Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Entladungslampe (98) sowie auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer solchen. Um zumindest zwei nebeneinander verlaufende erste und zweite Entladungsröhren (100, 102) aus Glas über eine Querverbindung (104, 106) verspannungsfrei zu verbinden, wird vorgeschlagen, daß jede Entladungsröhre (100, 102) im Bereich eines offenen Endes (110, 112) erweicht wird, die erweichten Enden der Entladungsröhren zur Ausbildung eines Stumpfstoßes (110) verbunden werden und daß anschließend die so verbundenen Entladungsröhren zu deren nebeneinander verlaufenden Ausrichtung gebogen werden.
