Abstract

Conformément à une forme d'exécution de l'invention, un procédé permettant d'effectuer une intervention chirurgicale comprend les étapes ci-après : mise en place d'un cathéter d'administration dans une zone spécifique de l'intervention ; activation d'un ensemble à laser à fibres optiques dans le cathéter d'administration ; et mise en place de l'ensemble à laser à fibres optiques en vue de créer un trou spécifique pour le traitement dans la zone spécifique de l'intervention.
