Abstract

La présente invention concerne d'une façon générale des kits qui fournissent des mélanges de réactifs et des instructions d'utilisation de ceux-ci dans des techniques de dosage à haut rendement qui déterminent l'état de prolifération de populations de cellules cibles isolées. Ces techniques mesurent la sortie luminescente provenant du contenu ATP intracellulaire de cellules cibles incubées et établissent une corrélation entre cette luminescence et l'état de prolifération de ces cellules. Cette invention concerne aussi des kits qui fournissent des mélanges de réactifs et des instructions destinés à des techniques de dosage à haut rendement permettant de rechercher des composés qui peuvent moduler l'état de prolifération d'une population de cellules cible. Les kits de cette invention et les techniques décrites peuvent être utilisés pour déterminer l'état de prolifération de n'importe quelle lignée ou type de cellules isolées. Les kits et les procédés de cette invention répondent au besoin de dosages rapides qui puissent déterminer l'état de prolifération de cellules hématopoïétiques et de cellules progénitrices isolées et de sous populations de cellules différenciées de celles-ci.
