Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung beschreibt neue beta-Aminoaldehyd-Derivate der Formeln (I), (II) und (III),in welchen die Substituenten R1 bis R5 und A die in der Beschreibung angegebene Bedeutung haben, ein neues Verfahren zur deren Herstellung, dessen Zwischenprodukte, sowie Verwendungen dieser neuen beta-Aminoaldehyd-Derivate, z.B. zur (chemischen) Verwendung als reaktive Intermediate, zur Verwendung in der Medizin, z.B. als Peptidomimetikum, als Kopplungsagens, etc.
