Abstract
L'invention concerne des moyens de communication et est destinée à fournir des services à un utilisateur par un fournisseur d'informations. L'invention est applicable à un système cellulaire de communications radio. Elle permet de mieux intéresser les utilisateurs par les services informationnels, d'élargie les fonctionnalités techniques d'un prestataire de services informationnels. Le système de communications mobiles comprend plusieurs dispositifs mobiles, connectés via une passerelle d'opérateur mobile à un fournisseur de contenu, qui est connecté à un système de facturation et de règlements, qui est à son tour est connecté à un système de paiements via un canal protégé; des retransmetteurs locaux de la Société, capables de former un signal publicitaire, des programmes audio ou vidéo de la Société et de les stocker dans un dispositif mémoire; il possède un logiciel permettant de recevoir les signaux d'appel se trouvant à proximité d'un retransmetteur local et, à la réception de ces signaux, d'envoyer aux dispositifs de communications mobiles au moment de l'appel les signaux publicitaires stockés dans le dispositif mémoire. Le dispositif de communications mobiles a la possibilité, lorsqu'il se trouve à proximité d'un retransmetteur local, d'envoyer une demande audit retransmetteur local et de recevoir de ce dernier des audio ou vidéo de la Société en mode en ligne. Le système de facturation et de règlements se présente comme un ensemble de paiements d'utilisateurs, d'un ensemble de cartes de crédit d'utilisateurs et d'un ensemble bonus qui interagissent avec un ordinateur possédant la capacité de prendre en compte un accord de crédit lors de l'achat d'un dispositif de communication mobile pendant la distribution de fonds dans un ensemble de paiements d'utilisateurs.
