Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif (10) de génération électrique qui peut être installé en tous lieux et quelles que soient le régime des vents de l'emplacement. Ledit dispositif (10) est fourni avec des tiges (33) horizontales formées de turbines (3) à ses extrémités libres, un moteur réducteur (11) permettant la rotation des tiges (33) horizontales de telle sorte que cela permette, qu'il y ait ou non du vent dans l'atmosphère, le déplacement de masses d'air qui mettent en mouvement les turbines (3) afin de les faire tourner, ce qui alors génère de l'énergie.
