Abstract
Dans un procédé de fourniture de gaz sous pression à partir d'un appareil de séparation d'air par distillation cryogénique, on soutire d'une colonne basse pression un débit de gaz ou de liquide riche en oxygène (19) ayant un débit nominal, on soutire un débit de purge liquide (21,121) riche en oxygène en cuve de la colonne basse pression on envoie le débit de purge liquide riche en oxygène dans un stockage (31), en cas de réduction de la production du système de colonnes ou d'augmentation du besoin d'un client, on soutire du stockage (31) un débit de secours et on le vaporise dans un vaporiseur de secours (37) et uniquement si le niveau de liquide dans le stockage dépasse un seuil donné, on soutire un débit liquide du stockage constituant au plus 2% du débit nominal de production du débit riche en oxygène et on l'envoie au vaporiseur de secours.
