Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de pressage de parties ayant des tolérances inférieures à 1000 nanomètres. Le système et le procédé selon l'invention sont particulièrement adaptés pour produire des parties optoélectroniques. Le système comprend une presse de marquage et une unité de pressage ou bien une suite de telles unités destinées à supporter un poinçon et une matrice. Les unités de pressage sont conçues pour maintenir un alignement substantiel du poinçon et de la matrice avec le nombre minimal de constituants mobiles. L'unité de presse comprend un axe qui guide de manière rigide, le poinçon vers la matrice. La presse est capable de donner au poinçon la force nécessaire pour effectuer les opérations de pressage. Le système comprend un système d'interface qui assure l'interface entre la force de la presse et le poinçon, tout en découplant simultanément les structures de la presse et du poinçon.
