Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for cutting out shapes from flat bodies, with a first cutting edge and with further cutting edges protruding laterally from the first cutting edge, a mold for baked goods or the like, which can preferably be produced with this device, and the baked goods thus produced.
  • Devices for cutting out molds for baked goods are known for example from DE-PS 3008 842, US-PS 4 606 716, FR-PS 1 081 182, US-PS 4 276 800, US-PS 825 775, the US-PS 1421 749, AT-PS 134 640 and CH-PS 121 797 known.
  • the shapes are essentially completely limited by cutting edges. The forms are thus already completely produced when they are cut out. Only in the method and the device according to DE-C2 30 08 842 are still connected pieces of dough separated from one another in a further process step.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a simply constructed device with which these objects can be achieved.
  • this object is achieved in that an imaginary envelope extends to the other cutting edges on the side opposite the first cutting edge, essentially parallel to the first cutting edge, and that the shapes of the first cutting edge and / or the envelope and the further cutting edges are completely limited are.
  • This arrangement of the cutting edges according to the invention ensures that, regardless of the shape of the parts to be cut out, there is no waste when, for example, dough with the aid of the ß device is progressively cut out substantially transversely to the longitudinal orientation of the first cutting edge.
  • the shapes in the device according to the invention are not always completely limited by cutting, but partly by an envelope which runs parallel to the first cutting edge.
  • These shapes for example pieces of dough, are therefore only separated from the flat body, for example from the dough sheet, during the subsequent cutting step, by pressing the first cutting edge in the area of the imaginary envelope into the dough, which not only makes the device technically simpler, but also it is also avoided that overlaps or a lateral offset of cutting edges occur if several rows of shapes are successively cut out side by side.
  • the first cutting edge is straight, which on the one hand makes handling and on the other hand the manufacture of the device according to the invention very simple.
  • the further cutting edges may be of any shape and to be arranged as desired on the first cutting edge, it is preferred according to the invention that the further cutting edges have a shape which is periodically repeating in the longitudinal extent of the first cutting edge.
  • the manufacture of the device according to the invention is particularly inexpensive.
  • the cut edges of the cutters form the circumference of a wheel, then the forms can be cut out by rolling off this wheel on the flat body.
  • Another object of the invention is therefore to provide a mold for baked goods or the like which is to be cut out of dough next to one another, which has as few corners as possible and can be cut out of dough without waste.
  • This object is achieved in that the shape is essentially U-shaped.
  • U-shapes are arranged opposite one another next to one another, that is to say that the base of a U-shape is arranged next to the upper end of an adjacent U-shape and the corners at the upper end of the U-shape are rounded to a greater or lesser extent as required Corners follow the base of the adjacent U-shape, shapes with only two corners can be cut out of dough without waste.
  • Cutting here is preferably to be understood to mean cutting out by means of the device according to the invention, but any other device or method, for example cutting by means of compressed air, laser beam and so on, can also be used.
  • FIG. 1 to 3 show preferred embodiments of the invention and FIG. 4 shows the use of a device according to the invention when cutting out molds from dough.
  • the device shown in FIG. 1 essentially consists of a straight cutting edge 1 from which further cutting edges 2 'to 2 1 ' * * protrude laterally, that is to say parallel to the plane of the dough to be cut out.
  • These cutting edges 2 * to 2 '''' which overall form essentially a sinusoidal shape, can either be fastened separately to the cutting edge 1 or be formed from a continuous band with the cutting edge 1, as better shown in FIG Fig. 4 can be seen.
  • an envelope 3 is shown in the form of a dashed line on the further cutting edges 2 'to 2' '' '. This envelope 3 runs parallel to the first cutting edge 1.
  • the first cutting edge 1 were, for example, curved in the form of a circular arc or wavy lines, the envelope 3 would essentially follow this shape of the first cutting edge 1.
  • FIG. 2 A further embodiment of the invention is shown in FIG. 2, which likewise has a straight first cutting edge 1. From this alternately a further cutting edge 2a 'projects at a right angle and a cutting edge 2b' at approximately 45 ° to the cutting edge 1, which touches the next following cutting edge 2a '' and so on at its end, so that a sawtooth-shaped profile is created.
  • the cutting edges 1, 2a ⁇ , 2b ', 2a'', 2 1 ' and so on are formed from a single, continuous band, preferably made of metal. In the illustrated in Fig.
  • the first cutting edge 1 is always made to coincide with the imaginary envelope 3 from the previous cutting process and pressed into the dough, whereby the preferably sharp cutting edges 5 of the cutting edges 1, 2 cut the dough 6.
  • the corner 10 of the shape 7 follows the rounded base 14 of the adjacent shape 8 and accordingly the corner 11 of the shape 8 of the rounded base 13 of the adjacent shape 7.
  • the elbow can be selected - Mung the bases 13, 14 in the region of the adjacent corners 9, 10, 11, 12, the shape of these corners can be influenced. Borderline cases are conceivable, for example, in which the base 13, 14 almost forms an acute corner with the legs of the U-shape and is only slightly rounded, so that the adjacent corners 9, 10, 11, 12 also run only slightly outwards Spit have zen.
