Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte au domaine de la biologie, plus précisément, à celui de la biochimie et de la biologie moléculaire, et peut être utilisée en médecine expérimentale et clinique. Cette invention permet de détecter simultanément un grand nombre de protéines différentes (jusqu'à 1000 dénominations) dans un seul dosage ou, encore, de détecter une seule et même protéine dans un grand nombre de dosages. A cette fin, on utilise une membrane de nitrocellulose que l'on divise en cellules (jusqu'à 1000) d'une taille de 3 à 5 mm, lesdites cellules étant répertoriées à l'aide de deux coordonnées. On ajoute ensuite des anticorps prédéterminés au milieu de chaque cellule de la membrane, on immobilise ces anticorps et, après rinçage de la membrane, on applique sur cette dernière des protéines préalablement étiquetées dans un dosage. On laisse ensuite reposer pendant 1 à 2 heures et l'on rince la membrane afin d'éliminer les excédents. La teneur en protéines est déterminée selon un procédé radiographique, tandis que l'identification des protéines se fait en fonction du numéro de la cellule (de l'anticorps).
