Abstract
L'invention concerne des équipements et techniques de communications et est utilisée pour fournir des services à un utilisateur par un fournisseur d'informations. Cette invention peut être utilisée dans un système cellulaire de communications radio. L'invention permet d'augmenter l'intérêt des utilisateurs pour les services d'informations et d'étendre les fonctionnalités des services fournis par le fournisseur d'informations. Le système de communications mobiles comprend une pluralité de dispositifs de communications mobiles qui sont connectés, par le biais de la passerelle d'un opérateur de communications mobiles, à un fournisseur de contenu connecté à un système de facturation, qui est relié à un système de paiement par le biais d'un canal protégé. Le système de facturation se compose d'une unité de paiement utilisateur, d'une unité de carte de crédit utilisateur, d'une unité de porte-monnaie d'utilisateur et d'une unité bonus, qui interagissent avec un ordinateur. Le système comprend également des retransmetteurs locaux, qui sont conçus de manière à former des signaux de la carte de n'importe quel métro et de transmettre, à la demande d'un utilisateur abonnée, les données relatives à un déplacement par chemin de fer, ainsi qu' un logiciel qui permet, en même temps que la transmission de données à un dispositif de communication mobile, de transmettre des signaux de commande à la système de facturation par ordinateur pour retirer l'argent du porte-monnaie d'utilisateur de l'unité.
