폴리에스테르 쿠션재는 주로 침대 매트리스 소재와 같은 침장 용도로 그 동 안 소비량이 미미하게 사용되어 왔으나, 최근에는 우레탄, 스폰지, 케미칼 라텍스 등과 같은 기존의 쿠션재에 비하여 인체에 무해하고, 재활용이 가능한 환경친화적 인 소재라는 특징이 있어 이들의 대체재로서 크게 각광받고 있다.
상기와 같은 일반적인 쿠션재의 제조 방법으로는 첨부도면 도 1에 도시된 융 점이 서로 다른 저융점 단섬유와 고융점 단섬유를 개섬수단 (10)을 이용하여 새털 같은 원사로 개섬하고 개섬된 섬유를 일정한 두께와 폭을 갖는 카딩수단 (20)을 이 용하여 첨부도면 도 2a에 도시된 바와 같은 웹을 형성한다 .

상기에서와 같이 종래 쿠션재의 제조방법은 단섬유→개섬→웹 제조→웹 적충 →가열 /압착→넁각 순으로 제조하며, 상기한 종래 쿠션재는 웹이 일정한 두께와 폭 을 형성한 시트 형태로 이루어져 다층으로 적층되고 가열 압착된 것이기 때문에 첨 부도면 도 3b에 도시된 바와 같이 단섬유와 단섬유 사이의 공극이 낮아 투수성이 현저히 낮으며, 웹과 웹이 서로 쉽게 박리되고, 상기와 같이 메탈카딩 방식에 의해 크로스 레이어로 적층되는 기존의 쿠션재는 웹결합이 카딩수단에 의해 수평적 /횡적 으로 누워 있게 되어 힘을 수직적으로 받는 쿠션재의 특성상 탄력성 및 복원력이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.

상기 에어공급수단은 에어를 형성시키는 콤프레셔와; 상기 콤프레셔에 연결 되어 챔버하우징 내부로 에어를 공급하는 에어공급관로와; 상기 에어공급관로에 의 하여 공급된 에어의 흐름방향을 조절하는 에어유도판으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치에 의하여 달성된다.
상기 원사배출수단은 구동모터에 의하여 구동되는 배출로울러가 챔버하우징 의 배출간격조절홀을 관통하면서 일정한 간격으로 이격되게 설치하되 두 배출로울 러가 대각선 방향으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조 장치에 의하여 달성된다 .
상기 원사공급로울러와 배출로울러의 표면에는 일정간격으로 산형의 밀대부 가 돌출형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치에 의하여 달성된다 .
한편 상기와 같은 구조를 갖는 본 발명의 쿠션재의 제조장치에 구동모터의 구동력에 의해 회전되는 편심축을 이용하여 챔버하우징의 일측면에 진동판을 진동 시켜 원사를 정렬시키는 진동수단을 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복
원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치에 의하여 달성된다ᅳ
상기 진동판에는 에어배출수단이 작동시 원사의 흡착과 노이즈 방지를 위한 망 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치에 의하여 달성 된다.
상기 에어배출수단이 연결되는 챔버하우징에는 망 형태의 필터판이 더 부착 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치에 의하여 달성된 다.
상기 챔버하우징은 내측 공간으로 원사를 공급하는 원사공급부의 하단에는 분리털이수단이 설치되는 축공을 형성한 몸체의 일측면에는 에어공급수단의 에어공 급관로가 연결 설치되어 챔버하우징 내부로 에어를 공급하도록 연결공을 형성하고 몸체의 하부에는 배출공이 구비되되, 몸체의 측면 중 어느 한쪽의 일측면은 안쪽 방향과 바깥쪽 방향으로 이동 가능한 유동판으로 이루어져 쌓여지는 원사의 두께를 조절할 수 있으며, 반대쪽 측면은 한정된 면적에서 보다 많은 양의 원사가 쌓여지 도록 원사를 가지런히 정렬시키기 위한 진동판이 설치되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치에 의하여 달성된다.
상기 털이로울러가 수직방향에 대하여 2개 이상의 로을러가 일정한 간격으로 이격되어 2단 이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제 조장치에 의하여 달성된다.
본 발명의 다른 구조의 쿠션재의 제조장치는 쿠션재의 제조장치에 있어서, 원사 공급부가 상부에 설치되고 내부에 공간이 구비된 몸체 하부에는 원사를 토출 하는 배출구가 구비된 챔버하우징과; 상기 챔버하우징의 공간 상단부에 설치되어 공급된 원사를 새털처럼 개섬 시키는 분리털이수단과; 상기 챔버하우징의 내측에 설치되어 쌓여지는 원사의 두께를 조절하기 위하여 챔버하우징의 일측면 판이 이동 가능한 유동판으로 형성하여 유동판의 이동량을 조절하는 두께조절수단과; 상기 두 께조절수단에 의해 이동되는 유동판의 반대면에는 구동모터의 구동력에 의해 회전 되는 편심축을 이용하여 챔버하우징의 일측면의 진동판을 진동시켜 원사를 정렬시 키는 진동수단과; 상기 챔버하우징의 하단에 설치되어 쌓여진 원사를 배출시키는 원사배출수단을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치에 의하여 달성된다.
상기한 본 발명인 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치의 구현 방법으로는 길 이가 15隱 ~76隱, 융점이 80~200°C인 저융점 단섬유와, 길이가 I5隱〜 76謹 i, 융점이 200~400°C인 고융점 단섬유들이 서로 잘 엉켜지도록 꼬임을 형성시키는 크림프 형
성공정과; 상기 저융점 단섬유와 고융점 단섬유를 개섬수단을 이용하여 섬유의 덩 어리를 푸는 개섬공정과; 상기 개섬된 원사를 이동시킨 후 챔버 내부의 상부에서 자유낙하 시키는 원사이송공정과; 상기 원사이송공정에 의해 원사가 챔버 내부로 떨어질 때 뭉쳐 떨어지지 않도록 솜을 트는 것과 같이 타면하는 타면공정과; 상기 타면공정 전 또는 후에 공급된 원사가 에어에 의해 휘날려 넓게 펼쳐 떨어지면서 수평 수직 방향을 가리지 않고 랜덤하게 적층시키는 에어적층공정과; 상기 에어적 층공정을 수행 전, 후 또는 동시에 적층물을 흔들어 정렬시키는 적층물 정렬공정 과; 상기 에어적층공정을 수행하면서 공급된 에어를 강제 배출시키는 에어배출공정 과; 상기 에어적층공정에 의해 적층된 적층물을 일정량씩 이동시키는 적층물이송공 정과; 상기 적층물이송공정에 의해 공급되는 적층물을 가열 압착하여 일정한 두께 로 형성시키는 가열압착공정과; 상기 가열압착공정에 의해 생성된 쿠션재를 냉각시 키는 냉각공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조방 법에 의하여 달성된다.

상기 에어적층공정의 수행시 공급되는 에어가 타면수단을 중심으로 상부 또 는 하부에서 챔버하우징 내측으로 공급되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우 수한 쿠션재의 제조방법에 의하여 달성된다.
상기 적층공정 또는 에어적층공정에 의해 적층된 적층물을 일정한 두께 및 밀도를 갖도록 조절하는 제품두께조절공정을 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조방법에 의하여 달성된다.
상기한 제조장치와 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 쿠션재는 융점이 80-200 :, 섬 도 2~15데니어인 저융점 단섬유 10~50중량 %와 융점이 200~500°C, 섬도 2~40데니어 인 고융점 단섬유 50~90중량 %를 포함하도록 적층 후, 가열 압착하여 20~300國의 두 께를 가지도톡 압착하여 된 구조로 되며, 복원력 70%~99%, 흡음성 50%~90%, 공극밀 도 10-90%인 것에 특징이 있다.
상기 쿠션재에는 탄성수단이 더 포함되어 이루어진 것에 특징이 있다. 상기 탄성수단은 고무, 우레탄 발포알갱이 중 어느 하나인 것에 특징이 있으며, 상기 쿠 션재에는 일정한 두께로 불규칙적으로 방사되어 형성된 매트층이 양 측면 중 어느 일측 또는 쿠션재의 사이에 적층되어 이루어진 것에 특징이 있다. 상기 쿠션재는 상층부와 하층부의 공극율이 서로 다르게 구성된 것에 특징이 있으몌 상기 쿠션재 에는 매시망이 측면 중 어느 일측 또는 쿠션재의 사이에 적층되어 이루어진 것에 특징이 있다.
상기 유동판에는 브라켓이 설치되며, 브라켓의 관통공에는 챔버하우징에 고 정 설치된 랙기어와; 상기 랙기어와 치합되어 작동하는 피니언과; 상기 피니언이 챔버하우징의 두께조절장공을 관통하여 회전가능하게 축설된 고정축과; 상기 고정 축이 관통하는 관통공을 형성하고 홀더헤드와 연결되며 표면에 나선을 형성한 위치 조절로드부재 및 위치조절로드부재에 나사 결합되는 너트부재를 포함하여 이루어진 두께조절수단을 포함하여 이루어진 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치에 의하여 달성된다.

【발명의 실시를 위한 형태】
이하 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
첨부도면 도 4a는 본 발명의 기술이 적용된 쿠션재의 제조방법을 보여주는 쿠션재의 제조 공정도로서 이에 따른 본 발명인 쿠션재의 제조방법은 길이가 15画〜 76醒, 융점이 80~200°C인 저융점 단섬유와, 길이가 15麵〜 76隱, 융점이 200~500°C인 고융점 단섬유들이 서로 잘 엉켜지도록 꼬임을 형성시키는 크림프 형 성공정 (S100)을 수행한다.
상기 크림프 형성공정 (S100) 수행이 완료되면 직선형태로 이루어진 단섬유들 이 곱슬머리 (curly hair)처럼 꼬임을 형성하게 된다. 상기 융점이 80~200°C인 저융 점 단섬유와 200~50( C인 고융점 단섬유에 클림프 (crimp)를 형성시키는 이유는 단 섬유들이 서로 엉킴 현상을 일으켜 개별적으로 흩어지지 않고 뭉쳐지도록 하기 위 함이다.
상기와 같이 클림프형성공정 (S100)의 수행이 완료되어 클림프 (crimp)를 형성 한 단섬유들을 흔합한 후 상기 저융점 단섬유와 고융점 단섬유를 뭉치지 않도록 섬 유의 덩어리를 풀기 위하여 개섬수단을 이용하여 개섬공정 (S200)을 수행한다. 상기 개섬공정 (S200)은 통상적으로 표면에 핀부재가 다수 돌출된 로울러를 다단으로 설 치한 것을 사용하며, 본 발명에서의 개섬수단은 개섬기 및 소면기를 포함한다. 한편, 상기 개섬공정 (S200)에 의해 개섬 또는 소면된 원사를 에어를 이용하 여 이동시킨 후 쿠션재의 제조장치 (1) 내부의 상부에서 자유낙하시키는 원사이송공 정 (S300)을 수행한다.
상기 원사이송공정 (S300)의 수행 방법으로 에어 이송을 설명하고 있으나 이 는 반드시 에어 이송을 한정하는 것이 아니라 이송벨트를 이용한 이송방법의 사용
도 가능하다.
상기 쿠션재의 제조장치 (1)의 구조는 첨부도면 도 5a 내지 도 6a에 도시된 바와 같이 쿠션재의 제조장치 (1) 상부에 회전하면서 원사를 일방향으로 공급하는 2 개가 1조를 이루는 공급로울러 (201)의 하부에 인접하게 다수개의 핀부재 (202— 1)가 돌출 형성되어 있는 타면로울러 (202)가 회전하면서 개섬된 단섬유를 타면하는 타면 공정 (S400)을 수행한다.
상기 타면공정 (S400)의 설명을 요약하면 원사이송공정 (S300)에 의해 원사가 챔버 (P) 내부로 떨어질 때 뭉쳐 떨어지지 않도록 솜을 트는 것과 같이 타면하는 공 정이다.
상기 타면공정 (S400)에 의해 타면된 원사를 챔버 하부로 떨어트려 랜덤하게 적층시키는 적층공정 (S500)을 수행한다. 상기 타면공정 (S400)에 의해 타면된 원사 는 챔버 (P) 내부 공간에 적층되며, 상기 적충공정 (S500) 후 또는 동시에 적층물을 흔들어 정렬시키는 적층물 정렬공정 (S600)을 수행한다.
상기 적층물 정렬공정 (S600)은 구동모터의 구동력에 의해 회전되는 편심축을 이용하여 쿠션재의 제조장치 (1)의 일측면에 설치된 진동판 (106)을 진동시켜 원사를 정렬시키게 된다.
한편 상기 적층물 정렬공정 (S600)에 의해 적층된 적층물을 정한 두께 및 밀 도를 갖도록 조절하는 제품두께조절공정 (S700)을 수행한다.
상기 제품두께조절공정' (S700)은 진동판 (106)에 의해 정렬된 상태에서 두께조 절판 (105)을 작동시켜 쿠션재의 제조장치 (1)의 내부 공간의 간격을 조절하거나 정 렬된 적층물을 가압하면 적층된 적층물이 가압되면서 두께도 얇게 조절하면서 밀도 도 함께 조절되는 것이다.
예컨대 융점이 80~200°C, 섬도 10데니어 저융점 단섬유 20중량 %, 융점이 200-500 °C, 섬도 30데니어 고융점 단섬유 80중량 %을 흔합하여 두께 100國를 갖는 쿠션재를 제조하기 위하여 두께가 300瞧가 되도록 두께를 조절하여 적층물을 이송 시켜 적층물이송공정 (S800)을 수행한다.
상기 적층물이송공정 (S800)은 로울러에 구동에 의해 수직방향으로 적충된 적 층물이 수평방향으로 전환되어 이송된다. 상기 적층물이송공정 (S800)에 의해 공급 되는 적층물을 가열 압착하여 일정한 두께로 형성시키는 가열압착공정 (S900)에 의 해 100隱의 두께가 되도록 가열압착 한 후 상기 가열압착공정에 의해 생성된 쿠션 재를 냉각시키는 넁각공정 순으로 이루어진다.
한편 첨부도면 도 4b는 본 발명의 다른 실시예인 쿠션재의 제조방법을 보여
주는 쿠션재의 제조 공정도로서 이에 따르면 길이가 15画 ~76誦, 융점이 80-200 °C인 저융점 단섬유와, 길이가 15隱 ~76隱, 융점이 200~500°C인 고융점 단섬유들이 서로 잘 엉켜지도록 꼬임을 형성시키는 클림프형성공정 (S100) 수행한다.
상기 클림프형성공정 (S100) 수행이 완료되면 직선형태로 이루어진 단섬유들 이 곱슬머리 (curly hair) 처럼 꼬임을 형성하게 된다. 상기 융점이 80~20( C인 저 융점 단섬유와 200~500°C인 고융점 단섬유에 클림프 (creep)를 형성시키는 이유는 단섬유들이 서로 엉킴 현상을 일으켜 개별적으로 흩어지지 않고 뭉쳐지도록 하기 위함이다.
상기와 같이 클림프형성공정 (S100)의 수행이 완료되어 클림프 (creep)를 형성 한 단섬유들을 흔합한 후 상기 저융점 단섬유와 고융점 단섬유를 뭉치지 않도록 섬 유의 덩어리를 풀기 위하여 개섬수단을 이용하여 개섬공정 (S200)을 수행한다. 상기 개섬공정 (S200)은 통상적으로 표면에 핀부재가 다수 돌출된 로울러를 다단으로 설 치한 것을 사용한다.
한편, 상기 개섬공정 (S200)에 의해 개섬 또는 소면된 원사를 에어를 이용하 여 이동시킨 후 챔버 내부의 상부에서 자유낙하시키는 원사이송공정 (S300)을 수행 한다.
상기 쿠션재의 제조장치 (1)의 구조는 첨부도면 도 5a 내지 도 5b에 도시된 바와 같이 상부에 회전하면서 원사를 일방향으로 공급하는 2개가 1조를 이루는 공 급로울러 (201)의 하부에 인접하게 다수개의 핀부재 (202-1)이 돌출 형성되어 있는 타면로울러 (202)가 회전하면서 개섬된 단섬유를 타면하는 타면공정 (S400)을 수행한 다.
상기 타면공정 (S400)에 의해 타면된 원사를 쿠션재의 제조장치 (1)의 하부로 떨어트려 랜덤하게 적층시키되, 상기 타면공정 (S400)에 의해 타면된 원사가 에어에 의해 휘날려 넓게 펼쳐 떨어지면서 수평 수직 방향을 가리지 않고 랜덤하게 적층시 키는 에어적층공정 (S500a)을 수행한다 .
상기 에어적층공정 (S500a)은 에어분사수단 (402)에 의해 에어가 분사되어 쿠 션재의 제조장치 (1) 내부에 압력이 발생되므로 상기 층입되는 에어의 양 만큼 쿠션 재의 제조장치 (1)의 하단에 설치된 에어배출수단 (500)을 이용하여 에어를 분사 후 흡입 배출시 적층된 원사가 흡착되면서 적층물의 날림이 방지된다ᅳ
상기 에어적층공정 (S500a)이 완료되면 적층물 정렬공정 (S600)을 수행하며 ' 적층물 정렬공정 (S600)은 구동모터의 구동력에 의해 회전되는 편심축을 이용하여 쿠션재의 제조장치 (1)의 일측면에 설치된 진동판 (105)을 진동시켜 원사를 정렬시키
게 된다.
상기 진동판 (106)에 의해 정렬된 상태에서 두께조절관올 작동시켜 정렬된 적 충물을 가압하면 적충된 적층물이 가압되면서 두께도 얇게 조절하면서 밀도로 함께 조절할 수 있는 것이다.
상기 에어를 챔버 (P) 내부로 공급할 때 상기 에어적층공정 (S500a)의 수행시 공급되는 에어가 타면기를 중심으로 상부 또는 하부 방향에서 챔버 내측으로 공급 하며, 바람직하게는 상기 에어적층공정 (S500a)의 수행시 공급되는 에어가 수평방향 또는 수직방향에서 쿠션재의 제조장치 (1) 내측으로 공급되도톡 한다.
상기 에어적층공정 (S500a)을 수행 후 또는 동시에 적층물을 흔들어 정렬시키 는 적층물 정렬공정 (S600)과 상기 적층물 정렬공정 (S600)의 수행 후 또는 에어적층 공정 (S500a)올 수행하면서 공급된 에어를 강제 배출시키는 에어배출공정 (S500b)도 함께 수행할 수 있다.
한편 상기 에어배출공정 (S500b)은 에어집진수단을 이용하여 에어적층공정을 수행할 때 쿠션재의 제조장치 (1)에 공급된 에어를 강제로 흡입 배출시키며, 이때 도면에 미도시된 에어집진수단은 챔버의 하단에 설치되며 에어 배출시 쿠션재의 제 조장치 (1) 내부로 공급된 에어는 적층된 적층물을 통과하여 배출된다.
따라서 에어적층공정 (S500a) 및 적층물 정렬공정 (S600)을 수행하여 적충된 원사 즉 적층물의 조직은 도 16b에 도시된 바와 같이 단섬유와 단섬유 사이에 공극 이 많아 에어의 다량함유가 가능하며, 이러한 본 발명의 구조는 복원력, 흡음성, 및 공극밀도가 우수하다.
상기 에어의 흡입 배출이유는 쿠션재의 제조장치 (1)에 에어만 분사하면 쿠션 재의 제조장치 (1) 내부의 압력이 상승하는 문제를 해소하며 또한 랜덤하고 푸석하 게 적충된 원사적충물 사이에 있는 쿠션재의 제조장치 (1)의 하부에서 강제 흡입함 으로 적층되어 있던 원사가 밀착되어 압축되는 효과 및 공극에 에어가 충입될 수 있도록 하기 위함이며, 적층되어 있는 원사가 에어에 의하여 날리는 것을 방지한 다.
한편 상기 적층물정렬공정 (S600)에 의해 적층된 적층물을 일정량씩 이동시키 는 적층물이송공정 (S800)을 수행한다. 상기 적층물이송공정 (S800)은 로울러의 구동 에 의해 수직방향으로 적층된 적층물이 수평방향으로 전환되어 이송된다ᅳ
상기 적층물이송공정 (S800)은 적층물이 어느 정도 적충되면 통상의 쿠션재 제조방법과 동일하게 적층물올 배출로울러 (601)의 구동에 의해 일정량씩 배출구로 배출시키는 것이며, 상기 적층물이송공정에 의해 공급되는 적층물을 가열 압착하여
일정한 두께로 형성시키는 가열압착공정 (S900)과 상기 가열압착공정에 의해 생성된 쿠션재를 냉각시키는 냉각공정 (S1000) 순으로 이루어진다.
상기 에어적층공정 (S500a)에 의해 적충된 적충물을 일정한 두께 및 밀도를 갖도록 조절하는 제품두께조절공정 (S700)을 더 수행하면 두께와 밀도를 용이하게 조절하여 다양한 두께 및 밀도를 갖는 쿠션재의 제조가 용이하다.
상기한 제품두께조절공정 (S700)은 첨부도면 도 5b에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 챔버의 일측면 판이 래크와 피니언의 작동으로 두께조절판이 이동되도록 구성되어 쿠션재의 제조장치 (1)의 내부 공간의 간격 또는 면적을 조정하여 적층물을 압축함 으로서 두께와 밀도를 조절한다.
본 발명에서는 레크와 피니언의 작동으로 두께조절판을 수평이동하는 것으로 설명하고 있으나 이는 구조를 한정하기 위한 것은 아니며 첨부도면 도 9b에 도시된 바와 같이 필요에 의해 실린더 (705a)를 사용할 수도 있다.
상기와 같은 본 발명의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 쿠션재의 표면은 첨부도면 도 6a에 도시된 바와 같이 층이 형성되지 않는 것을 확인할 수 있듯이 박리현상이 일어나지 않으며, 종래 웹적층에 의한 제조방법에 의한 쿠션재와 본 발명의 기술이 적용된 쿠션재를 아래와 같이 준비하여 물성을 비교하여 보았다.
융점이 80~200°C, 섬도 10데니어 저융점 단섬유 20중량 %, 융점이 20O500°C, 섬도 30데니어 고융점 단섬유 80증량 %을 흔합하여 두께 100國를 갖는 쿠션재를 제 조하여 비교하여 보았더니 본 발명의 쿠션재가 복원력 70~99%,흡음성 50 90%, 공극 밀도 10-90%가 향상되었음을 알 수 있었다.
첨부도면 도 16a는 본 발명의 기술에 의해 제조된 쿠션재의 측면표면 사진으 로서 타면된 저융점 단섬유와 고융점 단섬유가 에어에 의해 날려 서로 엉키고 설키 도록 랜덤 (random)하게 쌓여져 층을 형성하고 있지 않아 쉽게 원사가 분리되지 않 으며, 첨부도면 도 6b는 본 발명의 기술에 의해 제조된 쿠션재의 50배율 표면확대 사진으로서 원사의 사이 사이에 공극이 많이 형성되어 있는 것을 알 수 있듯 공급 된 에어를 하부에서 강제 흡입 배출시킴으로서 저융점 단섬유와 고융점 단섬유로 이루어진 원사 사이로 바람이 들어간 상태에서 가열과 동시에 압착하여도 공극에 에어가 잔존하고 있어 탄력성 및 복원력이 우수하며, 흡음성과 투습성이 우수한 복 원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조가 가능하게 된다.
이상 설명한 바와 같은 본 발명의 특징 및 장점은 후술되는 실시예로부터 보 다 명백하게 될 것이다. 단 본 발명은 하기 실시예로 제한하는 것은 아니다.
[실시예 1]
저융점 단섬유로서 단섬도 4데니어인 것을 40중량 %와, 고융점 단섬유로서 단 섬도 15데니어인 것을 60중량 %를 사용하여 본 발명과 같은 제조방법으로 두께
25mm, 밀도 71kg/m3로 제조한 후 소정의 크기로 절단하여 흡음성능, 투습성 및 복원 력을 다음과 같은 방법으로 측정하였다.
- 흡음성능 : KS F 2814
- 투수계수 : KS F
- 복원력 : ¾
- 휨강도 : KS M 3808
[실시예 2]
저융점 단섬유로서 단섬도 4데니어인 것을 30중량 ¾>와, 고융점 단섬유로서 단 섬도 7데니어인 것을 70중량 %를 사용하여 본 발명과 같은 제조방법으로 두께 5ft™, 밀도 39kg/m3로 제조한 후 소정의 크기로 절단하여 흡음성능, 투습성 및 복원력을 다음과 같은 방법으로 측정하였다.
[비교예 1]
저융점 단섬유로서 단섬도 4데니어인 것을 40중량 ¾와, 고융점 단섬유로서 단 섬도 15데니어인 것을 60중량 %를 사용하여 통상의 쿠션재 제조방법인 개섬한 후 카 딩하여 웹을 제조한 다음 웹적층을 하여 가열압착하는 제조방법으로 두께 25讓, 밀 도 100kg/m3로 제조한 후 소정의 크기로 절단하여 흡음성능, 투습성 및 복원력을 측 정하였다.
[비교예 2]
저융점 단섬유로서 단섬도 4데니어인 것을 30중량 %와, 고융점 단섬유로서 단 섬도 7데니어인 것을 70중량 ¾>를 사용하여 통상의 쿠션재 제조방법인 개섬한 후 카 딩하여 웹을 제조한 다음 웹적층을 하여 가열압착하는 제조방법으로 두께 50画, 밀 도 67kg/m3로 제조한 후 소정의 크기로 절단하여 흡음성능, 투습성 및 복원력을 측 정하였다.
상기 표 1에서 알 수 있는 바와 같이 같은 두께로 형성된 종래 쿠션재보다 본 발명의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 쿠션재는 밀도가 낮으며 무게가 가볍고 공극률이 높아 투수성이 우수하며, 복원력이 현저히 향상된 것을 알 수 있다.
한편 첨부도면 도 17에 도시된 바와 같이 한편 상기 쿠션재를 제조하기 위해 탄성수단을 더 흔합하여 형성시키며, 상기 탄성수단은 고무, 우레탄발포알갱이, 섬 유를 뭉쳐져 형성시킨 섬유볼 중 어느 하나를 사용할 수 있다. 상기 고무, 우레탄 발포알갱이, 섬유볼을 사용하는 이유는 탄성율을 향상시킴과 물방울 무늬를 형성시 키는 것과 같은 효과를 얻어 미관을 미려하게 하기 위함이다.
한편 본 출원 건의 쿠션재에 첨부도면 도 18 내지 도 19에 첨부된 바와 같이 상기 쿠션재의 일면 또는 양측면에 부직포 또는 펠트 (felt)를 부착하여 사용할 수 있다. 상기 부직포 또는 펠트 (felt)를 부착하여 사용하는 이유는 상기 쿠션재의 조 직이 랜덤하게 되어 있어 힘 (하중)을 수직으로 받으면 탄성을 유지하나 반복되어지 는 경우 수평조직이 약해져 벌어지는 현상이 발생할 수 있으므로 이를 보완하여 내 구성을 강화시키고 미관도 미려하게 하기 위함이다.
또한 상기한 쿠션재 제조장치를 직렬로 2개 이상 설치하여 첨부도면 도 20에 도시된 바와 같이 각기 성질 (조직)이 다른 종류의 쿠션재를 적층시켜 사용할 수도 있다. 예를 들면 밑에는 조직이 딱딱하고 윗부분은 푹신한 구조로 형성시킬 수 있 다.
상기와 같은 본 발명의 쿠션재의 제조방법을 수현하는 쿠션재의 제조장치 (1) 는 첨부도면 도 5a 내지 도 5b를 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 그 구조는 다음과 같 다.
첨부도면 도 5a는 본 발명의 기술이 적용된 쿠션재 제조장치의 외형을 보여 주는 예시도로서 이에 따른 본 발명의 쿠션재 제조장치 (1)는 원사공급부 (101)가 상 부에 설치되고 내부에 공간 (102)이 구비되며 원사를 토출하는 배출구 (103)가 구비 된 챔버하우징 (100)과 상기 챔버하우징 (100)의 공간 상단부에 설치되어 공급된 원 사를 새털처럼 개섬시키 분리털이수단 (200)과 상기 챔버하우징 (100)의 내부 공간으 로 에어를 공급하고 공급된 에어에 의하여 원사가 날려 랜덤하게 쌓이도록 하는 에 어공급수단 (400)과 상기 챔버하우징 (100) 내부의 에어를 외부로 배출시키는 에어배 출수단 (500)과 상기 챔버하우징 (100)의 하단에 설치되어 쌓여진 원사를 배출시키는 원사배출수단 (600)을 포함하여 대별 구성된다.
상기 챔버하우징 (1()0)은 첨부도면 도 5b에 도시된 바와 같이 도면에 미 도시 된 별도의 개섬수단에서 개섬된 저융점 단섬유와 고융점 단섬유 (이하 원사라 칭함) 를 이송시켜 몸체 내측 공간으로 공급하는 원사공급부 (101)를 형성하며, 상기 원사 공급부 (101)의 하단에는 분리털이수단 (200)이 설치되며 몸체 (100a) 중간부분의 일 측면에는 에어공급수단 (400)의 에어공급관로 (401)가 연결 설치되어 ¾버하우징 (100) 내부로 에어공급장치 (402)와 연결되어 에어를 공급하도톡 설치된 구조이며, 상기 몸체 (100a)의 내측 하부에는 원사를 토출하는 배출구 (103)가 구비된다.
상기 원사공급부 (101)의 하단에 설치되는 분리털이수단 (200)의 구조는 첨부 도면 도 6a에 도시된 바와 같이 구동모터의 구동력에 의하여 원사를 일정량씩 공급 하는 원사공급로을러 (201)가 일정 간격으로 이격되어 수평선상에 설치되며, 상기 원사공급로울러 (201)의 표면에는 일정간격으로 산형의 밀대부 (201-1)가 돌출 형성 된다.
한편 상기 1쌍으로 이루어진 원사공급로울러 (201)의 하단에는 털이로울러 (202)가 설치된다. 상기 털이로울러 (202)의 구조는 첨부도면 도 6b에 도시된 바와 같이 공급된 원사를 개섬하는 핀부재 (202-1)가 일정한 폭을 가지며 길이방향으로만 형성되고 핀부재 (202-1)가 형성된 부분을 제외한 로을러 표면은 무모양이며, 상기 핀부재 (202-1)는 털이로울러 (202)의 회전 반대방향으로 Θ각 만큼 절곡 또는 경사 지게 설치되어 원사의 뭉침을 방지하도록 한 설치되어 이루어잔구조이다.
본 발명에서 핀부재 (202-1)가 털이로울러 (202)에 일정한 폭으로 형성되고 핀 부재가 형성된 부분을 제외한 로울러 표면은 통상의 미끄러운 무모양 형태의 형상 으로 설명하고 있으나 작업 조건에 따라서 핀부재 (202-1)를 털이로울러 (202)의 전 체 표면에 형성시켜 사용할 수도 있다.
한편 첨부도면 도 6c는 본 발명의 요부인 분리털이수단 (200)의 다른 실시예
를 보여주는 단면구성도로서 상기 털이로울러 (202)는 수직방향에 대하여 2개 이상 의 로울러가 일정한 간격으로 이격되어 2단 이상으로 구조를 변경하여 사용할 수 있다. 상기와 같이 털이로울러 (202)를 2단 이상으로 설치하면 원사들이 뭉치지 않 고 마치 먼지와 같이 세밀하게 흩트릴 수 있기 때문이다.
상기 에어공급수단 (400)의 구조는 첨부도면 도 7a에 도시된 바와 같이 에어 를 형성시키는 콤프레셔 (402)에는 챔버하우징 (100) 내부로 에어를 공급하는 에어공 급관로 (401)가 연결되며, 상기 에어공급관로 (401)에 의하여 공급된 에어의 흐름방 향을 조절하는 에어유도판 (403)으로 이루어진 구조이며, 상기 에어유도판 (403)의 각도는 15° ~ 70° 로 하여 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
그 이유는 원사를 일방향 즉 하방향으로 퍼져 쌓이게 하기 위함이며 에어유 도판 (403)의 각도가 15° 이하이면 떨어지는 원사가 직접적인 바람의 영향을 받아 뭉쳐지기 쉽게 되므로 에어의 영향올 받지 않고 자중에 의해 공간 (102)바로 떨어져 쌓여지게 하기 위함이고 에어유도판 (403)의 각도가 70° 이상이면 하방향으로 퍼져 쌓여지지 않고 오히려 쌓여진 원사를 상부로 날리는 문제가 발생하기 때문이다. 첨부도면 도 7b은 본 발명의 요부인 에어공급수단 (400)의 다른 실시예를 보 여주는 단면구성도로서 에어공급을 공급되는 원사가 분리털이수단 (200)을 경유하여 챔버하우징 (100) 내측으로 떨어질 때 에어공급수단 (400)을 분리털이수단 (200)의 상 부에 설치하여 같은 방향인 수직방향에서 공급되도록 ¾버하우징 (100)에 에어공급 로 (lOOa-1)를 형성시켜 에어와 원사가 챔버하우징 (100) 내측으로 공급되도록 구조 를 변경하여 사용할 수 있다.
첨부도면 도 6a 내지 도 7b에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 에어공급수단 (400)에 의해 공급되는 에어가 분리털이수단 (200)을 중심으로 상부 또는 하부 방향에서 챔 버하우징 (100) 내측으로 공급되도록 할 수 있다.
상기 챔버하우징 (loo) 내부의 에어를 외부로 배출시키는 에어배출수단 (500) 의 구조는 통상적으로 에어흡입과 먼지를 저장하는 집진장치를 사용한다. 상기 에 어배출수단 (500)이 연결되는 챔버하우징 (100)의 유등판 (105) 하부에는 망상 형태의 필터판 (105-1)으로 형성되어 있다.
한편 상기 원사배출수단 (600)은 첨부도면 도 13 및 도 14에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이 구동모터에 의하여 구동되는 배출로을러 (601)가 버하우징 (100)의 배출 간격조절홀 (107)을 관통하면서 일정한 간격으로 이격되어 설치되되 두 배출로을러 (601)가 대각선 방향으로 설치되어 수평으로 쌓여 있는 원사를 수평방향으로 배출 및 이동시킨다. 상기 배출로을러 (601)의 표면에는 원사공급로을러 (201)와 동일하게
일정간격으로 산형의 밀대부 (601-1)가 돌출형성된 구조이다.
첨부도면 도 5a에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 챔버하우징 (100)의 내측에 설치되 어 쌓여지는 원사의 두께를 조절하기 위하여 챔버하우징 (100)의 몸체 (100a)를 구성 하는 일측면 판이 이동가능한 유동판 (105)으로 형성하여 유동판 (105)의 이동량을 조절하는 두께조절수단 (700)이 하부에 설치된다.
상기 두께조절수단 (700)은 첨부도면 도 8 및 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 [0050] 유동판 (105)에는 관통공이 형성된 브라켓이 고정 설치되어 로드를 지지하도 록 설치되며 챔버하우징 (100)에 고정 설치된 랙기어 (701)와 상기 랙기어 (701)와 치 합되어 작동하는 피니언 (702)과 상기 피니언 (702)이 챔버하우징 (100)의 두께조절장 공 (108)을 관통하여 회전가능하게 축설된 고정축 (703)와 상기 고정축 (703)가 관통 하는 관통공을 형성하고 홀더헤드 (704)와 연결되며 표면에 나선을 형성한 위치조절 로드부재 (705) 및 위치조절로드부재 (705)에 나사 결합되는 너트부재를 포함하여 이 루어진 구조이다.
상기 두께조절수단 (700)에 의해 이동되는 유동판 (105)의 반대면에는 첨부도 면 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이 구동모터 (810)의 구동력에 의해 회전되는 편심축 (820)을 이용하여 챔버하우징 (100)의 일측면의 진동판 (106)을 진동시켜 원사를 정 렬시키는 진동수단 (800)이 설치된다.
상기 진동수단 (800)은 첨부도면 도 10 및 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이 구동모 터 (810)에 의하여 회전되는 편심축 (820)이 베어링이 구비된 지지브라켓 (830)에 의 해 지지되며, 지지브라켓 (830)은 진동판 (106)의 연결대 (840)에 의해 연결 구성되어 이루어진 구조이다.
상기와 같은 구조로 이루어진 본 발명의 작동은 첨부도면 도 15에 도시된 바 와 같이 별도의 개섬수단에 의해 개섬된 원사를 원사공급부 (101)를 통해 챔버하우 징 (100) 몸체 (100a) 내부 공간 (102)으로 떨어트리면 자중에 떨어지던 원사가 분리 털이수단 (200)에 의해 다시 한번 새털과 같이 개섬된다. 상기 분리털이수단 (200)에 의해 개섬되는 과정은 구동모터가 작동하게 되면 상기 구동모터와 연결된 원사공급 로을러 (201)와 털이로울러 (202)가 회전 작동한다.
먼저 첨부도면 도 7a에 도시된 바와 같이 1쌍으로 이루어진 원사공급로을러 (201)가 저속으로 회전하기 때문에 원사공급로울러 (201)의 상부에 원사가 쌓이게 되고 원사공급로울러 (201)의 회전에 의해 로울러와 로울러 사이를 통과한 원사는 상기 원사공급로울러 (201)에 부착된 산형의 밀대부 (201-1)에 의해 개섬과 동시에 일정량씩 공급되면서 몸체 (100a) 하방향으로 이동된다.
상기 털이로울러 (202)에 형성된 핀부재 (202-1)는 일정한 폭을 가지며 길이방 향으로만 형성되고 핀부재 (202-1)가 형성된 부분올 제외한 로울러 표면은 무모양으 로 이루어져 있기 때문에 골에 해당하는 로울러 표면은 원사를 이동시키지 않고 통 과하면서 산에 형성하는 핀부재 (202-1)만 원사를 걸고 이동시켜 몸체 (100a)의 공간 으로 떨어트리되, 상기 핀부재 (202-1)는 털이로울러 (202)의 회전방향의 반대 방향 으로 절곡 형성되어 원사가 핀부재 (202-1)에 걸려서 감기게 되는 것올 방지하도록 구성되어 있다.
한편 첨부도면 도 6c에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 털이로울러 (202)를 수직방향 에 대하여 2개 이상의 로울러가 일정한 간격으로 이격되어 2단 이상으로 구조를 변 경하여 사용하면 원사들이 뭉치지 않고 마치 먼지와 같이 더욱더 흐트러질 수 있기 때문이다.
상기 분리털이수단 (200)을 통과한 원사는 공간으로 떨어질 때 에어공급수단 (400)에 의해 날려 몸체 (100a) 내측공간 (102)의 일측에 쌓이게 된다. 상기 에어공 급수단 (400)의 작동은 에어공급수단 (402) 바람직하게는 콤프레셔에서 생성된 압축 공기가 에어공급관로 (401)를 통해 몸체 (100a) 내부의 공간 (102)으로 분사되는데, 이때 상기 분사되는 에어는 에어유도판 (403)에 의해 하방향으로 안내된다.
상기 에어유도판 (403)의 각도는 15° ~ 70° 범위이며 떨어지는 원사에 직접 에어를 분사하지 않고 하방향으로 에어유도판 (403)을 이용하여 에어를 분사하는 이 유는 원사가 상부로 날리는 것을 방지하기 위함이다. 상기 공급되는 에어에 의해 날려 일측에 자연적으로 쌓여진 원사를 흔들어 보다 많은 양의 원사가 쌓여지도록 원사를 가지런히 정렬시키기 위해 진동수단 (800)이 작동된다.
한편 첨부도면 도 7b에 도시된 바와 같이 원사가 분리털이수단 (200)을 경유 하여 챔버하우징 (100) 내측으로 떨어질 때 에어공급수단 (400)을 분리털이수단 (200) 의 상부에 설치하여 사용할 수 있다. 이때 챔버하우징 (100) 내측으로 떨어지는 원 사와 같은 방향인 수직방향에서 공급되도톡 챔버하우징 (100)에 에어공급로 (100a-l) 를 형성시켜 에어와 원사가 챔버하우징 (100) 내측으로 공급되도록 구조를 변경하여 사용할 수 있다. 상기와 같이 원사와 같은 방향인 수직방향에서 에어가 공급되도록 하면 장치의 구조를 간단히 할 수 있는 이점과 원사.의 적층을 용이하게 할 수 있다 상기 진동수단 (800)의 작동은 첨부도면 도 10 및 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이 구동모터 (810)가 회동되면 지지브라켓 (830)에 축설되어 있는 편심축 (820)이 회전하 면서 지지브라켓 (830)에 연결된 연결대 (840)를 좌우로 이동시키기 때문에 연결대 (840)와 결합되어 있는 진동판 (106)을 흔들게 되며, 이때 상기 진동판 (106)은 첨부
도면 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이 축봉 (106a)을 중심으로 회동하게 된다. 한편 상기 진동판 (106)은 에어배출수단 (500)의 작동시 원사의 흡착과 노이즈 를 방지하기 위해 망 형태인 것을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 진동수단 (800) 의 작동에 의해 몸체 (100a) 내측의 공간 (102)에 쌓여진 원사는 분사되는 에어에 의 하여 일측에 쌓이게 되고 쌓여진 원사가 무너져 공간 (102)을 가득 채우되 쌓여진 원사는 무너지면서 진동에 의해 가지런히 정렬되며, 이는 마치 용기에 콩을 담고 흔들었을 때 용기에 자연스럽게 담았을 때 보다 많은 양의 콩을 담을 수 있게 되는 것과 유사하다.
상기와 같이 정렬되어 쌓여지는 원사를 배출구 (103)를 통해 배출시킬 수 있 으나 첨부도면 도 5b에 도시된 바와 같이 진동판 (106)의 설치부위와 반대편에 설치 된 유동판 (105)을 두께조절수단 (700)으로 위치를 조절함으로서 쌓여지는 원사의 두 께를 조절한다.
상기 두께조절수단 (700)의 작동은 첨부도면 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이 몸체 (100a)에 고정설치되어 있는 브라켓의 관통공을 관통한 위치조절로드부재 (705)에 나사 결합되어 있는 너트부재를 풀고 고정력을 해지시킨 후 위치조절로드부재 (705) 를 가압하면 유동판 (105)이 공간 (102) 내측으로 이동되어 두께가 좁게 푀며 반대로 위치조절로드부재 (705)를 당기면 유동판 (105)이 당겨져 쌓여지므로 두께가 두껍게 쌓이게 된다.
이때 유동판 (105)이 적은 힘으로도 이동이 용이하도록 몸체 (100a)의 바깥쪽 에는 두께조절장공 (108)와 나란하게 설치된 랙기어 (701)를 따라 피니언 (702)이 회 전 이동하게 되며, 상기 피니언 (702)이 유동판 (105)의 고정축 (703)에 축설되어 있 어 피니언 (702)의 회전량에 따라 유동판 (105)이 이동되는 것이다.
한편 홀더헤드 (704)는 고정축 (703)에 축설되어 있으면서 위치조절로드부재 (705)가 브라켓을 관통하게 설치되어 있으므로 상기한 위치조절로드부재 (705)에 나 사를 브라켓을 중심으로 양측에 각각 너트를 설치하여 유동판 (105)의 이동을 제한 할수 있는 것이다.
상기에서와 같이 원사의 두께를 조절하고 원사의 쌓여지는 상태를 정렬시키 면서 에어배출수단 (500)을 이용하여 공급된 몸체 (100a) 내부의 에어를 배출시키며 상기 에어를 배출시키지 않으면 챔버하우징 (100)의 내압이 상승하기 때문이다.
상기 에어배출수단 (500)을 이용한 에어 배출방법은 통상적으로 에어흡입과 먼지를 저장하는 집진장치를 사용한다. 상기 에어배출수단이 연결되는 챔버하우징 의 유동판 하부에는 망 형태의 필터판 (105— 1)을 설치하여 에어 배출시 원사의 배출
을 방지시킨다.
한편 상기 필터판 (105-1)을 망상 형태의 것을 사용하지만 진동판 (106)의 하 부에도 망상 형태로 형성시켜 사용할 수 있다. 상기 진동판 (106)의 하부를 망상 형 태로 형성시킨 이유는 에어 배출이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 함과 소음을 저감 시키기 위함이다.
첨부도면 도 15에 도시된 바와 같이 개섬된 저융점 단섬유와 고융점 단섬유 를 에어에 의해 날려 랜덤 (random)하게 적층하고 두께를 조절하는 유동판의 위치에 의해 쿠션재의 밀도와 두께를 조절하며 적층된 원사를 진동으로 흔들어 정렬시키면 서 공급된 에어를 하부에서 강제 흡입하고 배출시켜 단섬유 사이로 에어가 층입되 어 탄력성 및 복원력이 우수하며, 흡음성과 투습성이 우수한 이점을 갖게 된다. 한편 상기 원사배출수단 (600)은 첨부도면 도 15에 도시된 바와 같이 ¾버하 우징의 배출간격홀 (107)을 관통하면서 일정한 간격으로 이격되어 설치된 배출로울 러 (601)가 구동모터에 의하여 회전되면 원사가 배출되며, 두 배출로을러 (601)가 대 각선 방향으로 설치되어 있어 원사배출은 수직으로 쌓여있던 원사가 원사배출수단 (600)에 의해진행방향이 절환되어 수평으로 배출되는 것이다.
이때 첨부도면 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 배출로울러 (601)의 표면에는 원사공급로울러 (201)와 동일하게 일정간격으로 산형의 밀대부 (601— 1)가 돌출 형성 되어 있어 일정한 속도로 원사가 일정량씩 배출된다. 상기 배출간격홀 (107)에 이동 가능하게 설치된 배출로울러 (601)의 간격을 L1에서 L2 범위 내에서 배출되는 쿠션 재의 두께를 조절할 수 있는 것이다.
상기 하우징 내측에 적층되는 단섬유 높이와 배출되는 적층물의 이송속도 및 공급 및 차단은 센서수단에 의해 조절된다.
이와 같은 본 발명은 개섬된 저융점 단섬유와 고융점 단섬유를 에어에 의해 날려 랜덤 (random)하게 적층하고 두께조절판의 위치에 의해 쿠션재의 밀도와 두께 를 조절하며 적층된 원사를 진동으로 흔들어 정렬시키면서 공급된 에어를 하부에서 강제 홉입하고 배출시켜 단섬유 사이로 에어가 충입되어 탄력성 및 복원력이 우수 하며, 흡음성과 투습성이 우수한 이점을 갖는 쿠션재의 제조장치 및 제조방법을 제 공한다.
또한 길이가 15醒 ~76隱, 융점이 80~200°C인 저융점 단섬유와, 길이가 15隱〜 76瞧, 융점이 200~400°C인 고융점 단섬유들로 이루어진 개섬된 원사를 챔버의 상부에서 떨어트리고 에어분사에 의해 단섬유가 휘날려 랜덤 (random)하게 적층되면 챔버 내부에 공급된 에어를 적층된 단섬유를 통과하여 배출되도록 챔버 하부에서
강제로 흡입하여 배출시키고 단섬유와 단섬유 사이의 공극에 에어가 층입되어 이루 어진 상태에서 가열과 동시에 압착하여 단섬유와 단섬유 사이에 에어가 채워져 탄 력성 및 복원력이 우수하며, 흡음성과 투습성 등이 우수한 쿠션재를 간단히 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Claims
【청구항 1】
쿠션재의 제조장치에 있어서,
원사 공급부가 상부에 설치되고 내부에 공간이 구비된 몸체 하부에는 원사를 토출하는 배출구가 구비된 챔버하우징과;
상기 챔버하우징의 공간 상단부에 설치되어 공급된 원사를 새털처럼 개섬시 키기 위하여 원사를 일정량씩 공급하는 원사공급로울러와, 상기 원사공급로울러에 의해 공급된 원사를 개섬하는 핀부재가 일정간격으로 다수개 구비된 털이로울러와 상기 원사공급로울러와 털이로울러를 작동시키는 구동모터를 포함하여 이루어진 분 리털이수단과;
상기 챔버하우징의 내부 공간으로 에어를 공급하고 공급된 에어에 의하여 원 사가 날려 랜덤하게 쌓이도톡 하는 에어공급수단과;
상기 챔버하우징의 내측에 설치되어 쌓여지는 원사의 두께를 조절하기 위하 여 챔버하우징의 일측면 판이 이동가능한 유동판으로 형성하여 유동판의 이동량을 조절하는 두께조절수단과;
상기 챔버하우징 내부의 에어를 외부로 배출시키는 에어배출수단과;
상기 챔버하우징의 하단에 설치되어 쌓여진 원사를 배출시키는 원사배출수단 을 포함하여 이루어진 갓을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치.
【청구항 2】
제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 핀부재는 털이로울러의 회전 반대방향으로 절곡 형성되어 원사의 뭉침 을 방지하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치 .
【청구항 3】
제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에어공급수단은 에어를 형성시키는 콤프레셔의-; 상기 콤프레셔에 연결 되어 챔버하우징 내부로 에어를 공급하는 에어공급관로와; 상기 에어공급관로에 의 하여 공급된 에어의 흐름방향을 조절하는 에어유도판으로 이투어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치.
【청구항 4】
제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 원사배출수단은 구동모터에 의하여 구동되는 배출로울러가 챔버하우징 의 배출간격조절홀을 관통하면서 일정한 간격으로 이격되어 설치되되 두 배출로울
러가 대각선 방향으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조 장치 .
【청구항 5】
제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 원사공급로울러와 배출로을러의 표면에는 일정간격으로 산형의 밀대부 가돌출형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치.
【청구항 6】
제 1 항에 있어서,
구동모터의 구동력에 의해 회전되는 편심축을 이용하여 챔버하우징의 일측면 의 진동판을 진동시켜 원사를 정렬시키는 진동수단을 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치.
【청구항 7】
제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 진동판에는 에어배출수단의 작동시 원사의 흡착과 노이즈를 방지하기 위한 망 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치.
【청구항 8]
제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에어배출수단이 연결되는 챔버하우징에는 망 형태의 필터판이 더 부착 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치.
【청구항 9】
제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 챔버하우징은 내측 공간으로 원사를 공급하는 원사공급부의 하단에는 분리털이수단이 설치되는 축공을 형성한 몸체의 일측면에는 에어공급수단의 에어공 급관로가 연결 설치되어 챔버하우징 내부로 에어를 공급하도록 연결공을 형성하고 몸체의 하부에는 배출공을 구비하되, 몸체의 측면 중 어느 한 쪽의 일측면은 안쪽 방향과 바깥쪽 방향으로 이동 가능한 유동판으로 이루어져 쌓여지는 원사의 두께를 조절할 수 있으며, 반대쪽 측면은 한정된 면적에서 보다 많은 양의 원사가 쌓여지 도록 원사를 가지런히 정렬시키기 위한 진동판이 설치되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치.
【청구항 10】
제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 털이로울러가 수평 또는 수직방향에 대하여 2개 이상의 로울러가 일정
한 간격으로 이격되어 2단 이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치 .
【청구항 11】
쿠션재의 제조장치에 있어서,
원사 공급부가 상부에 설치되고 내부에 공간이 구비된 몸체 하부에는 원사를 토출하는 배출구가 구비된 챔버하우징과;
상기 챔버하우징의 공간 상단부에 설치되어 공급된 원사를 새털 처럼 개섬시 키는 분리털이수단과;
상기 챔버하우징의 내축에 설치되어 쌓여지는 원사의 두께를 조절하기 위하 여 챔버하우징의 일축면 판이 이동가능한 유동판으로 형성하여 유동판의 이동량을 조절하는 두께조절수단과;
상기 두께조절수단에 의해 이동되는 유동판의 반대면에는 구동모터의 구동력 에 의해 회전되는 편심축을 이용하여 챔버하우징의 일측면의 진동판을 진동시켜 원 사를 정렬시키는 진동수단과;
상기 챔버하우징의 하단에 설치되어 쌓여진 원사를 배출시키는 원사배출수단 을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치.
【청구항 12】
길이가 15隱~76誦, 융점이 80~200°C인 저융점 단섬유와 길이가 15睡〜 76ι誦, 융점이 200~500°C인 고융점 단섬유들이 서로 잘 엉켜지도록 꼬임을 형성시키는 크 림프 형성공정과;
상기 저융점 단섬유와 고융점 단섬유를 개섬수단을 이용하여 섬유의 덩어리 를 푸는 개섬공정과;
상기 개섬된 원사를 이동시킨 후 챔버 내부의 상부에서 자유낙하 시키는 원 사이송공정과;
상기 원사이송공정에 의해 원사가 챔버 내부로 떨어질 때 뭉쳐 떨어지지 않 도록 솜을 트는 것과 같이 타면하는 타면공정과;
상기 타면공정 전 또는 후에 공급된 원사가 에어에 의해 휘날려 넓게 펼쳐 떨어지면서 수평 수직 방향을 가리지 않고 랜덤하게 적층시키는 에어적층공정과; 상기 에어적층공정을 수행 전, 후 또는 등시에 적층물을 흔들어 정렬시키는 적층물 정렬공정과;
상기 에어적층공정을 수행하면서 공급된 에어를 강제 배출시키는 에어배출공 정과;
상기 에어적층공정에 의해 적층된 적층물을 일정량씩 이동시키는 적층물이송 공정과;
상기 적충물이송공정에 의해 공급되는 적충물을 가열 압착하여 일정한 두께 로 형성시키는 가열압착공정과;
상기 가열압착공정에 의해 생성된 쿠션재를 냉각시키는 냉각공정으로 이루어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조방법 .
【청구항 13]
길이가 15隱〜 76議, 융점이 80~200°C인 저융점 단섬유와 길이가 15ι腦〜 76薩, 융점이 200-500 °C인 고융점 단섬유들이 서로 잘 엉켜지도록 꼬임을 형성시키는 클 림프 형성공정과;

상기 타면공정에 의해 타면된 원사를 떨어트려 무질서하게 적층시키는 적층 공정과;
상기 적층공정을 수행 전, 후 또는 동시에 적층물을 흔들어 정렬시키는 적층 물 정렬공정과;
상기 적층물 정렬해 적층된 적층물을 일정량씩 이동시키는 적충물이송공정 과;
상기 적층물아송공정에 의해 공급되는 적층물을 가열 압착하여 일정한 두께 로 형성시키는 가열압착공정과;
상기 가열압착공정에 의해 생성된 쿠션재를 넁각시키는 냉각공정으로 이루어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조방법.
【청구항 14]
제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 에어적층공정의 수행시 공급되는 에어가 타면수단을 중심으로 상부 또 는 하부에서 챔버하우징 내측으로 공급되도톡 한 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우 수한 쿠션재의 제조방법 .
【청구항 15】
제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 중 어느—한 항에 있어서,
상기 적층공정 또는 에어적층공정에 의해 적층된 적층물을 일정한 두께 및 밀도를 갖도록 조절하는 제품두께조절공정을 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조방법 .
【청구항 16]
제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 중 어느 하나의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되며 융점 이 80~200°C, 섬도 2~15데니어인 저융점 단섬유 10~50중량 ¾>와 200~500°C, 섬도 2~40데니어인 고융점 단섬유 50~90중량 %를 포함하도록 적층 후, 가열 압착하여 20~300imn의 두께를 가지도록 압착하여 된 구조로 되며, 복원력 70%~99%, 흡음성 50%~90%, 공극밀도 10~90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재.
【청구항 17】
제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 쿠션재에는 탄성수단이 더 포함되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원 력이 우수한 쿠션재.
【청구항 18】
제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 탄성수단은 고무, 우레탄발포알갱이 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하 는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재.
【청구항 19】
제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 쿠션재에는 일면 또는 양면 중 어느 한면에 부직포가 부착 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재.
【청구항 20]
제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 쿠션재는 2개층 이상 적층되며 적층되는 적층물의 밀도, 공극율, 두께 가각각 다르게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재.

제 1 항 및 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서 .
상기한 쿠션재 제조장치를 직렬로 2개 이상 설치하여 조직이 다른 종류의 쿠 션재를 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치.

제 1 항 및 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 두께조절수단은 챔버하우징의 내측에 설치되어 쌓여지는 원사의 두께를 조절하기 위하여 챔버하우징의 일측면 판이 이동가능한 유동판괴-; 상기 유동판에는 브라켓이 설치되며, 브라켓의 관통공에는 챔버하우징에 고정 설치된 랙기어와; 상 기 택기어와 치합되어 작동하는 피니언과; 상기 피니언이 ¾버하우징의 두께조절장 공을 관통하여 회전가능하게 축설된 고정축과 ; 상기 고정축이 관통하는 관통공을 형성하고 홀더헤드와 연결되며 표면에 나선을 형성한 위치조절로드부재 및 위치조 절로드부재에 나사 결합되는 너트부재를 포함하여 이루어진 을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치.
【청구항 23]
제 1 항 및 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징 내측에 적층되는 단섬유 높이와 배출되는 적층물의 이송속도 및 공급 및 차단은 센서수단에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복원력이 우수한 쿠션재의 제조장치 .
