Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de soudage au laser d'une pièce W et un dispositif (10) devant être utilisé pour ledit procédé, dans lequel le foyer de la lumière laser L peut correspondre à une position de soudage avec une grande précision au moment de la réalisation du soudage au laser de la pièce W. Une fois que la forme du contour de la pièce W est reconnue par un dispositif de reconnaissance de forme (14) équipé d'une caméra DTC (14a), les coordonnées planimétriques de points singuliers (P1-P12 etc.) spécifiant la forme sont relevées pour toutes les pièces d'angle (C1-C12 etc.) dans la forme du contour, les informations de position de la forme du contour de la pièce W sont spécifiées en fonction des coordonnées, et un trajet de soudage S est actionné en fonction des informations de position. Au moment du soudage, le trajet de soudage S est corrigé en comparant les informations de position de correction du contour de la pièce W acquises grâce à un dispositif d'acquisition de forme de correction (20) et les informations de position de la pièce W dans la même position fournies précédemment par le dispositif de reconnaissance de forme (14).
