Abstract

　ハウジングが腐食する場合であっても、耐熱フィルターに径方向内側の圧縮力が加わるのを抑制可能なバルブアセンブリを提供することを課題とする。 　バルブアセンブリ１は、ガス通路２００と弁軸孔２０１とが形成されたハウジング２と、弁軸孔２０１に移動可能に挿通される弁軸３００と弁軸３００に連結される弁体３０１とを有するバルブ３０と、弁軸孔２０１内周面と弁軸３００外周面との間に介装され排気ガス中の塵埃を捕集する筒状の耐熱フィルター３２ａ、３２ｂと、を備える。ハウジング２は鋳鉄製である。バルブアセンブリ１は、さらに、弁軸孔２０１内周面と耐熱フィルター３２ａ、３２ｂ外周面との間に介装される補強カラー３５ａ、３５ｂを備える。補強カラー３５ａ、３５ｂは、耐熱フィルター３２ａ、３２ｂよりも剛性が高い。補強カラー３５ａ、３５ｂの少なくとも表面は、鋳鉄よりも耐食性が高い高耐食材製である。
