Abstract

Verfahren und Vorrichtung (1) zur Untersuchung einer biologischen Probenflüssigkeit, insbesondere zur Bestimmung von Mikroorganismen wie coliformen Bakterien, wie z.B. E. coli, wobei die Probenflüssigkeit durch eine insbesondere photometrische Messvorrichtung (2) mit einer Anregungseinrichtung und einer Detektoreinrichtung geführt wird, wobei die Probenflüssigkeit in definierte Probenvolumina aufgeteilt wird, welche nacheinander durch eine Messkammer (3) der Messvorrichtung (2) geführt werden, wobei die Probenvolumina einzeln untersucht werden.
