Abstract

Pour réaliser la tête magnétique, on utilise un substrat monocristallin (16) que l'on soumet à une gravure anisotrope selon un plan cristallographique pour donner à l'entrefer (48) sa direction précise (droite ou inclinée). Le substrat est soumis par ailleurs à une oxydation thermique pour donner à l'entrefer une épaisseur donnée. Application notamment aux têtes pour enregistrement vidéo.
