- the invention relates to a circuit carrier for the wiring of the tooth coil windings of a stator of an electric machine.
- the invention relates to a kit which contains such a circuit carrier and additionally includes a winding head carrier with inwardly extending teeth for tooth coil windings.
- Electric machines eg motors or generators with tooth coil windings are for example from the DE
- Tooth coil windings also referred to as Einstattwicklungen, are preferably used in stators of synchronous machines with permanent magnet excitation, electrical excitation or a combination of both types of excitation, as well as in stators of synchronous and switched reluctance machines.
- the tooth coil windings have a relatively small winding head and a reduced winding resistance compared to the distributed windings and can be made with a smaller axial length compared to distributed winding stators.
- the stator lamination packages for tooth coil windings are designed in such a way that, seen in cross-section, teeth result around which the coils are wound. Hence the term stirs "tooth coil winding.”
- the laminated core is rectangular stator teeth available for this purpose, with the Biegera ⁇ serving the winding wire at the corners of the stator teeth very small fail. Here, therefore, creates an unfavorable thermal connection.
- the isolation level ⁇ tion of the winding takes damage to the sharp edges of the Stato leopard.
- the wakkelkée ie the areas of the tooth coil winding, which wind around the ends of the stator teeth, lined by winding head support.
- the wiring of the tooth coil windings is mechanically complex and it must also be ensured that the winding wires combined to connection cables are sufficiently insulated so that there are no short circuits.
- the object of the invention is therefore to show a way as a reliable guidance of the wiring on the winding head of the electric machine can be done.

- the annular grooves advantageously enable the combined winding wires, which form a wiring and can be connected to an external contact, reliably guided in the annular grooves. On the one hand, this reduces the assembly effort for the production of the wiring, since the annular grooves provide a defined annular space for receiving the winding wires available.
- the through-holes in the groove bottom allow a reliable supply of the winding wires starting from the winding heads through the support ring, wherein by bending the winding wires into the grooves in a simple assembly can be done.
- the through-holes are arranged in the support ring in an assembly of the approaching pattern, so that the respective winding wires can be assigned to the associated through-holes in a simple manner while avoiding assembly errors.
