Abstract
La présente invention concerne une boisson sucrée et rafraîchissante qui, pour sa conservation, doit être congelée avant d'être décongelée pour pouvoir être consommée. Le procédé permettant d'obtenir cette boisson consiste à mélanger du sucre, du jus de citron concentré, de la menthe fraîche et de l'eau distillée, selon les proportions suivantes: de 48 à 52% de sucre, de 38 à 42% de jus de citron concentré, de 5 à 7% de menthe et de 3 à 5% d'eau distillée; à obtenir le mélange puis après son homogénéisation à réaliser à la mise en bouteille, à laisser reposer cette boisson pendant 24 heures pour achever le processus par sa congélation. On ajoute à la boisson un acidifiant, un conservateur, de l'arôme naturel de citron et un colorant.
