Abstract

La présente invention concerne une valve de régulation de gaz pour un chalumeau dans laquelle une buse d'alimentation en gaz, en contact avec une broche de valve pour réguler le volume de gaz acheminé, est accouplée à un élément d'étanchéité constitué de résine synthétique et en contact avec la broche de valve et l'élément d'étanchéité est accouplé plus solidement à la buse d'alimentation en gaz et il est fixé et supporté par celle-ci. L'alimentation en gaz s'effectue plus efficacement à travers la portion creuse de l'élément d'étanchéité. Une chambre, incluant une entrée et une sortie dans un passage à travers lequel circule le gaz, est disposée à l'intérieur du corps de la valve de régulation de gaz et elle est connectée à l'unité de valve. L'entrée en contact avec l'extrémité de commande de la broche de valve constituant l'unité de valve est accouplée à un élément de contact constitué de résine synthétique. Une pièce d'accouplement creuse est disposée à l'extérieur de l'entrée dans la chambre et son diamètre intérieur est supérieur au diamètre intérieur de la chambre. L'élément de contact constitué de résine synthétique est ajusté de manière flexible dans la chambre et la surface extérieure de l'élément de contact est ajustée par force dans la pièce d'accouplement creuse, ce qui forme une pièce d'accouplement en saillie.
