Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Platte bestehend aus einem wärmeaushärtbaren und/oder thermoplastischen Kunststoff mit Kohlenstoff-Füllstoff mit einem Füllstoffanteil von vorzugsweise 70 Gew.% bis 95 Gew.%, wobei eine den Kunststoff und den Kohlenstoff-Füllstoff enthaltende Ausgangsmischung in eine Pressform eingefüllt und sodann mit einem Presswerkzeug zu der Platte geformt wird. Um zu erreichen, dass die Platte gezielt gewünschte Eigenschaften aufweist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass in die Pressform schicht- und/oder bereichsweise Ausgangsmischungen portionsweise der Pressform zugeführt werden und die zugeführten Portionen nacheinander gewünschten Pressparametern ausgesetzt werden.
