乗算手段が 繊維機械機台毎に設けられ、 その他の要素が複数の回転リ ン グ装置の れぞれに設けられていることを特徴とする回転リ ング装置コ ン ト ロール装置。
15. 前記ス ピン ドルの回転速度を糸パッケージの製造の始 動時からその完了時迄の全区間において予め定められた回転 速度にコ ン牛 πールする制御プ口グラ厶を記憶する手段がさ らに設けられ、 該記憶手段の制御プログラムに基づいてス ピ ンドルが回転することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 14項記載の 装置 ci
16. ' リ ングレールとス ピン ドル駆動機構が設けられたリ ン グ精紡機およびリ ング撚糸機のような紡績機械に用いられ、 リ ングレールに水平に固定された環状のホルダ一、 軸受機構 を介して前記ホルダーに回転自在に同軸支承されたリ ング回 転体、 該 'J ング回転体の内側空間に同軸に配置されて前記ス ピン ドル駆動機構によって駆動されるスピン ドル、 および前 記リ ング回転体の回転速度を制御する回転速度制御手段を含 んで成る回転リ ング装置を複数個有する繊維機械の回転リ ン グ装置をコ ン ト ロ ールする装置において、
前記軸受機構の領域で、 リ ング回転体に環状永久磁石を配 置すると共に、 ホルダーに電機子を配置して、 リ ングモータ 一を形成し、
該回転リ ング装置コ ン トロール装置が、 前記リ ング回転体 の回転速度を検出する リ ング速度検出手段、 前記スピン ドル の回転速度を検出するスピンドル速度検出手段、 前記リ ング 回転体のス ピン ドルに対する目標回転速度比率である抑制率 を記憶する抑制率記憶手段、 ス ピン ドル速度検出手段により 検出された回転速度に抑制率を乗ずるための乗算手段、 該乗 算手段から得られた結果と前記リ ング速度検出手段により検 出された回転速度とを比較する比較手段、 および前記リ ング 回転体の回転速度が目標回転速度となるように、 前記比較手 段の比較結果に基づいて前記ホルダーに設けた電機子に流れ る電流をコ ン トロールする制御手段から成り、
前記回転リ ング装置コ ン ト ロール装置を構成する要素中、 ス ピン ドル速度検出手段、 抑制率記憶手段および乗算手段が 繊維機械機台毎に設けられ、 その他の要素が複数の回転リ ン グ装置のそれぞれに設けられていることを特徴とする回転リ ング装置コ ン トロール装置。
17. 前記スピンドルの回転速度を糸パッケージの製造の始 動時からその完了時迄の全区間において予め定められた回転 速度にコ ントロールする制御プログラムを記憶する手段がさ らに設けられ、 該記憶手段の制御プ グラムに基づいてスピ ンドルが回転することを特徵とする請求の範囲第 16項記載の 装置 ο
