Abstract

본 발명은 유압기기의 연료 공급을 위한 인젝션펌프의 작동을 위한 유압실린더와, 유압실린더에 공급되어진 유체(기름)의 배출경로상에 구비되어 유압실린더내의 유압을 조정하는 스로틀밸브와, 스로틀밸브의 유체 배출경로상에 구비되어 있으며 해당 회수유로를 차단 또는 개방하는 릴리프밸브와, 유압실린더로 일정압력의 유체를 공급하기 위한 유압펌프, 및 유압펌프에서 유압실린더측으로 공급하는 유체의 전달 경로 상에 위치하며 유체 공급 유로를 차단 또는 개방하는 솔레노이드밸브를 구비하는 산업용 유압기기에 관한 것으로 특히, 유압펌프는 메인펌프와 보조펌프로 구성하며, 보조펌프가 솔레노이드밸브를 통해 유압실린더측에 일정 압력의 유체를 공급하도록 하되; 입력되는 전압의 상태에 따라 솔레노이드밸브의 개방정도를 조절하는 릴레이와; 메인펌프의 동작에 따른 압력의 변화와 크기를 감지하는 압력센서와; 압력센서의 감지신호를 입력받아 감지신호의 크기에 따라 선형적으로 산업용 유압기기의 내부 배터리에서 공급되는 전원을 릴레이 측에 공급하는 인디게이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 유압기기의 연료 절감 장치를 제공하여 작업장치의 압력변화에 맞추어 엔진출력을 높임과 낮춤을 반복함과 동시에 유압펌프의 압력상태가 저압일 경우와 고압일 경우에 맞추어 엔진의 분사량을 함께 조절함으로써 전체적으로 소모되는 연료를 절약하게 된다.
