Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé d' inactivation d'au moins un agent pathogène d'un échantillon de plasma sanguin humain comprenant la compression adiabatique dudit échantillon d'une pression Po à une pression P1, P1 étant comprise de 190 à 210 MPa, la température dudit plasma à la pression P1 étant compris entre - 10 °C et - 3 °C du fait de la compression, le maintien éventuel de la pression PI durant un temps compris entre 110 et 130 secondes, et la détente adiabatigue de l'échantillon. La présente invention se rapporte également à l'utilisation du procédé de l'invention et au plasma obtenu par le procédé de l'invention. Le procédé et les produis obtenus par ce procédé trouvent notamment des applications dans les domaines thérapeutiques et non thérapeutiques.
