Abstract

Dans ce procédé, le moule (1) comprenant une cavité de moulage (3A) délimitée par une lingotière (2), un noyau (4) et un fond (27), est disposé à l'intérieur d'une enceinte de coulée sous vide (5) comprenant, à sa partie supérieure, un moyen (9) d'introduction de métal liquide. Un moyen (11A,11') de réception et de répartition de métal liquide adapté pour recevoir l'acier liquide introduit dans l'enceinte de coulée sous vide (5) et pour redistribuer le métal liquide dans la cavité de moulage (3A) est disposé à la partie supérieure de la cavité de moulage (3A). On introduit le métal liquide dans l'enceinte (5) de façon à former un premier jet d'acier liquide (50) sous vide pour déverser le métal liquide sur le moyen de réception et de répartition (11A,11') et à former au moins un deuxième jet d'acier liquide (52) sous vide provenant du moyen de réception et de répartition (11A,11') et aboutissant dans la cavité de moulage (3A) de façon à remplir de métal liquide la cavité de moulage (3A).

Description

CHARNIERE DE CAPOT POUR VEHICULE AUTOMOBILE ET VEHICULE COMPORTANT UNE TELLE CHARNIERE DE CAPOT.
La présente invention concerne une charnière pour le capot du compartiment moteur d'un véhicule automobile.
On sait que la charnière du capot d'un véhicule automobile comprend un charnon fixe relié par un axe d'articulation à un charnon mobile destiné à être fixé sur la surface intérieure du capot.
Le charnon fixe comporte une surface d'appui présentant des moyens de fixation tels que des trous permettant sa fixation au moyen de vis sur une partie de la caisse du véhicule située sous le capot.
Près de la zone de fixation du charnon fixe de la charnière sont fixés de nombreux composants du véhicule tels que la béquille du capot, l'une des ailes avant, l'un des projecteurs et l'une des extrémités du support de la grille de l'auvent qui s'étend sous la partie arrière du capot.
Tous ces composants nécessitent chacun un support pour les fixer à la caisse du véhicule.
Tous ces supports sont difficiles à implanter en raison de leur proximité. Le but de la présente invention est de remédier à cet inconvénient. Ce but est atteint, selon l'invention, grâce à une charnière pour le capot du compartiment moteur d'un véhicule automobile, comprenant un charnon fixe relié par un axe d'articulation à un charnon mobile destiné à être fixé au capot, le charnon fixe comportant une surface d'appui présentant des moyens de fixation permettant sa fixation sur une partie de la caisse du véhicule, caractérisée en ce que le charnon fixe comporte au moins une surface distincte de la surface d'appui, présentant des moyens de fixation destinés à permettre la fixation de divers composants du véhicule.
La demanderesse a constaté en effet, que le charnon fixe d'une charnière de capot est une pièce qui est fixée sur la caisse du véhicule dans une position géométrique de référence optimale.
Ainsi, en regroupant sur cette pièce plusieurs moyens de fixation, tels que des trous, permettant la fixation des divers composants, non seulement, on fait l'économie de plusieurs supports, mais on garantit pour chacun des composants une position géométrique de référence optimale.
Les moyens de fixation présents sur ladite surface distincte du charnon fixe sont de préférence au moins en partie constitués par des trous de passage de vis ou autres organes de fixation.
De préférence, ladite surface distincte est située dans un plan décalé en hauteur par rapport à celui de ladite surface d'appui.
Cette disposition facilite la fixation des composants à ladite surface distincte, lorsque la surface d'appui du charnon fixe est déjà fixée sur la caisse du véhicule. De préférence également, ladite surface distincte est reliée à l'un des bords de ladite surface d'appui par une paroi sensiblement perpendiculaire à cette surface d'appui et à cette surface distincte.
Dans un mode de réalisation avantageux de l'invention, le charnon fixe comporte une seconde surface distincte de ladite surface d'appui, présentant des moyens de fixation destinés à permettre la fixation d'autres composants du véhicule.
De préférence, cette seconde surface distincte est reliée à l'un des bords de ladite surface d'appui par une paroi sensiblement perpendiculaire à cette surface d'appui et à cette seconde surface distincte. Dans une version préférée, ladite seconde surface distincte est reliée à un bord longitudinal de ladite surface d'appui situé à l'opposé du bord de celle-ci auquel est reliée la première surface distincte.
Cette disposition permet de mieux répartir les points de fixation des composants de part et d'autre du charnon fixe. De préférence également, la première et la seconde surfaces distinctes sont décalées l'une de l'autre suivant la longueur de la surface d'appui du charnon fixe.
Le charnon fixe de la charnière selon l'invention peut être réalisé d'une seule pièce par emboutissage d'une tôle par exemple en acier d'épaisseur comprise entre 2 et 4 millimètres. On peut ainsi obtenir un support à la fois solide pour plusieurs composants, mais également léger, car il remplace plusieurs supports. L'invention concerne également un véhicule automobile comportant un capot de compartiment moteur relié de façon articulée à la caisse du véhicule automobile par au moins une charnière selon l'invention.
De préférence, plusieurs composants du véhicule sont fixés sur l'une au moins desdites surfaces distinctes du charnon fixe de la charnière.
Lesdits composants peuvent être les suivants : la béquille du capot, le support de la grille d'auvent, l'aile avant, et - le projecteur.
D'autres particularités et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront encore tout au long de la description ci-après.
Aux dessins annexés, donnés à titre d'exemples, non limitatifs : la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une charnière de capot d'un véhicule automobile, selon l'invention, la figure 2 montre la charnière de la figure 1 montée sur une partie de la caisse d'un véhicule, la figure 3 est une vue analogue à la figure 1 montrant la fixation de la béquille du capot, - la figure 4 est une vue analogue à la figure 1 , montrant la fixation de l'arrière d'un projecteur, la figure 5 est une vue de la charnière sous un autre angle, montrant la fixation d'une extrémité du support de la grille d'auvent, la figure 6 est une autre vue de la charnière, montrant la fixation de l'aile avant, la figure 7 montre le charnon fixe de la charnière et l'ensemble des composants fixés à ce charnon.
La figure 1 représente une charnière pour le capot du compartiment moteur d'un véhicule automobile, comprenant un charnon fixe 1 relié par un axe d'articulation 2 à un charnon mobile 3 destiné à être fixé au capot.
Le charnon fixe 1 comporte une surface d'appui 4 présentant des trous 5, 6 permettant sa fixation sur une partie 7 de la caisse du véhicule, comme montré sur la figure 2, selon un serrage opéré au moyen de vis s'étendant au travers du trou 5 et un indexage opéré au moyen d'un doigt dédié (non représenté) destiné à s'étendre au travers du trou 6 dudit charnon fixe 1 et de la caisse du véhicule.
Cette partie 7 est un renfort situé sous le capot. Conformément à l'invention, le charnon fixe 1 comporte une première surface
8 distincte de la surface d'appui 4, présentant des moyens de fixation tels que des trous 9, 10, 1 1 destinés à permettre la fixation de divers composants du véhicule, comme on le verra plus en détail plus loin.
Les trous 9, 10, 1 1 sont destinés au passage de vis ou autres organes de fixation.
Dans l'exemple représenté sur les figures 1 et 2, la surface distincte 8 est située dans un plan décalé en hauteur par rapport à celui de la surface d'appui 4, de sorte que lorsque le charnon 1 est fixé sur la caisse, il existe un espace entre cette caisse et la surface 8. Cette surface distincte 8 est reliée à l'un 4a des bords de la surface d'appui 4 par une paroi 12 sensiblement perpendiculaire à cette surface d'appui 4 et à cette surface distincte 8.
Par ailleurs, le charnon fixe 1 comporte une seconde surface 13 distincte de la surface d'appui 4, présentant des trous de fixation 14, 15 destinés à permettre la fixation d'autres composants du véhicule.
Cette seconde surface distincte 13 est reliée au bord 4b de la surface d'appui 4 par une paroi 16 sensiblement perpendiculaire à cette surface d'appui 4 et à la seconde surface distincte 13.
Cette seconde surface distincte 13 est reliée à un bord longitudinal 4b de la surface d'appui 4 situé à l'opposé du bord 4a de celle-ci auquel est reliée la première surface distincte 8.
Comme montré par les figures 1 et 2, la première et la seconde surfaces distinctes 8, 13 sont décalées l'une de l'autre suivant la longueur de la surface d'appui 4 du charnon 1. Le charnon 1 représenté sur les figures 1 et 2 est réalisé d'une seule pièce par emboutissage d'une tôle d'acier d'épaisseur comprise entre 2 et 4 millimètres. Pour augmenter la rigidité des liaisons entre les surfaces 8 et 13 et la surface d'appui, des nervures telles que 17, 18 et 19 sont réalisées lors de l'emboutissage.
Les figures 3 à 7 montrent que plusieurs composants du véhicule peuvent être fixés sur les surfaces distinctes 8 et 13 du charnon fixe 1 de la charnière selon l'invention.
La figure 3 montre la béquille 19 du capot dont le crochet d'extrémité 20 est engagé dans le trou 9 de la surface 8.
La figure 4 montre l'arrière d'un projecteur 21 fixé au trou 14 de la surface 13 au moyen d'une vis 22.
La figure 5 montre l'extrémité d'un support de grille d'auvent 23 fixé au trou 10 de la surface 8 du charnon fixe 1.
La figure 6 montre une aile avant 24 dont le bord intérieur est fixé au trou 15 de la surface 13 du charnon fixe 1 au moyen d'une vis 25. La figure 7 montre l'ensemble des composants c'est-à-dire la béquille 19, l'arrière du projecteur 21 , l'extrémité du support de la grille d'auvent 23 et le bord de l'aile 24 fixés à des trous réalisés sur les surfaces 8 et 13 du charnon fixe 1.
Cette figure 7 montre que les points de fixation des composants ci-dessus sont répartis dans une zone peu étendue s'étendant de part et d'autre de la surface d'appui 4 du charnon fixe 1.
Etant donné que le charnon fixe 1 est une pièce très rigide puisqu'elle supporte le capot, il constitue un excellent support de fixation des quatre composants ci-dessus.
Etant donné que la position géométrique du charnon fixe 1 est très bien définie par rapport à la caisse du véhicule, les points de fixation des quatre composants ont également une position géométrique bien définie, ce qui est très important surtout pour les composants visibles de l'extérieur du véhicule, c'est-à-dire l'aile et le projecteur.
L'invention permet également de réduire le nombre des supports pour fixer les différents composants et de réaliser un gain non négligeable de masse.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Charnière pour le capot du compartiment moteur d'un véhicule automobile, comprenant un charnon fixe (1 ) relié par un axe d'articulation (2) à un charnon mobile (3) destiné à être fixé au capot, le charnon fixe (1 ) comportant une surface d'appui (4) présentant des moyens de fixation (5, 6) permettant sa fixation sur une partie de la caisse du véhicule, le charnon fixe (1 ) comportant au moins une surface (8) distincte de la surface d'appui (4), présentant des moyens de fixation (9, 10, 1 1 ) destinés à permettre la fixation de divers composants du véhicule, caractérisée en ce que ladite surface distincte (8) est située dans un plan décalé en hauteur par rapport à celui de ladite surface d'appui (4).
2. Charnière selon la revendication 1 , caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de fixation (9, 10, 1 1 ) sont au moins en partie constitués par des trous de passage de vis ou autres organes de fixation.
3. Charnière selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite surface distincte (8) est reliée à l'un (4a) des bords de ladite surface d'appui (4) par une paroi (12) sensiblement perpendiculaire à cette surface d'appui (4) et à cette surface distincte (8).
4. Charnière selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le charnon fixe (1 ) comporte une seconde surface (13) distincte de ladite surface d'appui (4), présentant des moyens de fixation (14, 15) destinés à permettre la fixation d'autres composants du véhicule.
5. Charnière selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que cette seconde surface distincte (13) est reliée à l'un (4b) des bords de ladite surface d'appui (4) par une paroi (16) sensiblement perpendiculaire à cette surface d'appui
(4) et à cette seconde surface distincte (13).
6. Charnière selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ladite seconde surface distincte (13) est reliée à un bord longitudinal (4b) de ladite surface d'appui (4) situé à l'opposé du bord (4a) de celle-ci auquel est reliée la première surface distincte (8).
7. Charnière selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la première et la seconde surfaces distinctes (8, 13) sont décalées l'une de l'autre suivant la longueur de la surface d'appui (4) du charnon fixe (1 ).
8. Charnière selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisée en ce que ledit charnon fixe (1 ) est réalisé d'une seule pièce par emboutissage d'une tôle d'épaisseur comprise entre 2 et 4 millimètres.
9. Véhicule automobile comportant un capot de compartiment moteur relié de façon articulé à la caisse du véhicule automobile par au moins une charnière selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8.
10. Véhicule automobile selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs composants (19, 21 , 23, 24) du véhicule sont fixés sur l'une au moins desdites surfaces distinctes (8, 13) du charnon fixe (1 ) de la charnière.
1 1. Véhicule automobile selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que lesdits composants sont choisis parmi les suivantes : - la béquille du capot, le support de la grille d'auvent, l'aile avant, et le projecteur.
