Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'article de plastique moulé par injection. Ce procédé consiste à introduire une charge de matière plastique à travers une ouverture d'injection dans un espace de moule puis à alimenter un liquide sous pression dans cet espace de moule de façon à former une cavité dans la matière plastique fondue et à entraîner la conformation de cette matière plastique à la forme de cet espace moulé. Une alimentation sous pression de gaz est ensuite communiquée au liquide sous pression présent dans la cavité. Au moins un orifice de sortie est ouvert de façon à permettre au gaz sous pression présent dans cette cavité de se dilater et d'évacuer au moins une partie du liquide de la cavité. Cette invention concerne aussi un appareil permettant de mouler par injection d'un article de plastique.
