Abstract
駆動部分をコンパクトにし得る作業車両を提供することを目的とする。エンジン出力軸を有するエンジンと、エンジン出力軸を一体的に駆動するように取り付けられ、バッテリで駆動される電動モータと、エンジン出力軸に接続されたトランスミッションおよびトランスミッションによって車輪を作動させる走行駆動軸を有する走行駆動部と、エンジン出力軸によって選択的に作業を行う作業駆動部と、バッテリを充電する発電機と、走行駆動部の回生エネルギを発電機へ伝達する走行回生部と、フォーク駆動部の回生エネルギを発電機へ伝達する作業回生部と、走行回生部および作業回生部にそれぞれ備えられ、発電機からの動力伝達を抑制する走行用ワンウェイクラッチおよび作業用ワンウェイクラッチと、が備えられている。

[0001] 本発明は、駆動源としてエンジンを備え、荷役、土木等の作業を行う作業車両に関 するものである。
背景技術
[0002] エンジンフォークリフトでは、 1台のエンジンが荷役系および走行系の駆動源となつ て!、るので、エンジン出力の高!、エンジンが用いられて!/、る。
このため、エンジンが低回転数の時には燃費が悪ィ匕するし、排ガス量が増加する等 の問題があった。
これを改善すべく出力の小さいエンジンを用いると、高負荷時には、走行系あるい は荷役系をエンジン力も切り離すことが必要となるなど使用方法に制限が付けられる こととなる。
これらを解決するものとして、例えば、特許文献 1および特許文献 2に示されるよう にエンジンと電動発電機とを複合して駆動源とする、 、わゆるハイブリッド方式が提案 されている。
[0003] 特許文献 1に示されるものは、走行系および荷役系をそれぞれ独立した電動モー タによって駆動するようになっている。エンジンは発電機を駆動して発電するとともに ノ ッテリを充電している。走行系および荷役系の各電動モータは、発電機で生成され る電力およびバッテリから放電された電力によって駆動される。
特許文献 2に示されるものは、走行系を電動モータで駆動し、荷役系をエンジンお よび電動発電機で駆動するようになって!/、る。電動モータはバッテリから放電される 電力によって駆動される。バッテリは、エンジンで駆動される電動発電機の余裕電力 および電動モータからの回生電力によって充電される。
特許文献 1および特許文献 2に記載のものは、いずれも低負荷時には、エンジンは ノ ッテリの充電を行なうことになるので、回転数を低下させる必要が少なくなり、燃費 および排ガス量を改善することができる。

発明の開示
[0005] し力しながら、特許文献 1および特許文献 2に記載のものは、走行系を電動モータ のみで駆動するので、大きな電動モータが必要になる。
また、エンジンとバッテリとで最大駆動出力を賄うので、ノ ッテリの出力がそれ程大 きくできない分エンジンの出力を大きくする必要がある。このため、エンジンもある程 度大きくなる。
さらに、特許文献 1に記載のものでは、荷役系を駆動する電動モータも大型となる。 このように、特許文献 1および特許文献 2に記載のものは、走行系および荷役系を 駆動する駆動部分が大型化するという問題があった。
[0006] 本発明は、上記問題点に鑑み、走行系および荷役系を駆動する駆動部分をコンパ タトにし得る作業車両を提供することを目的とする。
[0007] 上記課題を解決するために、本発明は以下の手段を採用する。
すなわち、本発明の第一の態様は、走行を行なう走行部および流体圧によって作 業を行なう作業部を有する作業車両であって、エンジン出力軸を有するエンジンと、 該エンジン出力軸を一体的に駆動するように取り付けられ、バッテリで駆動される電 動モータと、前記エンジン出力軸に接続された変速装置および該変速装置によって 前記走行部を作動させる走行駆動軸を有する走行駆動部と、前記エンジン出力軸に よって選択的に作業を行う作業駆動部と、前記バッテリを充電する発電機と、前記走 行駆動部の回生エネルギを前記発電機へ伝達する走行回生部と、前記作業駆動部 の回生エネルギを前記発電機へ伝達する作業回生部と、前記走行回生部および前 記作業回生部にそれぞれ備えられ、前記発電機力 の動力伝達を抑制する伝達抑 制装置と、が備えられている作業車両である。
[0008] 本態様によれば、バッテリで駆動される電動モータがエンジン出力軸を一体的に駆 動するように取り付けられているので、エンジン出力軸はエンジンおよび Zまたは電 動モータによって駆動されることになる。
エンジン出力軸は走行駆動部および作業駆動部に接続されて 、るので、走行部を
駆動する走行駆動部および作業部を駆動する作業駆動部はエンジンおよび zまた は電動モータによって駆動されることとなる。
このように、走行部および作業部は、それぞれ所要動力に応じてエンジンおよび Z または電動モータによって駆動されるので、電動モータはエンジンと合わせて最大駆 動出力を形成するバッテリの出力に見合う出力を有していればよい。
[0009] このため、電動モータは走行部あるいは作業部を単独駆動するものに比べて駆動 力を小さくできるので、構造をコンパクトにすることができる。
また、例えば、低駆動出力時には電動モータを使い、駆動力が上がるとエンジンに よって駆動し、さらに駆動力が必要になるとエンジンおよび電動モータで駆動するこ ともできるので、エンジンを燃費効率のよい回転数領域で用いることができるし、ェン ジン自体をコンパクトにすることができる。
そして、走行部が減速中における回生エネルギは、走行回生部力 発電機に伝達 され、一方、作業部が減速中における回生エネルギは、作業回生部から発電機に伝 達され、発電機によって電気に変換され、ノ ッテリを充電することができる。
[0010] この時、伝達抑制装置が発電機からの動力伝達を抑制するので、走行部と作業部 との干渉を防止、例えば、走行部の回生エネルギが発電機を介して作業部を駆動す ることを防止できる。
このように、走行部と作業部との干渉を防止できるので、発電機が一台でも回生ェ ネルギを回収することができ、その分装置をコンパクトにすることができる。
なお、この場合、走行駆動軸カゝら変速装置に回生エネルギが流れないようにしてお くのがエネルギ効率の面からみて好適である。
[0011] また、上記第一の態様では、前記エンジン出力軸と前記作業駆動部との間は、断 接可能に接続されて ヽることが好適である。
このようにすると、作業部を駆動しない場合には、エンジン出力軸と作業駆動部との 断接を断てば、作業駆動部にはエンジン出力軸力 の駆動が伝達されないので、ェ ネルギのロスを防止することができる。
[0012] また、上記態様では、前記作業駆動部には、前記作業部への流体の供給と流体の タンクへの戻しとを選択する切換弁が備えられていることが好適である。
このようにすれば、作業部を駆動しない場合には、切換弁を切り換えて流体のタン クへの戻しを選択すれば、作業部にはエンジン出力軸力 の駆動が伝達されないの で、エネルギのロスを防止することができる。

これにより、発電の効率を向上させることができる。

[0016] このように、伝達抑制装置が、ワンウェイクラッチであるので、走行部および作業部 力 の回生エネルギはそれぞれ発電機へ伝達される。
一方、走行部および作業部からの回生エネルギの 、ずれか一方で回転される発電 機の回転は、他方に伝達されないことになるので、走行部と作業部との干渉を防止、 例えば、走行部の回生エネルギが発電機を介して作業部を駆動することを防止でき る。
また、両方の回生エネルギが入力された場合、回転数が大きい方の回転数で発電 機は自動的に回転されることになるので、その調整のための制御を不要とすることが できる。
[0017] また、上記構成では、前記伝達抑制装置のいずれか一方が、断接クラッチである構 成としてもよい。
[0018] このように、伝達抑制装置のいずれか一方力 断接クラッチであるので、一方の回 生エネルギによる発電機の回転数が、他方のそれよりも大きい場合に、断接クラッチ を切ることによって、他方の回生エネルギがー方に影響することを防止できる。
回転数の関係が反対の場合には、ワンウェイクラッチが自動的に他方への影響を 防止できるので、走行部と作業部との干渉を防止、例えば、走行部の回生エネルギ が発電機を介して作業部を駆動することを防止できる。
[0019] また、上記構成では、前記断接クラッチと前記発電機との間に無断変速機を介装し てもよい。
[0020] このように、断接クラッチと発電機との間に無断変速機を介装しているので、無断変 速機を調節して一方の回転数を他方の回転数に合わせることができる。
一方と他方との回転数を合わせることができると、発電機は走行部および作業部の 両方から常に駆動されることになるので、両方から回生エネルギが得られることになり 、燃費を向上させることができる。
[0021] また、本発明の第二の態様は、走行を行なう走行部および流体圧によって作業を 行なう作業部を有する作業車両であって、エンジン出力軸を有するエンジンと、該ェ ンジン出力軸を一体的に駆動するように取り付けられ、バッテリで駆動される主電動 発電機と、前記エンジン出力軸に接続された変速装置および該変速装置によって前 記走行部を作動させる走行駆動軸を有する走行駆動部と、前記エンジン出力軸と断 接可能に接続された作業駆動軸を有する作業駆動部と、前記バッテリと接続されると ともに、電動出力軸が前記作業駆動軸とワンウェイクラッチを介して駆動的に接続さ れて 、る補助電動発電機と、が備えられて 、る作業車両である。
[0022] 本態様によれば、バッテリで駆動される電動モータがエンジン出力軸を一体的に駆 動するように取り付けられているので、エンジン出力軸はエンジンおよび Zまたは主 電動発電機によって駆動されることになる。
エンジン出力軸は走行駆動部および作業駆動部に接続されて 、るので、走行部を 駆動する走行駆動部および作業部を駆動する作業駆動部はエンジンおよび Zまた は主電動発電機によって駆動されることとなる。
また、補助電動発電機がワンウェイクラッチを介して作業駆動軸を駆動することがで きるので、作動駆動部は補助電動発電機によってもアシストされることになる。
[0023] このように、走行部および作業部は、それぞれ所要動力に応じてエンジンおよび Z または主電動発電機によって駆動されるので、電動モータはエンジンと合わせて最 大駆動出力を形成するバッテリの出力に見合う出力を有していればよい。
このため、主電動発電機は走行部あるいは作業部を単独駆動するものに比べて駆 動力を小さくできるので、構造をコンパクトにすることができる。
また、例えば、低駆動出力時には主電動発電機を使い、駆動力が上がるとェンジ ンによって駆動し、さらに駆動力が必要になるとエンジンおよび主電動発電機で駆動 することもできるので、エンジンを燃費効率のよい回転数領域で用いることができるし 、エンジン自体をコンパクトにすることができる。
[0024] そして、走行部が減速中における回生エネルギは、走行駆動部から主電動発電機 に伝達され、一方、作業部が減速中における回生エネルギは、作業駆動部から補助 電動発電機に伝達され、電気に変換され、バッテリを充電することができる。
この場合、走行部の回生エネルギは変速装置で消費されるので、エネルギ消費率 の低いものを用いるのが、エネルギ効率の面からみて好適である。
このように、走行部の回生エネルギと作業部の回生エネルギとは、別個に回収され るので、両者の干渉を確実に防止、例えば、走行部の回生エネルギが作業部を駆動 することを防止できる。
[0025] また、本発明の第三の態様は、走行を行なう走行部および流体圧によって作業を 行なう作業部を有する作業車両であって、第一のワンウェイクラッチが介装されたェ ンジン出力軸を有するエンジンと、前記エンジン出力軸に接続された変速装置およ び該変速装置によって前記走行部を作動させる走行駆動軸を有する走行駆動部と、 前記エンジン出力軸における前記第一のワンウェイクラッチの下流側に固定されたェ ンジン出力軸ギアとギア連結された作業用駆動軸を有する作業駆動部と、該作業駆 動部に備えられ、前記作業部への流体の供給と流体のタンクへの戻しとを選択する 切換弁と、前記作業用駆動軸に接続され、バッテリによって駆動される第一の電動発 電機と、前記作業駆動部の回生エネルギを第二のワンウェイクラッチを介して前記ェ ンジン出力軸ギアへ伝達する作業回生部と、前記走行駆動軸とギア連結され、前記 ノ ッテリで駆動される第二の電動発電機と、が備えられて 、る作業車両である。
[0026] 本態様によれば、第一の電動発電機が作動すると、作業駆動軸およびエンジン出 力軸ギアを介してエンジン出力軸が駆動される。これにエンジンの駆動力が加わって 変速装置を介して走行駆動軸が駆動される。さらに、走行駆動軸は第二の電動発電 機によっても駆動される。
したがって、走行部はエンジン、第一の電動発電機および第二の電動発電機によ
つて,駆動されること〖こなる。
一方、作業駆動軸は、エンジン出力軸ギアを介してエンジンで駆動され、かつ、第 一の電動発電機でも駆動されることになる。

このように、走行部の回生エネルギと作業部の回生エネルギとは、別個に回収され るので、両者の干渉を確実に防止、例えば、走行部の回生エネルギが発電機を介し て作業部を駆動することを防止できる。
[0029] また、本発明の第四の態様は、走行を行なう走行部および流体圧によって作業を 行なう作業部を有する作業車両であって、第一のワンウェイクラッチが介装されたェ ンジン出力軸を有するエンジンと、前記エンジン出力軸に接続された変速装置およ び該変速装置によって前記走行部を作動させる走行駆動軸を有する走行駆動部と、
前記第一のワンウェイクラッチと反対側に延在する前記エンジン出力軸と断接可能に 接続された作業駆動軸を有する作業駆動部と、該作業駆動軸に第二のワンウェイク ラッチを介してギア連結され、ノ ッテリによって駆動される第一の電動発電機と、前記 走行駆動軸とギア連結され、前記バッテリで駆動される第二の電動発電機と、が備え られている作業車両である。

[0035] また、本発明の第五の態様は、走行を行なう走行部および流体圧によって作業を 行なう作業部を有する作業車両であって、第一のワンウェイクラッチが介装されたェ ンジン出力軸を有するエンジンと、前記エンジン出力軸に接続され、流体を媒介して エネルギを伝達するとともに流体の状態を調整する流体変速装置および該流体変速 装置によって前記走行部を作動させる走行駆動軸を有する走行駆動部と、前記ェン ジン出力軸における前記第一のワンウェイクラッチの下流側に固定されたエンジン出 力軸ギアとギア連結された作業用駆動軸を有する作業駆動部と、該作業駆動部に備 えられ、前記作業部への流体の供給と流体のタンクへの戻しとを選択する切換弁と、 前記作業用駆動軸に接続され、バッテリによって駆動される補助電動発電機と、前記 作業駆動部の回生エネルギを第二のワンウェイクラッチを介して前記エンジン出力軸 ギアへ伝達する作業回生部と、が備えられて 、る作業車両である。

また、作業部が減速中における回生エネルギは、第二のワンウェイクラッチ、ェンジ ン出力軸ギアおよび作業駆動軸を介して補助電動発電機に伝達され、第一の電動 発電機によって電気に変換され、ノ ッテリを充電することができる。

また、流体変速装置は機械式の変速装置に比較して部品数を減らすことができる ので、ロスが少なくなる分、効率が向上する。
さらに、構造の簡素化により全体の重量が軽量ィ匕されるので、燃費を向上させること ができる。

ここでは、本発明をフォークリフト (作業車両)に適用した実施形態について説明し ているが、作業車両としては、フォークリフトに限定されることはなぐ例えば、コンテナ 搬送車両等の荷役車両あるいはブルドーザ、油圧ショベルカー等の土木車両等、走 行して作業を行うものであれば本発明を適用できる。

本発明の第一実施形態について、図 1を用いて説明する。
図 1は、フォークリフト (作業車両) 1の駆動部分を示すブロック図である。 フォークリフト 1には、走行を行なう車輪 (走行部) 3と、車輪 3を回転駆動する車輪駆 動部 (走行駆動部) 5と、荷役作業を行う図示しないフォーク (作業部)と、フォークを 駆動するフォーク駆動部 (作業駆動部) 7と、エンジン 9と、電動モータ (電動モータ) 1 1と、ノ ッテリ 13と、発電機 15と、車輪駆動部 5の回生エネルギを伝達する走行回生 部 17と、フォーク駆動部 7の回生エネルギを伝達する作業回生部 19と、が備えられ ている。

トルクコンバータ 23は、流体を用いた変速機であり、エンジン出力軸 21からの回転 を変速するとともに駆動力(トルク)を増幅する機能を有する。

作業回生軸 49は、油圧モータ 35と発電機 15とを連結し、発電機 15の入力軸を構 成している。

フォークリフト 1の荷役作業は、例えば、フォークを下げた状態で荷物のところまで 走行し、フォークを荷物の下に差し込み停止する。

この状態で、走行を開始し、荷物を目的の場所に搬送する。
目的の場所に到ると、停止し、フォークを下げ (リフト下げ)、荷物を載置する。
そして、フォークリフト 1を移動させ、フォークを荷物の下力 抜き出し、次の作業へ 向力 う o
[0063] フォークリフト 1の荷役作業では、車輪 3は始動、加速、定速走行、減速および停止 を繰り返し、フォークは停止、リフト上げおよびリフト下げを繰り返すことになる。
フォークリフト 1の荷役作業は、これらの動作が組み合わさって行われる。 以下、この動作の一例を説明する。
[0064] 車輪 3の走行 (始動、加速、定速、減速、停止)時で、作業を行わな 、場合には、ク ラッチ 39を断ち、エンジン出力軸 21と作業駆動軸 37との接続を断つ。
エンジン 9および Zまたは電動モータ 11を駆動すると、エンジン出力軸 21はこれら によって回転駆動される。
エンジン出力軸 21の回転駆動は、トルクコンバータ 23によってトルクが増幅され、ト ランスミッション 25で変速され、走行駆動軸 27に伝達される。
走行駆動軸 27に伝達された回転駆動力は、差動ギア 29およびフロントアクスル 31 を経由して車輪 3に伝達され、車輪が回転し、これによりフォークリフト 1が走行する。 このように、クラッチ 39を断つと、フォーク駆動部 7にはエンジン出力軸 21からの駆 動が伝達されな 、ので、エネルギのロスを防止することができる。
[0065] 同時に荷役作業のリフト上げを行う場合には、クラッチ 39を接続する。これにより、
作業駆動軸 37はエンジン出力軸 21に接続されるので、油圧ポンプ 33はエンジン 9 および/または電動モータ 11によって駆動され、図示しな!、油圧ァクチユエータに 作動油を供給し、リフト上げが行われる。

走行回生軸 45に伝達された動力は、走行用ワンウェイクラッチ 47を介して発電機 1 5を駆動する。

なお、走行中には、インバータ 41をサーボオフして、発電機 15が作動しないように し、走行回生部 17での消費動力を最小とし、ほとんどの駆動力が差動ギア 29へ行く ようにしている。
なお、必要に応じて、車輪駆動部 5の回生エネルギをエンジン出力軸 21に導入し、 電動モータ 11によって発電し、インバータ 41を経由してバッテリ 13を充電するように してちよい。
[0069] 次に、フォーク駆動部 7のエネルギ回生動作について説明する。
リフト下げする場合には、作動油が油圧モータ 35を回転駆動する。油圧モータ 35 の回転によって作業回生軸 49が回転し、作業用ワンウェイクラッチ 51を介して発電 機 15を駆動する。
この時、作業回生軸 49は、走行回生軸 45と連動し、同方向に回転するようにされ ている。
発電機 15は、回転によって交流電気を発電する。発電された交流電気はインバー タ 41で直流電気に変換され、バッテリ 13に充電される。
[0070] なお、発電機 15は、走行回生軸 45および作業回生軸 49の内、回転数の高い方に よって自動的に駆動されるので、その調整のための制御を不要とすることができる。 増速ギア 43の回転数が油圧モータ 35の回転数よりも小さい、すなわち、差動ギア 2 9が停止または低回転の場合には、発電機 15は、作業回生軸 49によって駆動される この時、発電機 15の回転が走行回生軸 45に伝達される力 走行用ワンウェイクラッ チ 47力 増速ギア 43への伝達を阻止する。
このため、発電機 15の回転力 車輪駆動部 5に伝達されないので、走行状態への 干渉を防止することができる。
[0071] 一方、増速ギア 43の回転数が油圧モータ 35の回転数よりも大き 、、すなわち、差 動ギア 29が高回転の場合には、発電機 15は、走行回生軸 45によって駆動される。 この時、発電機 15の回転が作業回生軸 49に伝達されるが、作業用ワンウェイクラッ チ 51力 油圧モータ 45への伝達を阻止する。
このため、発電機 15の回転が、作業駆動部 5に伝達されないので、荷役状態への 干渉を防止することができる。
このように、車輪駆動部 5とフォーク駆動部 7との干渉を防止できるので、発電機 15 がー台でも回生エネルギを回収することができ、その分装置をコンパクトにすることが
できる。

次に、本発明の第二実施形態について、図 2を用いて説明する。
本実施形態では、第一実施形態と基本的構成は同様であり、フォーク駆動部 7およ び走行回生部 17の構成が異なっている。よって、本実施形態においては、この相違 点について説明し、その他の部分については重複した説明を省略する。
なお、第一実施形態と同一の構成要素には同一の符号を付し、その詳細な説明は 省略する。

エンジン 9および Zまたは電動発電機 12を駆動すると、エンジン出力軸 21はこれら によって回転駆動される。

走行駆動軸 27に伝達された回転駆動力は、差動ギア 29およびフロントアクスル 31 を経由して車輪 3に伝達され、車輪が回転し、これによりフォークリフト 1が走行する。 このように、クラッチ 39を断つと、フォーク駆動部 7にはエンジン出力軸 21からの駆 動が伝達されな 、ので、エネルギのロスを防止することができる。

この場合、エンジン 9を駆動し、回転数を速やかに増加させる。エンジン 9の回転数 力 アシスト電動発電機 123によるエンジン出力軸 21の回転数よりも大きくなつたら、 エンジン 9の駆動力がエンジン出力軸ワンウェイクラッチ 81を通じてエンジン出力軸 2 1にカロえられることになる。
このように、エンジン出力軸ワンウェイクラッチ 81によって、エンジン 9の回転がェン ジン出力軸 21へ滑らかにつながるので、走行速度の急変を防止でき、操作性を良好 に維持することができる。
また、さらに大きな駆動力が必要な場合には、回生用電動発電機 137を回転駆動 させ、改正ギア 139および走行駆動軸ギア 135を介して走行駆動軸 27を回転駆動さ せるようにしてちょい。
[0155] 次に、荷役作業を行う場合には、駆動三方弁 125を切り替えて、油圧配管 127へ 導通するようにするとともに斜板 121を傾き B側に位置させる。
エンジン出力軸 21の回転によって油圧ポンプ 113が回転すると、油圧ポンプ 113 力もの油が油圧配管 117、駆動三方弁 125を通って油圧配管 127に流れ、フォーク を持上げる(リフト上げ)。
このとき、エンジン出力軸 21は、アシスト電動発電機 123および Zまたはエンジン 9 によって駆動されている。
[0156] このように、走行および荷役作業は、それぞれ所要動力に応じてエンジン 9、アシス ト電動発電機 123、回生用電動発電機 137によって駆動されるので、アシスト電動発 電機 123および回生用電動発電機 137はエンジン 9と合わせて最大駆動出力を形 成するノ ッテリ 91の出力に見合う出力を有して 、ればよ!/、。
このため、アシスト電動発電機 123および回生用電動発電機 137は車輪 3あるいは フォークを単独駆動するものに比べて駆動力を小さくできるので、構造をコンパクトに することができる。
また、例えば、低駆動出力時にはアシスト電動発電機 123を使い、駆動力が上がる とエンジン 9によって駆動し、さらに駆動力が必要になるとエンジン 9、アシスト電動発
電機 123で駆動することもできるので、エンジン 9を燃費効率のよい回転数領域で用 V、ることができるし、エンジン 9自体をコンパクトにすることができる。
[0157] 次に、制動を掛けて減速走行する場合、車輪駆動部 5からエネルギを回生する。
走行駆動軸 27の駆動力は、走行駆動軸ギア 135、回生ギア 139を経由して回生 用電動発電機 137を回転させるので、回生用電動発電機 137は交流電気を発電す る。
発電された交流電気はインバータ 141で直流電気に変換され、ノ ッテリ 91に充電 される。
第八実施形態と同様に油圧式変速装置 111を経由してアシスト電動発電機 123を 回転駆動して回収するようにしてもよ!、。
[0158] 次に、例えば、リフト下げの場合等の作業エネルギの回生について説明する。
油圧ポンプ 113の斜板 121は、ニュートラル (傾き A)にし、ポンプ作用を行わないよ うにする。クラッチ 133を切断し、油圧モータ 115と車輪駆動部 5との接続を断つ。油 圧モータ 115の斜板 143を後進側に傾ける。
回生三方弁 129を切り換えて、油圧回路 131と連通するようにする。
リフト下げに伴って、油圧配管 131から回生三方弁 129を通って油圧モータ 115に 油が流入する。これに伴い油圧モータ 115が回転駆動され、油圧モータ 115側の走 行駆動軸 27が回転する。
走行駆動軸 27が回転すると、走行駆動軸ギア 135、回生ギア 139を介して回生用 電動発電機 137が回転させるので、回生用電動発電機 137は交流電気を発電する 発電された交流電気はインバータ 141で直流電気に変換され、ノ ッテリ 91に充電 される。

次に、本発明の第十実施形態について、図 12を用いて説明する。
本実施形態では、第七実施形態と類似した構成であり、油圧式変速装置 111の設 置位置が異なっている。本実施形態においては、この相違する点を主体として説明 し、その他の部分については重複した説明を省略する。
なお、第七実施形態と同一の構成要素には同一の符号を付し、その詳細な説明は 省略する。
図 12は、フォークリフト 1の駆動部分を示すブロック図である。
[0160] 本実施形態では、油圧式変速装置 111の油圧ポンプ 113は、エンジン 9との間に 介在するものがな 、状態でエンジン出力軸 21に接続されて 、る。
走行駆動軸 27には、走行駆動軸ギア 135が備えられている。
第七実施形態では、エンジン出力軸ギア 83に係合していた作業回生部 19、フォー ク駆動部 7およびアシスト電動発電機 123が、本実施形態では、走行駆動軸ギア 13 5に係合するようにされて 、る。
これは、油圧式変速装置 111では、斜板 121等をニュートラルにすれば動力の伝 達を遮断することができるので、油圧式変速装置 111は第七実施形態で用いて 、た エンジン出力軸ワンウェイクラッチ 81の機能を備えていることになる。
このため、振動に対する感度が高いエンジン出力軸ワンウェイクラッチ 81の機能を 油圧式変速装置 111に代替させたものであり、振動に対して感度の高 、ワンウェイク ラッチを用いる必要がなくなるので、装置全体の安全度を向上させることができる。
[0161] 以上説明した本実施形態に力かるフォークリフト 1の動作について一例を説明する 走行の開始時には、車輪 3の回転数が低いので、低回転数でもエネルギ効率が変 わらないアシスト電動発電機 123によって車輪駆動部 5を駆動する。
バッテリ 91からインバータ 89を介してアシスト電動発電機 123に交流電気を供給す ると、アシスト電動発電機 123が回転駆動される。これが、作業駆動軸 37、作業駆動 軸ギア 85および走行駆動軸ギア 135を経由して走行駆動軸 27を回転駆動する。 このように、回転数の低い場合には、エンジン 9を駆動しなくてもよいので、エンジン 9の運転効率を低下させることはな 、。
[0162] この時、走行駆動軸 27とエンジン 9との間に油圧式変速装置 111があるので、斜板 121等をニュートラルにしておけば、アシスト電動発電機 123 (走行駆動軸 135)が回 転してもエンジン 9を回転駆動することにはならない。
また、走行駆動軸ギア 135から油圧モータ出力軸ギア 99が駆動されるが、油圧モ
ータワンウェイクラッチ 97があるので、油圧モータ 35へ回転駆動力が伝達されること はない。
[0163] 次に、加速走行時には、回転数が高くなり、かつ、大きな駆動力が必要となるので、 エンジン 9を駆動する。
この場合、エンジン 9を駆動し、回転数を速やかに増加させる。エンジン 9の回転数 力 十分大きくなつたら、油圧式変速装置 111の斜板 121等の傾きを調整してェンジ ン 9の駆動力を走行駆動軸 135に加える。
[0164] 次に、荷役作業を行う場合には、切換弁 53をポート Bに切り替える。
油圧ポンプ 33は作業駆動軸 37によって駆動されるので、アシスト電動発電機 123 およびエンジン 9によって駆動されることになる。アシスト電動発電機 123は油圧ポン プ 33に直結され、エンジン 9はエンジン回転軸 21、油圧式変速装置 111、走行駆動 軸 27、走行駆動軸ギア 135および作業駆動軸ギア 85を介して接続されている。 なお、エンジン出力軸 21が回転されているので、車両駆動部 5へも動力が伝達さ れ、荷役作業と同時に走行させることができる。
油圧ポンプ 33が駆動されると、作動油が図示しない油圧ァクチユエータへ供給され 、例えば、リフト上げを行うこととなる。
走行駆動軸 135は、アシスト電動発電機 123およびエンジン 9によって駆動されて 、ることになる。

油圧モータ 35の回転は、油圧モータ出力軸ギア 99、走行駆動軸ギア 135および 作業駆動軸ギア 85を経由して作業駆動軸 37に伝達され、アシスト電動発電機 123 の出力軸を回転駆動する。
出力軸が回転されると、アシスト電動発電機 123は交流電気を発電する。発電され た交流電気はインバータ 89で直流電気に変換され、ノ ッテリ 91に充電される。
Claims
[1] 走行を行なう走行部および流体圧によって作業を行なう作業部を有する作業車両 であって、
エンジン出力軸を有するエンジンと、
該エンジン出力軸を一体的に駆動するように取り付けられ、バッテリで駆動される電 動モータと、
前記エンジン出力軸に接続された変速装置および該変速装置によって前記走行 部を作動させる走行駆動軸を有する走行駆動部と、
前記エンジン出力軸によって選択的に作業を行う作業駆動部と、
前記バッテリを充電する発電機と、
前記走行駆動部の回生エネルギを前記発電機へ伝達する走行回生部と、 前記作業駆動部の回生エネルギを前記発電機へ伝達する作業回生部と、 前記走行回生部および前記作業回生部にそれぞれ備えられ、前記発電機からの 動力伝達を抑制する伝達抑制装置と、が備えられて 、る作業車両。
[2] 前記エンジン出力軸と前記作業駆動部との間は、断接可能に接続されている請求 項 1に記載された作業車両。
[3] 前記作業駆動部には、前記作業部への流体の供給と流体のタンクへの戻しとを選 択する切換弁が備えられて 、る請求項 1に記載された作業車両。
[4] 前記走行回生部の前記走行駆動軸との接続は、前記走行回生部側が増速される 増速ギアとされて 、る請求項 1から請求項 3の 、ずれかに記載された作業車両。
[5] 前記伝達抑制装置が、ワンウェイクラッチである請求項 1から請求項 4のいずれかに 記載された作業車両。
[6] 前記伝達抑制装置の 、ずれか一方が、断接クラッチであることを特徴とする請求項
5に記載された作業車両。
[7] 前記断接クラッチと前記発電機との間に無断変速機を介装して!/ヽる請求項 6に記 載された作業車両。
[8] 走行を行なう走行部および流体圧によって作業を行なう作業部を有する作業車両 であって、
エンジン出力軸を有するエンジンと、
該エンジン出力軸を一体的に駆動するように取り付けられ、バッテリで駆動される主 電動発電機と、
前記エンジン出力軸に接続された変速装置および該変速装置によって前記走行 部を作動させる走行駆動軸を有する走行駆動部と、
前記エンジン出力軸と断接可能に接続された作業駆動軸を有する作業駆動部と、 前記バッテリと接続されるとともに、電動出力軸が前記作業駆動軸とワンウェイクラッ チを介して駆動的に接続されている補助電動発電機と、が備えられている作業車両
[9] 走行を行なう走行部および流体圧によって作業を行なう作業部を有する作業車両 であって、
第一のワンウェイクラッチが介装されたエンジン出力軸を有するエンジンと、 前記エンジン出力軸に接続された変速装置および該変速装置によって前記走行 部を作動させる走行駆動軸を有する走行駆動部と、
前記エンジン出力軸における前記第一のワンウェイクラッチの下流側に固定された エンジン出力軸ギアとギア連結された作業用駆動軸を有する作業駆動部と、 該作業駆動部に備えられ、前記作業部への流体の供給と流体のタンクへの戻しと を選択する切換弁と、
前記作業用駆動軸に接続され、バッテリによって駆動される第一の電動発電機と、 前記作業駆動部の回生エネルギを第二のワンウェイクラッチを介して前記エンジン 出力軸ギアへ伝達する作業回生部と、
前記走行駆動軸とギア連結され、前記バッテリで駆動される第二の電動発電機と、 が備えられている作業車両。
[10] 走行を行なう走行部および流体圧によって作業を行なう作業部を有する作業車両 であって、
第一のワンウェイクラッチが介装されたエンジン出力軸を有するエンジンと、 前記エンジン出力軸に接続された変速装置および該変速装置によって前記走行 部を作動させる走行駆動軸を有する走行駆動部と、
前記第一のワンウェイクラッチと反対側に延在する前記エンジン出力軸と断接可能 に接続された作業駆動軸を有する作業駆動部と、
該作業駆動軸に第二のワンウェイクラッチを介してギア連結され、バッテリによって 駆動される第一の電動発電機と、
前記走行駆動軸とギア連結され、前記バッテリで駆動される第二の電動発電機と、 が備えられている作業車両。
[11] 前記バッテリは、前記第一の電動発電機および前記第二の電動発電機に対してそ れぞれ別個に備えられている請求項 9または請求項 10に記載された作業車両。
[12] 走行を行なう走行部および流体圧によって作業を行なう作業部を有する作業車両 であって、
第一のワンウェイクラッチが介装されたエンジン出力軸を有するエンジンと、 前記エンジン出力軸に接続され、流体を媒介してエネルギを伝達するとともに流体 の状態を調整する流体変速装置および該流体変速装置によって前記走行部を作動 させる走行駆動軸を有する走行駆動部と、
前記エンジン出力軸における前記第一のワンウェイクラッチの下流側に固定された エンジン出力軸ギアとギア連結された作業用駆動軸を有する作業駆動部と、 該作業駆動部に備えられ、前記作業部への流体の供給と流体のタンクへの戻しと を選択する切換弁と、
前記作業用駆動軸に接続され、バッテリによって駆動される補助電動発電機と、 前記作業駆動部の回生エネルギを第二のワンウェイクラッチを介して前記エンジン 出力軸ギアへ伝達する作業回生部と、が備えられて 、る作業車両。
[13] 走行を行なう走行部および流体圧によって作業を行なう作業部を有する作業車両 であって、
第一のワンウェイクラッチが介装されたエンジン出力軸を有するエンジンと、 前記エンジン出力軸に接続され、流体を媒介してエネルギを伝達するとともに流体 の状態を調整する流体変速装置および該流体変速装置によって前記走行部を作動 させる走行駆動軸を有する走行駆動部と、
前記流体変速装置の流体流路に作業用切換弁を介して接続された前記作業部を
駆動する作業駆動部と、
前記エンジン出力軸における前記第一のワンウェイクラッチの下流側に固定された エンジン出力軸ギアとギア連結された駆動軸を有し、バッテリによって駆動される補 助電動発電機と、
前記作業駆動部の回生エネルギを第二のワンウェイクラッチを介して前記エンジン 出力軸ギアへ伝達する作業回生部と、が備えられて 、る作業車両。
[14] 走行を行なう走行部および流体圧によって作業を行なう作業部を有する作業車両 であって、
第一のワンウェイクラッチが介装されたエンジン出力軸を有するエンジンと、 前記エンジン出力軸に接続され、流体を媒介してエネルギを伝達するとともに流体 の状態を調整する流体変速装置および該流体変速装置によって前記走行部を作動 させる走行駆動軸を有する走行駆動部と、
前記流体変速装置の流体流路に作業用切換弁を介して接続された前記作業部を 駆動する作業駆動部と、
前記エンジン出力軸における前記第一のワンウェイクラッチの下流側に固定された エンジン出力軸ギアとギア連結された駆動軸を有し、バッテリによって駆動される補 助電動発電機と、
前記作業駆動部の回生エネルギを選択的に前記流体変速装置に供給して前記走 行駆動軸を駆動する作業回生部と、
前記走行駆動軸に介装された走行断接クラッチと、
該走行断接クラッチの上流側で前記走行駆動軸とギア連結された回生用電動発電 機と、
が備えられている作業車両。
[15] 走行を行なう走行部および流体圧によって作業を行なう作業部を有する作業車両 であって、
エンジン出力軸を有するエンジンと、
前記エンジン出力軸に接続され、流体を媒介してエネルギを伝達するとともに流体 の状態を調整する流体変速装置および該流体変速装置によって前記走行部を作動
させる走行駆動軸を有する走行駆動部と、
前記走行駆動軸に固定された走行駆動軸ギアとギア連結された作業用駆動軸を 有する作業駆動部と、
該作業駆動部に備えられ、前記作業部への流体の供給と流体のタンクへの戻しと を選択する切換弁と、
前記作業用駆動軸に接続され、バッテリによって駆動される補助電動発電機と、 前記作業駆動部の回生エネルギを作業ワンウェイクラッチを介して前記走行駆動 軸ギアへ伝達する作業回生部と、が備えられて 、る作業車両。
前記流体変速装置は、斜板式油圧ポンプと油圧モータとの組み合わせで構成され ている請求項 12から請求項 15のいずれかに記載された作業車両。
