Abstract

Procédé et dispositif (1) pour l'analyse d'un échantillon biologique liquide, en particulier pour la détection de micro-organismes tels que des bactéries coliformes, comme par exemple E. coli, l'échantillon liquide étant guidé à travers un dispositif de mesure (2), en particulier de type photométrique, équipé d'un système d'excitation et d'un système de détection, l'échantillon liquide étant séparé en volumes d'échantillon définis, lesquels sont introduits l'un après l'autre dans une chambre de mesure (3) du dispositif de mesure (2), les volumes d'échantillon étant analysés individuellement.
