Abstract

L'invention décrit un procédé permettant de former un film de revêtement protecteur qui permet de former en peu de temps un film transparent inorganique de revêtement protecteur pourvu d'excellentes propriétés de film de revêtement telles qu'une résistance à l'abrasion. Dans ce procédé, une composition photodurcissable contenant (A) au moins une substance sélectionnée parmi des oligomères de siloxane, des organosilanes et des silicates d'alkyle ainsi que (B) un générateur d'acide de sel de sulfonium aromatique représenté par la formule générale (1) est appliqué sur une base ; puis la composition photodurcissable est durcie sur celui-ci par irradiation d'une lumière. (1) (Dans la formule, R1, R2 et R3 représentent respectivement de l'hydrogène, un groupe organique ayant 1 à 10 atomes de carbone, un groupe halogène ou un groupe hydroxy ; R4 représente un groupe hydrocarbure aliphatique ayant 1 à 10 atomes de carbone ; R5 représente un groupe hydrocarbure aromatique facultativement substitué ; et X- représente un contre-anion.)
