Abstract

L'invention concerne le domaine de la récupération de déchets de production et de la protection de l'environnement et peut s'utiliser en industrie chimique, dans la fabrication de matériaux de construction et dans d'autres domaines de fabrication liés à l'utilisation d'un liant à base de gypse et de métaux de terres rares. Selon l'invention, on traite le phosphogypse avec une solution d'acide sulfurique, on sépare la phase solide du phosphogypse de la solution, on précipite à partir de la solution obtenue les composés non solubles de métaux de terres rares par l'introduction d'acide oxalique ou de ses sels solubles dans des quantités de 250-300% molaires en stœchiométrie sur R3M dans une solution lors de la neutralisation de la solution d'acide sulfurique jusqu'à une valeur de рН=1,0-2,5, après quoi le résidu d'oxalates est séparé de la solution mère, rincé, séché et cuit. Après sa séparation de la solution d'acide sulfurique, la phase solide du phosphogypse est rincée, et au moins une partie des eaux de rinçage comportant l'acide sulfurique résiduel lessivé à partir du phosphogypse est recyclée pour traiter la charge suivante de phosphogypse.
