Le dispositif de communication mobile a la possibilité de communiquer avec le centre de services et le système de facturation et de règlements. Le centre de services a la possibilité de fournir des services de vente de marchandises et de règlements électroniques de factures. Le système de facturation et de règlements se présente comme un ensemble de paiements d'utilisateurs, d'un ensemble de cartes de crédit d'utilisateurs, d'un ensemble de portemonnaies électroniques et d'un ensemble bonus qui interagissent avec un ordinateur doté d'un logiciel permettant de recevoir des paiements électroniques sur le compte utilisateur et de distribuer les fonds entre ces unités.
