Abstract

Ein Test-Kit zum Nachweis von enterohämorrhagischen Escherichia coli Strämmen (EHEC) enthält jeweils ein Primerpaar zur Amplifizierung mindestens eines Teils des SLT1-Gens, des SLT2-Gens, des r∫bE-Gens, des eaeA-Gens und Kontrollgens in einer einzigen Reaktion sowie jeweils sowohl ein Oligonukleotid als Fangsonde als auch ein Oligonukleotid als Detektorsonde zur Hybridisierung der mit den Primern gewonnenen Amplifikate bei Raumtemperatur, wobei alle Fangsonden auf einer gemeinasamen festen Oberfläche immobilisiert sind und die Detektorsonden mit einer visuell detektierbaren Markierung versehen sind. Mit Hilfe diese Test-Kits wird auf einfache Weise in einer einzigen Reaktion ein verlässlicher Nachweis von enterohämorrhagischen Escherichia coli-Stämmen ermöglicht.
