Abstract

본 발명은, 가스의 공급량을 조절하기 위한 밸브핀과 접촉되는 가스공급구에 밸브핀과 접촉되는 합성수지 재질의 밀폐부재를 결합하고, 이 밀폐부재가 가스공급구에 보다 견고하게 결합되어 고정지지되도록 한 구성을 구현하며, 밀폐부재의 중공을 통해 공급되는 가스의 공급효율을 향상시키도록 구성된 토치용 가스조절 밸브에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 본 발명은, 가스가 진행되는 통로에 유입구와 유출구가 형성된 챔버가 몸체 내부에 형성되어 상기 챔버에는 밸브유닛이 결합되며, 밸브유닛을 구성하는 밸브핀의 조절단부와 접촉되는 유입구에 합성수지 재질의 접촉부재가 결합된 가스조절 밸브에 있어서, 상기 챔버 내부의 유입구 외측으로 챔버의 내경보다 넓은 내경을 갖는 결합홈부가 형성되고, 상기 합성수지 재질의 접촉부재가 챔버를 통해 탄력적으로 끼워져 접촉부재의 외면이 결합홈부에 강압적으로 끼워맞춤됨에 의해 결합돌기부가 형성되어 구성된다.
