Abstract

La présente invention concerne un rouleau de transporteur à rouleaux et, plus particulièrement, un rouleau de transporteur et son procédé de fabrication. Selon ce procédé, un palier est retenu uniquement par un logement, ce qui évite d'avoir à usiner une surface externe d'un arbre fixe et d'avoir recours à des composants additionnels tels qu'un anneau de retenue, et permet de fixer le palier de manière simple en exerçant une pression sur le logement de palier et en effectuant un processus d'assemblage. Le procédé de fabrication ainsi simplifié et la structure du rouleau de transporteur permet de réduire considérablement les coûts de fabrication, de simplifier les processus d'assemblage et d'accroître également la stabilité structurelle.
